"The place is great and accessible to Ormoc’s great restaurants and malls (Alto Peak, Robinson’s, SM, Ormoc Herbs, Museum, etc.)
As for the room we have booked, it was large and complete with the basic amenities. The staff also provides us our requests and room cleaning. The breakfast plates are enough and filling.
I think one I would like to suggest is to have a shower curtain as the water from the shower area splatter to the sink and toilet area.
Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and we surely would book again if we visit Ormoc in the future."

"This hotel is okay for a short stay. The room is like a large box and is not for those who are claustrophobic. Nevertheless, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is okay but it's the first hotel that I have stayed in where they charged me 10 Pesos for a glass of ice. That is so so weird and cheap. "

"This will be a positive review. I stated 8 or 10 other gv hotels before, but i have to give this one eight out of 10 which is excellent considering all the others were five or six.
It is cleaner overall the staff seems to be more attentive and care it's a nice place finally good to see a manager doing a good job. Thank you."

"Hotel room was great, very clean and exceeded my expectations. There were robes hanging and the sheets were nice and crisp. Bed was firm and the pillows were soft. Breakfast was meh. It was deep fried breaded fish and cold rice, the bread was not refilled and the scrambled eggs were not very appetizing. The location would have been nice as it is close to the airport, but if you are coming from MacArthur park, you will have to drive pretty far to make a legal u-turn, and to make matters worst, there is no parking at the hotel. They had 4 slots, 1 was occupied by their shuttle and the rest by cars that probably was there for quite a while judging by the dust gathering on the windshields."

"Nice hotel, inexpensive, good staff and convenient location. Best hotel in this small town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice restaurant in the ground level of the hotel. Free breakfast with room, snd good food and service. Nice room,(bed, desk, tv) with the only thing missing was a small refrigerator. Good bathroom with all the amenities and nice hot water. Located in the center of town by the Metro store and with plenty of places to eat in short walking distance. Would gladly stay there again."

GGuest UserThe food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options.
I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

GGuest UserNice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

GGuest UserThe place is good and nice, halatang bagong hotel siya. i’m kinda not satisfied sa cr. Madulas yung tiles, delikado po. Walang divider sa bandang shower area to toilet bowl&sink kaya the whole cr will get wet pag naligo ka. Yung knob ng faucet natatanggal siya which is not our fault, yung lagayan ng stuff sa ibabaw ng sink yung glass is eventually bumababa, nakaktakot na baka matapat samin that time na malaglag which is not our fault also. Yung cover ng switch light baliktad, minadali gawin? Yung cabinet inside the room is sira din, which is not our fault.

TThat girl abroadUnfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important.
I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations.
I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity.
Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience.
I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

Minus only in old roasts, a small shower that poured the whole toilet, an old air conditioner out of the window. But in general everything is excellent, a good mattress and a blanket.

MMiss SigWe had to ask the front desk staff to transfer us to another room because the aircon unit wasn’t working. There’s a water dispenser at the 3rd floor. Breakfast is buffet; not much selection but it’s okay to get you by. No elevator as well.
Location is great. 24 hours open Andok’s and supermarkets are near. ATM machines are everywhere.
Must visit restaurants: Ocho; Prakaz bbq; Fahrenheit food Center. The hotel restaurant is a good place to dine too. Huge servings and tasty. Very friendly staff also.
Full of cute and antique stuff in this hotel which are definitely collectors items; very interesting.
Tip: if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room not on the street side as the vehicles tend to be very noisy since the rooms are just until the 4th floor.

The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the things we really loved was the location. The hotel is conveniently located right beside Robinsons Mall, so it was very easy for us to buy food, shop, and get whatever we needed without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Go Hotels. The cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and convenient location made our three-day stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would gladly stay here again! ❤️

GGuest UserI am a guest for this hotel for 5 days, together with family and friends. We are frustrated with the hotel's parking area policy. According to staff, we are not permitted to park there as the spaces are reserved for customers. However, we have noticed different vehicles using the same spots throughout the day, which suggests no specific reservations are actually in place for individual spaces.
We believe the use of parking area should be on a first-come, first-served basis since all guests pay the same rate for their stay. We would like to clarify – does the hotel have designated VIP parking spaces that are separate from general guest parking?
Everyday I asked if I can use the parking area, still the same answer, it’s already reserved, but actually it’s vacant for hours.
