We had an amazing 5 nights stay at the Hilton Goa! Right from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the warm reception we received made us smile as we were a lot delayed due to torrential rains. The rooms had decent interiors and the river view from the balcony was mesmerising especially during sunsets! I should specially mention Mr. Waseem who is the housekeeping manager, he took extra care of us and saw to it our stay was comfortable and each of our requests was taken care of. Infact he changed our room to the best view one on our request almost immediately. He was kind enough to always attend to us with a smile and a helpful attitude. I should also mention Mr. Subhranil the F&B incharge who made sure that we received a fantastic in room F&B service and sometimes went above & beyond to made our stay delightful! The breakfast buffet spread was great and ala-carte food was lip smacking! I should also mention Mr. Chaitanya the concierge incharge who helped us plan the trip superbly and also arranged a local driver for us. The car was in premium condition too. The restaurant manager, the chefs, the receptionists, even the security everyone always attended to us with a smile. The resort was beautiful in the midst of lush greens. Overall we had a lovely stay, the staff made it even better! We would certainly recommend the river view rooms on a higher floor, as well as the spacious suite rooms. We would certainly love to come back to Hilton the next time we are in North Goa. Thanks to everyone for making our stay absolutely memorable!

This is a new hotel in Arambol. The furniture is new, the renovation is new. The owner of the hotel and the staff are very nice people who are ready to help.
The hotel is located away from the road, surrounded by nature and silence. I wish you good luck and recommend it!

I recently stayed at The Westin Goa from November 3rd to November 7th with high expectations, but my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite paying over INR 25,000 per night, the level of service and hygiene I encountered was far below what I would expect from a 5-star Marriott property. From day one, my room (2025) had a malfunctioning door lock, forcing me to repeatedly visit the reception to have my key card reactivated. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, the front desk staff were dismissive and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Only on the fourth day, after finding a technician nearby, was it confirmed that the lock needed a lengthy repair – an issue that could have been resolved much sooner with a bit of care and attention. On the same day, I found a cockroach in my bathroom. For a premium hotel, encountering such hygiene issues is both shocking and unacceptable. While I reported this to the reception and an executive officer, the only response was a vague assurance of pest control. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. I had to wait 20-25 minutes each morning for a seat, only to find the same limited menu every day, without any variety. This isn’t what one would expect from a high-end property. As a Bonvoy member, I’m deeply disappointed. The lack of attention to basic service, cleanliness, and guest comfort was appalling. I expected a much higher standard from Marriott, and this experience has seriously made me question my loyalty to the brand. For anyone considering a stay at The Westin Goa, be cautious – unfortunately, it’s not living up to the Marriott reputation.

My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

Quick one night stay. Good amenities, and a clean hotel. Nice pool and food options also. Only down side, we were informed we would receive complimentary drinks and also breakfast packed as we were departing early. We received neither. Overall a good stay with kind staff

The experience was good overall. Initially they
got the room wrong and therefore didn't have us registered for breakfast but this was fixed and they allowed us to shower in the room that was given to us first so we didn't lose time.
The staff are helpful and the grounds are good. The location is amazing, a 2 minutes walk to the beach and on the end of a main road full or shops and bars.

Very beautiful property with lush greenery and close to the calangute beach and there are 3 water pool inside the property a gymnasium and kids playing area also.
Buffet was also good there were lots of option in the buffet.
Rooms were clean and spacious, staff wass very cooperative.

My partner and I have recently returned after spending 8 fantastic nights at the W Goa. Ron greeted us, after a long journey, with an amazing welcome which set the standard for our stay. Nishanth went out of his way to give us a tour of the resort and took us to our room which had been kindly decorated for our anniversary, complete with a beautiful cake - he exchanged numbers with us and made sure we knew to ask if we needed anything. The staff make the W and their attention to detail is unbelievable - it is difficult to single out individuals as each and every member of staff added to our stay. They were so helpful in recommending areas to visit, bars and clubs, arranging scooters for hire and taxis for nights out. Special thanks to Chef Vikas who personally introduced himself and went out of his way to prepare dishes for us to try - his cooking is so tasty and one of the things I miss the most since being back at home! The pool staff and gym staff are extremely attentive. Melvin at the Rock Pool - another great addition to the team as is Nancy and all the staff in the main restaurant. Housekeeping made sure our room was spotlessly clean every day. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you to everyone, once again, for an unforgettable holiday.

They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!

PPengguna TetamuTaj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary.
We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views.
Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The room was big and clean and cool. The bathroom was nice, however they only give you one tiny toilet roll, spare would’ve been nice. We had two big bottles of water in our room but our room did not get cleaned or replenished during our stay. The beach bar (Bongos) had really friendly staff and good service. The food was nice and also cheap. There is a private beach area, which is nice but also far from the sea in low tide. There’s also a nice pool area which is lovely if you need a break from the sea and sand. It’s a very rustic place, the huts looked really cool however our room was very pleasant. All rooms have an outdoor seating area. Baga beach itself is pretty hectic, so this is a nice distance away from the party *****, but not too far to walk. We didn’t get a Tuk Tuk or taxi once when we were there as there is plenty within walking distance from the hotel.

VV1ndal00-K1ngWe stayed for 6 nights and the location couldn’t get any better. On the doorstep to ***drem beach which is also a lot quieter than the other beaches. Food wasn’t great and overpriced food/beverages in general (especially alcohol). We went half board and still had to pay for soft drinks for dinner. However we spent our days on ***drem beach and we ordered from a place called ***drem beach shack which was very reasonably priced for food and cheap alcohol. I’d recommend using that restaurant for drinks and food if you don’t go half board/ full board. We found it quite unprofessional as we were shortchanged each time and they kept the extra as tip as they couldn’t give any change. Overall, great location and perfect for the beach.

Pool were not very clean.
They don't follow proper dress code for the pool as some guest were in appropriate cloths for pool. This makes it unhygienic.
Overall a decent property to stay in.

Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.
Hotel staff were also friendly, smart, passionate and respectful. Great experience over all.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal.
The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean.
Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier.
The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed for five nights and paid 16,700 Indian Rupees, which is about 172 British Pounds. This means that I paid 34 Pounds per night. What did I get for 34 Pounds a night? Read below: “Hotel”?: It is NOT a hotel. Stop advertising it as a “hotel”. Reception: This is essentially the front house where the family that runs Garden Villa lives. You will not see anyone most of the time at the “reception” and will need to stand at the steps/entrance and look into the house expectantly and someone will come out and attend to you. That is reception for you. Garden: The “garden” is essentially a few patches of grass and a few average looking plants that grow nearly everywhere in Goa. If you are lucky, you will get a room that overlooks this “garden”. If you are not lucky, you will have a view overlooking a back street, or worse. Swimming Pool: Don’t be fooled by the swimming pool. It is a really small and shallow pool in open air – let us face it, Indians don’t have much of a swimming pool tradition/culture. The pool is about 10-15 meters from a very dusty and busy road. The pool is not covered so you can imagine dust, bird droppings, debris from trees, and heavens know what, fall into the pool. During my five-days stay, I did not see anyone cleaning it. I saw only once someone using it - a group of young Indian men having what looked like a bath. WiFi: Poor and intermittent. I would not say more. Room: Utterly utterly average room with a double bed, a table, a coat hanger, a TV (see below), a mirror, and small bucket as a dustbin (see photos). Absolutely nothing else. TV: NO FREE CHANNELS. TV was not connected to any network or cable in my room. I needed to ask the reception three times to come and connect it with cable, dish, or anything. They finally put a plug-in device (a kind or WiFi access point), which enabled the TV to receive Amazon Prime, Netflix, and some Indian channels. BUT you must pay for them. They are NOT free. Mattress and pillow: Utterly poor quality and old mattress and pillow, which hadn’t been well maintained and cleaned. The Garden Villa ***agement tried to cover the old mattress with a foam cover which was a little short and shrunk at the corners (see photos). Bathroom: Probably the worst bathroom you will get for 34 British Pounds a night. Toilet was old and rickety, paint was peeling off the walls and also off the rusty toilet door. Sink, taps, and mirror were looked uncleaned with signs of mould (or mold). Fridge: NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM. Again, in most hotels you will find a fridge but not at Garden Villa. If you are in Goa, you cannot do without a fridge. It is very warm and hot throughout the year, and you will badly miss a fridge. But sadly rooms come with NO FRIDGE. Room service: You will need to ask the “reception” for someone to come around and clean the room. If you don’t ask, no-one is going to come around. Restaurant: No restaurant at Garden Villa.
