Genial. La única pega que le pondría sería que no tiene mucho aparcamiento. La piscina genial. Al igual que la habitación. El jacuzzi de las zonas comunes no estaba en funcionamiento.

Absolutely fantastic stay here. We had the most amazing relaxed 2 weeks. We were in room 201, we had a decent view over puerto rico and a lovely distant view of the beach and harbour. Our little gecko friends who lived in the wall at the side of our balcony were a joy to watch. Our Room was fabulous, clean, and tidy with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. The pool was stunning along with the sun terrace and pool bar. There are plenty of sunbeds to go around and no early morning sunbed dash. Hotel is a 10 minute walk down to the commercial centre where all the shops bars and restaurants are or a taxi down for €5. We can't wait to return next year, this is 100% our new go to hotel.

Hard to fault this hotel, very modern and clean following a recent refurb. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, comfy beds and maid service daily. Nice pool area with lots of sun beds including padded double beds, infinity style pool with great views over the resort. Food and drinks from the pool bar were very good value. Very pleasant staff always working hard across the hotel. Very good value for what we paid for a weeks stay.

This hotel is fantastic. It’s not in your face but it’s clean, modern, great spot, comfortable and best of all it has absolutely amazing staff. From arriving late at night to being brought a camomile tea when hungover one morning at the pool bar by Tito there just really isn’t a thing to fault. We have decided we will be coming back again next year. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We booked these apar**ents again as were there in Dec 2023 and enjoyed it. However on arrival this time they hadn't put the mattress topper on the bed as requested twice by email and there was building work next door at Rocamar for 8 out of our 12 days. I have put a complaint in to jet2 about this as we were not advised. That aside the apar**ents and pool area are very nice and the weather was fab. We will come back just a shame our room 510 was close to the building work so noisy balcony breakfasts and the soft sunbeds were in the noisy end too! The air con doesnt go cold enough either so for these reasons i have had to mark them down this time.

Back from a fabulous four night trip to Hartaguna with my husband. We were blown away with our stay. The apar**ent was so clean and airy. We stayed on the 7th floor and the views were stunning! Pool area spotless and loungers so comfortable. The vibes are very chill. The food at the pool bar was delicious and service was great. I recommend the mojitos at happy hour! And the American breakfast was also great. Hartaguna is situated a short stroll away from the centre of Puerto Rico, about ten minutes down a lot of steps, where you can find endless restaurants and bars with food and entertainment each evening. If steps aren't your thing it was only around 4euros to grab a taxi. There is a supermarket across the room in a neighbouring hotel for snacks/drinks for your room. All in all we absolutely loved our stay and don't think there is anything we could fault. We can't wait to visit Hartaguna again!

Just home from a week's stay in these apar**ents. Absolutely fantastic ! I'm definitely glad I booked this place and have nothing but praise. The place is spotlessly clean, all in white, with ***** lighting along the passageways, making it look very modern. We were fortunate to book 1 of the 8 rooms with the private jacuzzi just outside the room, with the front all covered in plastic grass, 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs, and an outside table. In fact, this made it too easy just to walk out the front doors of your room into your garden area. 5 of these rooms were on the ground floor. ( although not opened yet due to certification, there are 3 disabled rooms that will be available soon ) The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful and will phone you a taxi anytime you require one. This is due to the area's location 1/2 way up, basically a cliff face hill that isn't for those with walking difficulties or those who don't like to push themselves in the heat. Trust me, even walking down the hill takes it out of you. Presently, the taxi costs approx €4.50 up to the Europa Centre or down to the centre of the town that has much more facilities. It's self-catering but you have to use the nearest shop in Montebella, and it has everything you need. The rooftop has a good size pool and plenty of beds and chairs, with plenty of space all around, and then we have the bar/cafe that even has a happy hour. The food here was amazing. The Texan burger ( bacon & cheese) has an inch thick pate, and you get chips with it too. We also got a sandwich which had 3 slices of bread also accompanied with chips..... and very cheap. The staff up here were very nice too. Would I stay here again ? Definitely! Thank you to all who made our week a great holiday

We spent a week here in mid April and honestly it was perfect for us! The hotel is in a great location, sun all hours and although the walk to the centre is a lot of steps; it only takes about 10 minutes and a taxi back up was only around €4. The hotel itself is really well maintained and newly renovated. The rooms have everything you need, the bar and pool area are really tidy and there is plenty of beds and the staff were really really helpful - especially the man and woman on reception. We even got a late check out on the leaving day free of charge! If you’re thinking of booking this place - I would highly recommend you do!

We stayed here for 2 weeks The hotel has just been refurbished so it’s really modern and clean. The pool area is clean, lovely big comfortable beds with cushions, or normal sun beds, never a rush for sun beds you just come down when you want, the pool is freezing. The rooms have everything you would need for a self catering holiday The maids could do more, they change towels every 3 days pool towels every 5 days, but they don’t really clean how they should it’s all a bit of a lick and a promise and we had loads of little ants all round the kitchen. The air conditioning is useless but it was only March, people will struggle in the summer Staff wore friendly specially the men on reception very helpfull Commercial centre is a 10 min walk down 212 stairs ( yes I counted) or you can walk round the road a taxi is 4 euros
