Located in the heart of Sorrento, the Hilton is one of the area's largest hotels. The lobby is spacious and modern and check-in was relatively easy. The staff tried their best to upgrade our rooms for us but wasn't able to, although I appreciated their effort. We booked two rooms and both were modern, good size, and clean with a large patio. I would highly recommend booking a room with the water view. Our's (409 and 410) faced the large flat cliff face where the main entrance to the hotel is. The room includes breakfast buffet every morning. The food was just okay, sufficient to get your day started. It would have been nice if they changed up the selection but it was the same every day. But the views from your table can be breathtaking. On the roof of the hotel are two restaurants, Happyissmo and J, the Japanese restaurant. The former also having a (small) pool and patio that you can book. We ate one night at J and found the food delicious. The pool is quite large and its multi-tiers provide plenty of room without it getting crowded. We were there for a week in mid-July and never found the pool crowded. Pool-side service was pleasant too. The location of the hotel is away from main center (Storico Centro) which makes it nice and quiet. You can walk to the center, which would take probably about 15-20 minutes, but with the heat, we chose to take a taxi. For the four of us, the price ranged from 14-20 euros (not sure why). Being so close to the center, also means that it's close to the ferry that takes you to various points of interest. We used it twice to go to Capri (~20 minutes). Make sure to book the return ticket ahead of time too. Overall we greatly enjoyed this hotel and would certainly consider staying here again.

Words can’t describe how amazing our experience was with hotel Mary. Vico Equense is the most beautiful place, and only 10 min train ride to Sorrento. If you’re looking for accommodation I would highly recommend staying here! The views from the hotel were amazing, clean and tidy rooms, infinitely pool stunning, huge breakfast served each day, and to top if off a private beach club all included in the price…. Like what?! Truly worth the money and would come back here in a heart beat. Staff were super friendly and recommended great restaurants. All round one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! Can’t wait to return.

Amenities were great and staff was super helpful.
They had a shuttle to city centre which took 1.5 euros each way which was good, as the location was 15 min drive.
Only downside for us was it was difficult to reach here from Port or from Train station. It took almost 50 min to reach here as buses are not frequent. Finding the right bus was a hassle as google maps bus number and actual was way different. You have to check with drivers to know.
The team here were having all the bus n train tickets so we dont have to get in line for tickets this was a plus.

시설도 좋고 조식도 좋았지만, 숙박일 당일 먹은 디너는 전식, 중식, 후식으로 우리 가족 모두가 대만족이었다.
위치가 찾기에 다소 애매한 면도 있었으나 이를 상쇄하고도 남을만큼 좋은 호텔임.
1박 자동차 주차비는 20유로로 다소 비싼편임^^
크리스마스 전주라 그런지 호텔이 여러 장식이 되있어 그것도 좋았음.

We spent 9 nights here in Room 502. The hotel was great. I feel like some of the staff are still learning their roles. However, some are just amazing and make up where others are still learning. The Lumi Sky lounge is such a beautiful spot. We spent many nights here watching the sunset. Our room was great too. We had a view of the pool and a balcony that we could access from our bathroom, living room, or bedroom. We loved the modern feel. The proximity to everything in Sorrento was amazing. I would highly recommend. Shout out to the server Carmen. She is constantly moving and made up for others inattentiveness at the pool. And Giulia, who was very gracious in providing and booking information on transfers, tours, and restaurant reservations. We hope to be back.

After 190 years this Grand Hotel is quite extraordinary with location, service staff, food and amenities. Thelynlything missing is private access to the sea although there is an elevator to take you to the marina where you can find private beach clubs. Each team member of the Hotel is well trained and ser ice orient which is what you get from a 5th generation family run business. Prices are still elevated from pre pandemic yet you get what you pay for.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the main piazza and the harbor. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the town and the sea. The bed was very comfortable and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop terrace where you can sit and relax with a drink while enjoying the view. The breakfast served at the hotel was also very good, with a wide selection of fresh pastries, fruit, and hot items. I also appreciated that the hotel had a bar on site, which made it convenient to grab a drink or a snack at any time of day. Overall, I had a great stay at the Faro Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great location make it a top choice for a vacation in this beautiful town.

Our stay at Villa Oriana certainly lived up to the high expectations set by previous reviewers. The location - perched above Sorrento overlooking the Bay of Naples - gives fabulous views, especially from the main and rooftop terraces. The arrangement to use the nearby hotel's regular shuttle service really helped also, as we could enjoy the peaceful setting but also get down to Sorrento and back to suit our plans. Maria is an exceptional hostess, and is quite rightly proud of the experience that she offers her guests. Her staff added to this by following the same principles - nothing was too much trouble for them. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast - most of it home made using garden produce and Maria's assortment of freshly baked quiches and cakes each day. We'd love to return in the future.

L'Oasi della Pace e' immersa nel verde degli agrumeti, insieme a un meraviglioso orto curato dalle simpaticissime e disponibilissime sorelle che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa con la loro calorosa accoglienza, la cordialita' ed assistenza per qualsiasi tipo di informazione che abbiamo richiesto. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e pulite, e a prezzo ragionevole. Dalla terrazza si gode il meraviglioso panorama del Golfo di Napoli, del Vesuvio e della Costiera Sorrentina. La struttura, come detto prima, e' fornita di bellissimi giardini con angoli a disposizione dei bambini, orto, limoneto, e sono presenti anche animali da fattoria, dalla capretta a galli e galline e splendidi pavon. La colazione è varia e tutti i prodotto sono preparati dalle suore, come torte, crostate, spremute, frullati, e marmellate di frutta fresca. Si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la costiera Amalfitana, grazie alla fermata dell'autobus che è vicinissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Un ringraziamento particolare a suor Anna per essere venuta incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza ed averci consigliato sui migliori posti della zona da visitare e dove cenare! Grazie di tutto Suor Anna! :-)

Fabulous small hotel with gorgeous views of Sorrento and the ocean. The hotel is high up in the hills, so be prepared to spend $20 and 15 minutes on a taxi ride to the restaurants downtown and the marinas. There is also a public bus (only runs a few times a day) for about two dollars. It has a gated entrance, lovely patio with wonderful views, small lemon grove, bright breakfast room with a full delicious meal, (Italian breakfast cakes, fresh fruit, granola, ham, and cheese, etc) three kinds of juice, choices of cappuccino, espresso, lattes, etc. and eggs made to order. The view from our room was spectacular and the windows easy to open to let in the fresh air. We had a huge tub with a view of the ocean, the bathroom had double sinks and a modern shower with two shower heads. The staff is terrific. They arranged car transfers to train station in Naples and a wonderful boat tour of Capri. They were friendly and patiently answered our many questions about the area. My husband & I highly recommend Maison Bon Bon!

Let's start with the positives. Large rooms, though small showers, with million dollar views over Sorrento towards Napoli. Everything is light marble, white walls with blue accents. It can lack warmth for some tastes. There is a sun deck with loungers and a pool (about 9 meters by 3 meters) which is unheated so, during some periods it is very cool. Too cool to swim in comfortably but lovely to hang out and have a break from the tourist chaos that is Sorrento. It is a 25 to 30 minute walk from the main train station. 3/4 of that walk is flat and the last 1/4 is gentle uphill slope. Be warned that the sidewalk on the uphill slope can narrow where you have to step onto the road when passing people or wait. The last 200 meters or so is an experience. The white line is 25 to 30 centimeters from solid wall and you are walking it, depending on which side you choose, with cars, bikes and busses whizzing by. Sorrento drivers seem used to tourists and their driving is organized mayhem. The staff is friendly and helpful. Give enough notice and every request will be endeavored to be filled. Yes there is road noise during the day. The Italians talk with their horns. It becomes part of the ”music of Sorrento”. The breakfast has a fair bit of variety. If I were to be picky it's a coffee machine that automatically makes cappuccino rather than someone using a traditional expresso maker and milk steamer. It isn't quite the Italian cappuccino one might expect. Due to the marble floors sound does carry. Doors close like they are slamming but guests figure it out pretty quick to try to be respectful. We always slept fine but other reviews have commented about noise issues which I can understand if a guest is loud and tromping about. If you stayed down in Sorrento there would be the party nightlife noise to contend with. Staying at Hotel Miramare makes you feel a bit elevated in style. Yes it's a 10 minute walk to the edge of the tourist district of Sorrento but the million dollar view is worth it. Overall I'm pleased with my choice for the price I paid. The hotel has wonderful outdoor areas which I appreciate when taking a break from the tourist chaos of Sorrento.

PPaolo PratoThe whole stay at Johanna’s park Hotel was very satisfying.
The hotel provides you with a service that takes you straight into the town centre and back, same goes for the time table regarding the scheduled pick up times.
Staff was welcoming and helpful, rooms spacious and reliable for what the hotel advertises.
An absolute favourite was the breakfast, INSANE!
The guys working there and serving us were full of passion and love for what they do.
Definitely going back!

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the ”spa” shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

KKukH LEEThe location and the view are excellent. We were pleased to be able to use the outdoor swimming pool even in April. The highlight was the made-to-order breakfast prepared on the spot by the chef, and all the staff were extremely friendly. Special thanks for always welcoming our son so warmly, giving our family unforgettable memories. We are immensely grateful to them :)

The hotel is right in the middle of Sorrento near pubs & restaurants ,The staff are Friendly ,The breakfast is good, They do the room every day ,The room has a safety deposit box which is free & a mini bar which is payable ,There is no tea or Coffee facilities ,These are the good points, The bad points are the room was the smallest we have been from a hotel it was approx. 14 foot square ,With a tiny balcony ,The sink never held any water it kept on running away so had to keep running the tap from time to time ,The shower pan was blocked and filled up with water we did get it cleared after a few days, But if you were of a big size you could not get in the shower as the distance when the doors were open was approx. a foot .The evening meal was not that good ,We ate out a few evenings ,I recommend Just bed & Breakfast there is plenty to chose from the Restaurants in the town. There is a 2 euro charge for pool towels ,But we bought our own .We personally would not come hear again as the room was tiny. There is not too many around the pool so no need to rush to put the towels down . Which we don't anyway ,Also the walls are very thin you can hear next door talking & there television Not what there saying ,Also the Television is tiny i would say a 24 inch screen, Most of the channels are not English ,This is Italy ,No British channels not that we watch TV only when having a shower in the evening. I personally never heard the traffic but we spoke to a couple who said they could hear it through the thin walls they had trouble getting to sleep i had no trouble sleeping,, The hotel needs a bit of TLC , You don't get much for the evening meals as they are small . There are a few toiletries in the bathroom ,There is a tourist tax of 7 euros a day .There is no water in the room you have to buy your own .
