Cari Hotel dengan Balkoni di Comarca Sur

La atencio excelente., tanto en recepcion como restaurante pero los servicios en la instalacion un poco defaborables en el sentido que yo en lo personal que estaba con mi mujer embarazads me toco una habitacion en lo mas bajo el primer dia todo bien porque hay ascensor pero los restantes dias los tenian fuera de servicio lo cual en un sitio como ese creo q no puede fallar. El gimnasio un poco pobre y la unica maquina q tenia no funcionaba bien, el parking imposible al segundo dia fue q pude conseguir uno y pagandolo al hotel, cuando vas a reservan te aparece una opcion de desayuno buffet por 4 € eso no existe jjj. El resto todo bien. Creo q deberian garantizar los servicios como el ascensor mantenerlos en optimas condociones. Por el resto todo bien.

Location is great, we had 8th floor sunsuites. Booked superior with side sea view. Sea view was seen at one point if u stood right in the corner....not a great view really. Had a couple of issues when we arrived, bed had one leg loose and the bedside table had 3 legs...Maintenance guy came and fixed promptly so that was fine. Glad we checked and not waited till bedtime! We had issues with our door not locking and a new lock was required..but again fixed promptly, as was the TV which only had 2 channels! Bathroom very tired and they need new beds...u sleep on a mattress topper. Comfy enough bit doesn't look great. Lots of cracks and paint top ups on ceiling. Balcony massive and u get the sun from 9am till around 430pm. Kitchen equipment good...in my opinion the balcony and location is the selling point. Pool area very nice and we liked going up there. Lift goes to 6 then u go up steps to ur room or walk to back of complex and get another lift up. Air con in bedroom was good but no instructions or remote to use it. When I asked at reception how we switched it off he said use the fuse box!!! We realised there was a switch beside the light that did something..press it...eventually went off or on. Would I stay here again? Yes but would have lowered my expectation and know what I was getting. Don't get me wrong, Clean and good location but the bathroom and shower and the beds let it down. U dont spend much time in the room but you need a good bed and a good shower. Hubby spoke to reception about poor water pressure, again maintenance guy came to loom but there wasn't any improvement. Was OK for me though, hubby likes a powerful shower. I would say the other side has better views but this side has the sun in the morning and that is what we wanted for this time of year (normally come march and have stayed at other side casalanca/cala nova side). The sun shone everday so that made the balcony/pool the place to be!!

We have just come back from a 7 night family holiday of 3 adults and a 16 year old. I honestly cannot say anything negative about the hotel, it was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, the rooms perfect, the grounds of the hotel were well kept and pool areas kept clean. We arrived late at night and were given a bag with water, a cheese and ham sandwich was was perfectly edible and some fruit. We had a room on the 3rd floor looking to the side of the hotel where the unused land was but this wasn't an issue as we also had teh view of the beautiful bay and got the sun from morning till night. The hotel had multiple lifts on each floor and there were lifts on the roadside for access to the upper part of the hotel. It was also easy to walk around the road to the upper part also but not with suitcases. We hardly came across a lift that was full when we pressed for one so no issues at all getting around the hotel. The rooms all had wifi, facilities to make tea/coffee and even cook if you really wanted to. There was a decent hairdryer in the bathroom, the shower was amazing too. The rooms were cleaned daily and the a/c did it's job also. We didn't put the tv on but there was one. The beds were super comfy and my son slept on the sofa bed with no problems either. The food...well that can I say, absolutely delicious, loads of variation. We were eating 3 courses at every meal. If anything the only thing the hotel could invest in would be covered domes to keep the food piping hot but it was not a big deal. The paella we had was amazing and the prawns were huge. There wasn't much in the way of entertainment but the night we went up to see the trio who did a bruno mars type tribute were brilliant. They got the crown singing and dancing and it was a brilliant night. There was a mini disco for kids before the bingo and quizzes and we took cards. We were quite happy making our own entertainment, My 16 year old son enjoying playing pool, ping pong and he even had a game of tennis and football on the specific court. The rackets and balls were behind reception. He also asked reception for an extra pillow and came back with it no issues at all. There were pool activities too...aqua dance, pool football and water polo and the aqua mat seemed to be a favourite which was a great laugh for spectators and participants. We hired pools towels, a refundable deposit of 15 euros which we got back on the day we left. We also kept the room on till 6pm for 29 Euros which we thought was good value. It would be good if there was a seating area in the main part of the hotel with some self serve drinks if you wanted to be away from the top bar area but not really a problem. It was only a 15 minute walk to Anfi where you can visit the beach and do water sports, there is a shop and places to eat and drink or have an ice cream too. We also got the ferry to Mogan from the island at Anfi. All in all a great place to stay and I

La verdad que siempre repito pero la limpieza pésima

We came as a family of three, with our daughter being 4. We arrived around mid evening and were greeted with 3 welcome drinks and some jelly sweets. The room was large with a pull out bed for our daughter in the lounge. Room had everything we needed including iron/ironing board, microwave & toaster. Tv had English channels. Best part was the view of the marina from our balcony. A real special view and one you could sit and watch the world go by, day & night. Also special, was the view around the pool area where it looks out into the ocean and you can watch the boats and jet skis. The pool stays open till 8pm which was handy for us, as we didn’t really come down to the pool till late afternoon due to the hot weather and availability of beds was good then. The hotel was clean, food & drinks were well priced too. Plenty of restaurants within 5-10mins walk for food. Couple of minor issues, we had breakfast once, which has tables inside & outside. We sat inside and there was a pigeon walking around, which wasn’t hygienic. Also there were plenty of wasps around the table with the cakes and pastry’s. The pool itself needed some missing tiles replacing too. No entertainment of an evening that we went too but believe they have some on a Monday evening during a BBQ, which we unfortunately didn’t get to go too due to flights. Overall we would return to the Marina Suites, as the location, views, rooms, staff and pool area were great.
