"We had an amazing week here and would 100% come back again. It was a 60th birthday treat for my husband and so we stayed on the Privilege level package and I think that made the difference. The choice of the additional restaurants which were easy to book into, as well as the main buffet, meant the food didn't get boring at all and the food in the Gaudi restaurant was really fabulous. Rooms were lovely, all the pool areas (not just the Privilege pool areas) were quiet with abundant loungers which I realise might not be the case at peak times. We did a few activities .....it's the first time I've done hotel yoga taught by an actual yoga teacher, not just the hotel animation team! We found all the staff very helpful and we'd love to stay again. The hotel is a 10 minute walk along a lovely coastal path into Melonaras centre which we thought was lovely, a bit more up market than some of the older resorts and you're just 20 minutes to the famous sand dunes of Maspalomas."

"We had a 2 bed unit with jacuzzi. It was a well equipped, modern and spacious unit. The outside space was huge with space for loungers, comfortable sofa, outdoor eating and jacuzzi. Resort staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely go back. Loved it"

"I booked this holiday based on the 5* star platinum experience TUI was offering and was far beyond what I got. The only two positivities I can give about this hotel is the cleanliness of the communal areas & the aesthetics of the hotel, unfourtantly I can’t give any more positives. Cons: 1. I had a 10 night stay and not once were my bedsheets ever changed. 2. The noise from the animation team/music during the day by the pool is deafening and extremely loud it’s very uncomfortable to the point by day 3 I could no longer go down to the pool as I could not relax and most of my holiday I spend in my room on the balcony in the communal areas or out and about exploring. 3. There are too many sun loungers crammed in too tightly next to each other. 4. The ‘fake beach area’ by the pool this is not real sand and more like construction pebbles you get from the local builders merchant, they are rough on your feet, get everywhere in the pool and get too hot during the afternoon (very hard to walk on). 5. During my stay I encountered rude maid staff and most of the restaurant staff do not acknowledge you, offer a smile or even clean up the dirty plates from the table, from the whole 10 days I’ve been here my table was cleared twice. Also the tables are too close together and feels like your sitting on top of strangers when eating just overall a very uncomfortable environment. 6. The food was awful - little choice of vegetables during the evening, meat was uncooked and raw every single day, the breakfast was greasy, juice was just water and the fizzy drinks were watered down so much overall the food was repetitive, cold, uncooked and very little options. 7. Not the best location: everything is a taxi ride away or at least a 30/40 min walk, there’s a local shop 5 mins away however doesn’t provide the best options (indoor hotel shop is very pricey) 8. Paper thin walls - the walls in the bedrooms are so thin you can hear everything including kids running up and down the hallways all night. 9. Smoking on balconies - unfourtantly we had a smoker below us smoking on the balcony serval times a day wafting cigarette smoke right into our room even though this is a rule within the resort not to smoke on balconies. Overall I’m extremely disappointed with my stay here, considering you save up and pay thousands of pounds to stay in a more ‘luxury’ resort it’s not the experience I got, I’ve stayed in many 3/4* hotels across the Canaries and had a much better experience, I definitely won’t be returning to this hotel, feel more stressed being here than I did before I came."
