Un hotel vraiment très agréable pour profiter d'un séjour au calme sur Zagreb tout en profitant de la proximité du centre ville Notre appartement était vraiment bien équipé, propre, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain La déco est vraiment moderne et de qualité Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon avec beaucoup de choix (petit bémol sur les oeufs brouillés qui sont parfois trop brouillés 😊) Nous avons dîner au restaurant pour Noël et avons été très bien accueillis et servis avec le sourire L'accueil est parfait ! Le parking gratuit est un plus ! Une très bonne adresse sur Zagreb pour visiter et se reposer sans utiliser sans voiture

This place appears to be a bit of a somewhat well- worn kitschy relic of the Soviet era-not a negative at all. The lobby has a bunch of intriguing items that one would never see in the West. Room/bathroom were quite spacious & spartan-no issues. Only thing needed to be a 5 star review is just a basic mini-fridge as while this is close to the main bus station, it is pretty far from everything else including restaurants & grocery stores so one needs to stock up on beverages, etc. when one is not out and about. Overall, good deal for a budget hotel particularly for solo travelers like myself.

This is an excellent boutique hotel on the outskirts of central Zagreb. Extremely comfortable and quiet. The beds are super comfie which is really important on a quick international biz trip. Mark and Lorena who own the hotel are really wonderful. They made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Important to note that the hotel is not within walking distance of central Zagreb but very easy to get in by bus, taxi or Uber. Ultra modern, clean and a great breakfast. I look forward to returning!

住了兩天，沒有服務，客房浴巾衞生根本沒有打掃！帶孩子去游泳池，服務員的態度極其惡劣，衹針對中國人，一屋子人，非説我們説話聲音大，特意錄了視頻，壓根兒不是我們的聲音，特別過份！感覺對中國人種族歧視了有點！不滿意這裏的服務！提供一段泳池視頻，大家可以看看到底我們怎麼吵了，把按摩SPA安排在泳池邊上，又不是泡澡，怎麼可能沒有聲音！入住時候你可以寫清楚不允許孩子入住，游泳不允許出聲的聲明啊！太可笑了，這視頻裏基本我們的孩子沒有任何聲音，服務員進來就直奔我們讓我們提醒孩子小聲，可是我們壓根沒吵！一次一次的！這是體驗感最差的酒店！

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

The hotel is located a couple of kilometers/miles from Zagreb center, in a quieter area. There are nearby trams with which you can easily reach the center in minutes. There are a few small restaurants, pubs, and shops around. The hotel has 2 small buildings with 3-4 floors - the main building and an ”annex” (we heard it had no elevator, but we stayed in the main one which has). Each floor has about 6-7 rooms. They have their own small parking lot between the buildings, and we always found parking there, though sometimes it was a little more difficult to find. The room was average in size, with a modern shower (no bath). I have to say the bed was a little squeaky, but just a little. Breakfast was served on floor -1. There were many items, but they were constantly running out of them and not replenishing them on time. The service at the reception was superb! They seemed to try and help us in any way possible, suggesting places to sit together in the hotel or visit outside, giving tips, providing us with wine glasses etc.

Wonderful couple of days at this great independent hotel in Zagreb’s Upper Town. Perfect location on a quiet street that’s a short walk from the rest of the Upper Town and not too far from the Lower Town either. Stylish room, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. It was a flat 20 minute walk into town. We would describe this 2 bedroom apar**ent layout as quirky. One room had a glass wall so exterior light made it difficult to sleep. All rooms had locking doors except the shower room which had no door. The kettle which had a short lead, could only be plugged into the bathroom floor plug. Although quirky we enjoyed the stay. They gave good instructions on how to enter the apar**ent after late arrival and were accommodating when we took longer to pick up car than expected. None of the 3 tv’s worked but helpful staff got the main one working. Staff probably need to dial the room in to check that everything works.

We were in hotel for 2 nights in August. Everything was very good. We had a superior room and room was big enough and very clean. Bed and the Pillow were really comfortable. The room facilities were exactly what someone needs in a short stay and air conditioner was very good. The staff were very polite and kind. The hotel has free outdoor parking. Hotel is a littel bit far from center and old town but You can reach the tram station in 10 minutes by walk and you should take a tram No.17 . The ticket was very cheap about Per person 70 or 80 cent. It takes about 20 minutes from the hotel to the city center by tram. Breakfast was good and we ate a dinner at hotel’s restaurant and it was really perfect as well. Overall, we had a good and relaxing time at the hotel. Thank you very much!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers. PPengguna TetamuThe only thing good about this small hotel is the location and the hot shower. Everything else was not as expected from such high review ratings! I came a with a friend, we booked separate rooms at the same time and price. When we got to the hotel we each were given very different rooms. I got to the hotel first and asked for a room on a high floor with a view. Lady at check in said it wasn't possible as the hotel was full. A few minutes later my friend arrived and got a lovely room on the top floor with windows and lots of sunlight. Meanwhile I am in a dark room on a lower floor with no light or view and a balcony that is a joke. There was only one bath towel and a hand towel on the first day, the next day the same but one face cloth added, third day two complete sets of towels but no face cloth. I didn't need or want to have the towels changed every day! There was a useless kitchenette in the corner. No microwave and no dish towels or paper towels. There was a bottle of Coke and water in the mini fridge but it was not clear if it was supposed to be there. The mini fridge in my friend's room had a few more beverages in it and a price list, but there was no price list in my room. The temperature and fan control in my room never worked and the instructions given in the room notes were not clear. You also needed to read the instructions to get the TV channels, it wasn't just click on and watch. There was a robe in my room but no tissues or note pad and pen. The staff was not very knowledgeable about tram and bus - yet there was a tram stop just behind the hotel. I am not sure how this hotel was rated so highly but it doesn't deserve it.

Room was very clean and pretty, comfortable with armchair and place for luggage. Spotless bathroom, with nice towels and plenty of hangers. There was a refrigerator and blankets if you needed. Very peaceful, we could hear the birds singing all day and night. The large private parking was a relief in a city with huge parking problems. Close to the beautiful Park and City Zoo. Not far from Zagreb Old Town Center. A very nice surprise was the large, beautiful, very, very clean fully equipped common kitchen downstairs. The girls of the Reception were very kind and helpful, we thank them for that!

Very nice and well located hotel , and safe. Quiet neighborhood, but close to everything The hotel is cosy and with great atmosphere . Breakfast nice and nice surroundings Staff is really nice and service minded . Patricia at the front desk make you feel welcome and have a great attitude We will gladly come back !

PPengguna TetamuThe best thing about this hostel is the price. Staff were nice and cooperative. Location (in terms of distance to attractions) is also good as it is a few minutes walk of the main square, While the location of the hostel itself to be reached is confusing as the hostel is located inside a closed compound-like building/blocks with the only entry/exit from the compound is far in front of the reception of the hostel with no signs in the main road/street or the exterior of the compound to show the direction to the hostel! Disliked: I stayed in a 4-bed room. My room had a 2 separate beds and 1 bunk bed. My bed was the upper bunk bed and unlike the rest of the beds, I didn't have my own power outlet near to my head and I had to use the one below the level of my bed. This was annoying and I couldn't use my mobile while charging it because the power slot was far. Men toilets were OK but the showers were not! There was no single wall hanger/hook to hang your towel and clothes while taking a shower and no shelf to keep your toiletries on while showering! Only one small split AC unit in the room which was not effective in that very hot weather of July 2022!

LLaffertyWhat began as a suspiciously underpriced, gorgeously designed, epicentrically located property with heart and smiles for days...turned into a psychotic, abusive nightmare, like something straight out of Rosemary’s Baby.
Never in all my days, in all the hundreds of properties and thousands of nights in everything from backpacker hostels to five-star suites, have I been subjected not simply to bad service (fixable) but outright and unrepentant hostility, harassment and torment by the staff. Unbelievable.
As the gentleman and professional many know me to be, I in good faith detailed the infractions, called for a GM meeting, recommended simple solutions, had multiple follow-up meetings, and presumed the offending micro-tyrants would be disciplined and neutralized. They weren’t. It only got worse. And worse still.
Think, stalking, door slamming, man-handling my iPad (verboten), shorting guest change when paying by cash in the bar (witnessed multiple times), having aggressive security called for eating in an otherwise public area five minutes beyond a theretofore unknown “rule,” asking me repeated and pointedly “how long I would be staying...” you get the idea.
So, in the end, I cancelled two weeks of reservations (which would have been expanded to 6+) and protested with my feet. I left.
A day out and I STILL feel emotionally winded, unsure of what I just witnessed.
All I know is that if my behavior to a client or guest even approached this, I’d be – and should be – terminated on the spot. This was not the decision of management.
But maybe it’s me. Maybe this is Croatia’s version of adventure travel. Not enough to make me fall out of love with Zagreb...but close.

Lliangyuan220First off, this is very hard to get to it. No way to make it to a car it is on a pedestrian and street cars street only. You need to park somewhere close and walk to the hotel. When finally on the street good luck on finding this hotel, it is through a gangway, an alleyway with no signs of hotel name. You need to look for no. 16 and not the hotel name, you'll never find it. When finally get in, still no signs of the hotel, you need to go through a pub all the way at the back, there is a small desk, that is the reception and there is someone there only till about 10 pm. The description on the booking page says parking on site, 10 Euros. There is not, parking far away and is much more than that. Quite a distance to walk with your luggage. Rooms are spooky, black painted concrete floors, same as the ceiling. See my pictures. Walls are white with black accents. Yes, it hides the dirt pretty good. Windows are a total turn off, they do open but the ledges are all rotten and full of spider webs and mold. Simply discussing. You won't be open them regardless. The hotel, at lest one wing, faces the busy streets, street cars pass each way every 3 minutes and in the night time garbage and commercial trucks are going by non - stop. My shower has a drain issue, water wouldn't drain, shower pan get flooded. Breakfast, food wise it's fine, location though is not. It is in the pub. Imagine eating in a place where 6 hours ago people were heavy drinking and smoking. Yes there is smoking in the pub, in the building right under the rooms above. All the hallways stink. Location is good, right in the center, other than that there is no positive thing to mention. There is a to proof terrace, no food. Just drinks. It can bee seen from the ”Grad” above, the old medieval town. The pub, which is the hotel's restaurant stops serving door at 4 pm. The pub has a live band and reservations required. By 9 the whole thing is packed whether you care or not you still need though it to your room. Again, this is not the type of my place, I only picked for the location but I paid the price. Ok if you are young and there for party but sleep quality is very poor. I was there for two nights on Sep 18 and 19.
