Проживание с друзьями в отеле очень понравилось, поэтому, при одиночном путешествии, когда надо было выбирать отель, выбрала Nanu Resort Arambol.. Выбрала проживание без питания, чтобы оплачивать заявленные при бронировании 450 рупий за завтрак, в отеле. В этом возникли трудности, так как в отеле озвучили стоимость завтрака ,уже, 600 рупий, и, согласились на 450 рупий за завтрак, только после их звонков в вышестоящие инстанции. Это был единственный неприятный момент за время проживания в отеле. Очень хороший отель, отличный персонал.

I stayed for five nights and paid 16,700 Indian Rupees, which is about 172 British Pounds. This means that I paid 34 Pounds per night. What did I get for 34 Pounds a night? Read below: “Hotel”?: It is NOT a hotel. Stop advertising it as a “hotel”. Reception: This is essentially the front house where the family that runs Garden Villa lives. You will not see anyone most of the time at the “reception” and will need to stand at the steps/entrance and look into the house expectantly and someone will come out and attend to you. That is reception for you. Garden: The “garden” is essentially a few patches of grass and a few average looking plants that grow nearly everywhere in Goa. If you are lucky, you will get a room that overlooks this “garden”. If you are not lucky, you will have a view overlooking a back street, or worse. Swimming Pool: Don’t be fooled by the swimming pool. It is a really small and shallow pool in open air – let us face it, Indians don’t have much of a swimming pool tradition/culture. The pool is about 10-15 meters from a very dusty and busy road. The pool is not covered so you can imagine dust, bird droppings, debris from trees, and heavens know what, fall into the pool. During my five-days stay, I did not see anyone cleaning it. I saw only once someone using it - a group of young Indian men having what looked like a bath. WiFi: Poor and intermittent. I would not say more. Room: Utterly utterly average room with a double bed, a table, a coat hanger, a TV (see below), a mirror, and small bucket as a dustbin (see photos). Absolutely nothing else. TV: NO FREE CHANNELS. TV was not connected to any network or cable in my room. I needed to ask the reception three times to come and connect it with cable, dish, or anything. They finally put a plug-in device (a kind or WiFi access point), which enabled the TV to receive Amazon Prime, Netflix, and some Indian channels. BUT you must pay for them. They are NOT free. Mattress and pillow: Utterly poor quality and old mattress and pillow, which hadn’t been well maintained and cleaned. The Garden Villa ***agement tried to cover the old mattress with a foam cover which was a little short and shrunk at the corners (see photos). Bathroom: Probably the worst bathroom you will get for 34 British Pounds a night. Toilet was old and rickety, paint was peeling off the walls and also off the rusty toilet door. Sink, taps, and mirror were looked uncleaned with signs of mould (or mold). Fridge: NO FRIDGE IN THE ROOM. Again, in most hotels you will find a fridge but not at Garden Villa. If you are in Goa, you cannot do without a fridge. It is very warm and hot throughout the year, and you will badly miss a fridge. But sadly rooms come with NO FRIDGE. Room service: You will need to ask the “reception” for someone to come around and clean the room. If you don’t ask, no-one is going to come around. Restaurant: No restaurant at Garden Villa. I had a rather rocky start to our stay here - with some confusion with the security regarding our luggage. but as soon as I checked in, the experience took a pleasant turn. The staff at the front desk was quite hospitable and considerate. We were given a tour to the property at the time of check in and assigned a room in an elevator block for our convenience as we were travelling with the kid. The room was spacious with a good view of the river and the sunset. The balcony was spacious . Overall the room was quite spacious and comfortable . The house keeping team patiently helped us through our request. The service was very prompt. Finally , coming to the best part of the stay - the service at their 24 hour dinner Saipe. We were helped by Ms. Ishani. She helped us with the food options and her service was impeccable. She also catered to our food customisations and ensured that we got what we wanted , and the way we wanted. The food was tasty. I also appreciated the efforts of the chef Mr.Vignesh who prepared the dishes as per our requirements and was always happy to extend further help. The entire staff at the restaurant was very warm and friendly. Another aspect that I would like to share is that the property offers complimentary food menu for the infants/ kid.

Let me start off by saying that the hospitality is one of the best I have ever experienced. Right from the front desk to the kitchen everything was top notch. Chef Rajeev took such great care of us and went out of his way to curate speciality food items. Even ***ager Sagar was very hospitable and friendly. The property is located conveniently in Anjuna and within a few minutes drive from all the top rated restaurants and joints. But you don't need that because the food at the hotel is so delicious you don't feel the need to go out to find good food. This hotel is definitely worthy of its 5star rating. The rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. There was no request from the help desk which was not attended. In short loved the place. Definately a must visit for couples and families.

Such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and obliging. Urmila, the chef is an absolute asset to your hotel. What a beautiful lady. She definitely cooks from her heart . Rayna, the FnB manager is lovely also. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool staff were very nice and obliging. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the house keeping ***ager Mr. Panda for checking on us throughout the stay. Overall it was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt Goa team.
