"The place is nice as expected but has a minimal timeline on the pool usage, it only opens from 7am to 7pm. That's one thing. Standout: their staff are really nice, very considerate. The father of my children visited us beyond the allowable time (i was not informed of their rules though) they're supposed to charge us for an additional fee but when I explained they did not hassle and understand the situation. So kudos to the front desk personnel whose wit is beyond measure. Overall our stay was a great 5 ⭐, because of this complex scenario. Thanks Crown Regency 😁"

"We arrived at the hotel at 4am and was told that we have to pay a full day's rate instead of the early check in rate of 1000 pesos that we are communicated earlier, as the early check in timing is supposed to be 8am. We paid for it as we were so tired from the flight. It would be good if the hotel had given us some discount since its just a few hours from the early check in timing. Room was fantastic and clean, spacious enough for luggages and movement. There is a long dressing table and a side ledge along the windows, perfect for us to put our stuffs. Bathroom has hand shower, which is perfect for us. Only thing is the bidet, too painful to use with its small but powerful jets lol. Thank you to the hotel for giving us a connecting room for our friends as we are in a group of 5. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety and at a reasonable price, in fact it is better than another hotel's breakfast which was priced more steeply. Hotel staffs were polite and hospitable, response was fast when we called for extra toiletries in the room. Ayala mall was across the road from the hotel, but the only challenge was crossing that road. Concierge was very helpful with our luggages upon arrival and departure. In all, it's a great stay and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay there!"

"Honest review2 for our 2 night stay: *unlike other airbnb, They don't provide basic shower needs. No free bottled water as well upon arrival. *fridge are not clean before our stay. *sink and stove are not cleaned as well. * not exactly same as posted. The place is still good if you're not that sensitive with all the things mentioned above. We still managad to enjoy our stay. 😊"

"Очень простое заселение - заняло буквально пару минут. Вполне удобное расположение, до аэропорта- при большом желании, можно дойти пешком - 1.5 км. Рядом также торговый центр и 7/11. По комнате вопросов нет, чисто, комфортно. Единственное, для меня, был сильно жёсткий матрас и подушка - поэтому спать было не очень комфортно (учтите, кто любит помягче) но в остальном для ночёвки - супер"

"I have been using Costabella for nearly 20 years and have always considered it a pleasant, well maintained hotel. In fact I even got married here! However, during my most recent stay, the experience fell noticeably short of expectations. We booked a poolside room and, after check in, I was genuinely surprised to find that the room was on the third floor. Based on my many previous stays, I had always understood poolside rooms to be those adjacent to the pool at ground level. If you are booking a poolside room, be aware that this may not be the case and expectations should be managed accordingly. The room itself was a little dated in style, but it was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay, which helped offset the older décor. The pool area is relatively small but generally well maintained. Unfortunately, it was extremely crowded throughout the day due to the large number of day pass visitors. As a result, there were no chairs or loungers available for hotel guests for most of the day, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the beach area was clean and pleasant. The food was the main let down. The buffet breakfast would rate no more than 4 out of 10. Much of the food had not been replenished, including empty juice and coffee stations, and what remained was cold and unappetising. However, it was better on the second day. Dinner was equally disappointing. Several main courses were served cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen twice. In the end, we cancelled two seafood dishes altogether, as reheating raised concerns about food quality and safety. The steak, which was once a highlight of Costabella for me, was extremely tough and far below the standard I have previously enjoyed. Overall, Costabella still has many positive qualities, but this stay did not reflect the standards I have previously associated with the resort and this will be my last visit. Unless the quality of the food and the management of guest capacity improve, I would find it difficult to recommend Costabella based on this recent experience."

"There is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels,  Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu"

The room was clean, cozy, and well‑maintained, offering a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. I also appreciated the great amenities and attention to detail. Overall, an excellent experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service!"

"I love the water dispenser idea to reduce plastic use. Can take hot, normal and cold water from the machine near my room 605. I felt so familiar when I decided to book a night here. When I went into the room I opened my email to see that I stayed once on 21 March 2019. Room is very large and comfortable although not new. The charming of the hotel and staff are still the same. Breakfast is set and simple. Restaurant is closed at 21:30pm so we had to walk outside to have dinner. Easy to find places to eat around the hotel. Near 2 Robinson malls at the roundabout and near a convenience store. Deposit 1,000 Peso. 7th floor has very high walls around so views are blocked. If they renovate, hope that they would make glass fences instead."

"The resort is massive and a lot of pools choices. It’s surely built for family and kids. Breakfast is absolutely good. The only thing I can comment on is the check in and check our process. It’s my first time checking in late in the hotel because the room is not available yet, they can only offer you a 1 hour check out extension time. They could have offer a much better complimentary."
