"The staff is very friendly! The location is right next to a large cement plant, but you can't hear it. There's not much to do in the immediate vicinity. The view from the hotel pool is okay, but the deck is outdated. The view from the separate club is fantastic, and everything is very modern. The accommodation is well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. A very strong cleaner (chlorine?) was used for cleaning our room, which caused nausea because the smell was almost impossible to ventilate. However, the cleanliness was excellent. You have your own relaxation area and very good parking facilities. All in all, it's a great stay during the week because individual loungers in the club are free for guests. On weekends, you have to pay for them, and since the two pools are so different, I think that's a real shame. But that's just how it is, and you should keep that in mind beforehand."

The breakfast was delicious - we particularly loved the homemade almond cake! Munta's mojitos by the pool are worthy of a special mention. "Lovely hotel. Very clean and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Only 10 mins to the beach ( but you do need to climb 100 steps, but I don’t think you can escape that if you stay in Peurto Rico!!) and about the same distance to the shopping centre where all the restaurants are. A great holiday and would return."

"Stayed at this hotel with a friend for ten days. From the first moment we entered the reception until the minute we left we felt welcome. The staff were lovely, helpful, friendly and professional. We had a junior suite which was clean, roomy and comfortable. The food was amazing with something for everyone. The deserts were very tempting and delicious. There was entertainment around the pool area if you wanted to join in and the evening shows were good. There was also a separate piano bar if you wanted something a little more sedate. A free shuttle to nearby Morgan was a nice touch and the service buses were a short walk away and easy to use if you wanted to go further. Puerto rico only took 15 or 20 minutes and cost one euro forty each way. All in all it was a fabulous holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"We stayed for 10 nights with a large group of family, had a wonderful time. After reading previous reviews I was a little worried before arriving but need not have. Staff are so helpful and friendly, very clear how hard everyone works to keep things moving and keep the hotel clean. Rooms were nice and spacious, cleaned every day and sheets changed whenever you want them. Air con was poor in our room but other family members it was better. Entertainment team were good , we really enjoyed the Michael Jackson show, also enjoyed the entertainment in the bar in the evenings. Drinks were good, pre-made cocktails were a little sweet for me but beer and spirits were good. Food was delicious, Mexican night was great, lots of options every night for all tastes. We would definitely return, overall a great stay."
