"I love the water dispenser idea to reduce plastic use. Can take hot, normal and cold water from the machine near my room 605. I felt so familiar when I decided to book a night here. When I went into the room I opened my email to see that I stayed once on 21 March 2019. Room is very large and comfortable although not new. The charming of the hotel and staff are still the same. Breakfast is set and simple. Restaurant is closed at 21:30pm so we had to walk outside to have dinner. Easy to find places to eat around the hotel. Near 2 Robinson malls at the roundabout and near a convenience store. Deposit 1,000 Peso. 7th floor has very high walls around so views are blocked. If they renovate, hope that they would make glass fences instead."

EExtraordinaire_spicymommaBest family hotel. All staffs from reception, to bell boys to the restaurants are all so welcoming and accommodating. They have this huge kidzone play place for kids and attendants are so caring , attentive and kind. We really enjoyed all the resorts facilities. My son & niece enjoyed the pool , beach and kidzone. U should join their Shangrila membership to get gift like snorkel set use, ice cream or the 2hr pass from kidzone which is really the best of the 3.

VVanessaChengOur stay at the resort was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and accommodating assistance as they made every effort to fulfill our requests. The added amenities in the garden, including archery, badminton, and a chess set, were a fantastic bonus that enhanced our experience.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable, and our hotel room was spotless, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant visit. We are particularly grateful for the staff's thoughtful reminder about the local celebration on our checkout day. Their timely advice to allocate extra travel time to the airport due to potential road blockages was crucial and very much appreciated.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time and made wonderful memories at the resort. If there's one aspect we would highlight for improvement, it would be our room allocation. We had originally booked a balcony ocean view room, but were given a room with only a partial ocean view due to high occupancy. While this was a bit disappointing, we believe this is more of a management issue rather than a reflection on the hardworking ground staff who did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable.
Overall, our experience at the resort was fantastic, and the dedication and friendliness of the staff made it unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again in the future and hope to enjoy the full ocean view we initially anticipated.

VVerniThe best stay we had was at this resort in Cebu,we booked a villa and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had private room for our breakfast and had special cocktail and canapes which was amazing .The restaurant food was also so good.The in room breakfast Setup was done well ,all services in the villa was excellent . Resort is beautiful and very peaceful aswell.The spa treatment was excellent. Service for drop of to the airport was so convenient aswell. The staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful.This place is a dream will definitely would love to come back and stay again.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a pleasant stay at D Gecko Hotel overall. The hotel is located a bit farther in along an unpaved road, which made the access slightly inconvenient.
We booked a family room, and it was very spacious, perfect for our group. It came with two single beds and one double bed, which made it comfortable for everyone. We also appreciated the small details like having a kettle in the room and a free water dispenser available for refills, which was a big plus.
The only downside for us was the pillows, which were not very comfortable for sleeping. Aside from that, it was a nice stay and good value for families.

They did a really good job keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet was basic and had plenty flies but it’s a resort so it’s pretty much expected. Could appreciate some sort of a deterrent . Hotel beach front was great compared to crimson. Would suggest some light music for ambience. Location of the hotel is convenient. The children enjoyed the 3 swimming pools and the Mrs loved the spa. Overall they lived up the 4 star resort hotel experience and expectations.

CClaireKI recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway.
The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort.
However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return.
Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests.
In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

PPengguna TetamuOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

PPengguna TetamuI love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect.
They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball.
Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from.
There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite.
Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby.
They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room.
I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.
