PPengguna Tetamuочень хороший небольшой отель (позиционирует себя как бутик). прекрасное питание. цены несколько выше чем скажем в городке, но не сильно. уборка, обслуживание и проч. на уровне. есть свой небольшой но очень красивый риф с кучей живущих там черепах (правда заход в воду не супер, но там везде так) надо и минусы упомянуть: 1. в душе в номере на 2 этаже ну совсем слабый напор воды, ну просто тонкая струйка (и холодной и горячей) 2. далеко от аэропорта (но хорошие места на Себу всегда так :( ) спасибо хозяину отеля Майку за прекрасно проведенное время и внимание к гостям! :)

Saya suka idea dispenser air untuk mengurangkan penggunaan plastik. Boleh ambil air panas, biasa dan sejuk dari mesin berhampiran bilik saya 605. Saya berasa begitu akrab apabila saya memutuskan untuk menempah malam di sini. Apabila saya masuk ke dalam bilik saya membuka e-mel saya untuk melihat bahawa saya tinggal sekali pada 21 Mac 2019. Bilik ini sangat besar dan selesa walaupun bukan baru. Pesona hotel dan kakitangan masih sama. Sarapan pagi disediakan dan ringkas. Restoran ditutup pada pukul 21:30 malam jadi kami terpaksa berjalan di luar untuk makan malam. Mudah untuk mencari tempat makan di sekitar hotel. Berhampiran 2 pusat membeli-belah Robinson di bulatan dan berhampiran kedai serbaneka. Deposit 1,000 Peso. Tingkat 7 mempunyai dinding yang sangat tinggi di sekelilingnya jadi pemandangan terhalang. Jika mereka mengubahsuai, harap mereka akan membuat pagar kaca sebagai gantinya.

VVladislavIsaevWe were there with my daughter just for some days and spent to receive PADIS diving certification due to the coach Lin and Head of diving center John, see the Mallball paintful food market and see the local life in seaside. The seawater is clear like glass, plenty of sealife under the leg even close to the beach, awesome surrounding - mountains, tropical vegetation and fancy restaurants and hotels along the beach and of course local boats looking rustic and gorgeous. The food was delicious, staff was friendly. Everything was the best!

AAnne34👍 What works well •Location: It’s very conveniently located near Mactan‑Cebu International Airport (just a 5-10 minute drive) which makes it a good choice especially if you have a flight early or late. Staff & service: Many guests report friendly, helpful staff and good service. For example: “Staff was friendly, accommodations were clean and secure.”  👎 What could be better •Noise: A recurring complaint is that rooms facing the busy road are noisy, and the windows don’t always block out the sound sufficiently. •Room size & condition: Some rooms are small (especially the “studio” type) and furniture or fixtures are described as dated. Example: “rooms and bathrooms are tiny.” •Breakfast & food quality: While breakfast is included in many stays, some guests mention that the food quality is mediocre or basic.

HHung CBiggest downside is AC unit is mounted on the wall, inside the room that makes very loud noise , maybe a portable or ceiling fan could help air circulation without the need of AC at night.  Close to the airport which is a plus. Very basic and simple facility; no toiletries , no daily room cleaning is needed , no bottle water , however there was a water dispenser if you have your own bottle. Property does offered a monthly rental at a very reasonably rate. Replacing the AC unit is something management should consider.

It would have been better though if there were toiletries provided like may tissue. I like that there's available hot and cold water. I will still come back though. I still have plans of getting a room here on my next events.

MMixedmuseWe truly wanted to love this accommodation! There are definitely some fantastic elements here, and I want to highlight the positives first. The customer service team was wonderful—friendly and genuinely committed to fixing our concerns, which we really appreciated. The room itself, once we finally settled in, was quite comfortable! We enjoyed the nice view, and the bed and linens were absolutely great, leading to a good night's sleep. These factors were ultimately why we were able to comfortably complete our 3-day booking. However, I have to be completely frank about the initial experience. It was quite unacceptable and disappointing that the room assigned upon check-in felt totally unprepared for our arrival. ⚠️ The journey to the room, while clearly marked, was still a lengthy challenge, requiring us to navigate ”corridors, two elevators, and a strong chemical smell,” only to arrive at a room that, unfortunately, smelled distinctly of sewage. This initial discovery, after that long route, was genuinely distressing, and I sincerely hope the team ensures this doesn't happen to future guests. We gave them a chance to fix it, and they graciously found us a new room on a higher floor. While the new room was lovely, the trek to it was just as long, if not longer, and still involved a complex route of corridors and elevators. My hope is that the management will take this feedback to heart and ensure the initial room preparation is flawless for all future guests. In summary: Fantastic, helpful staff and a great, comfortable room (once settled), but the journey to the room and the initial room preparation needs serious, immediate attention.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI stayed here so that I will not be late for my Japan visa appointment. It’s very near to the VFS office (just across the road). I checked in very late, but was accommodated right away. The room was clean, spacious, and complete with amenities. Puregold and Robinsons are nearby for any last minute buys like food and supplies. You will never run out of places to eat. The staff were friendly, polite, and prompt with their service. I highly recommend this hotel for short business stays.

BBoris AtamanenkoIt's a mixed bag. The location is excellent, offering a different, good sea every day. For safe swimming, you need to follow the tide schedule. The hotel grounds and plants are very well maintained; they're beautiful and clean. There's a long stretch of beach for strolls. Logistically convenient – there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops selling travel essentials, and a market with fresh produce nearby. A major drawback is the large construction site nearby, which can be heard all day, especially in the bungalows nearby. The rooms and bungalows are in fair condition. However, there are some serious downsides: every other day, it was impossible to shower due to low water pressure; when the pressure was low, the water heater wouldn't turn on; and the water had a strong sewer smell. At breakfast, the restaurant won't offer you salt, pepper, or sauces unless you ask. Drinks include juice from concentrate or coffee. Only after a week did we discover they offer tea for breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, and there's no fruit at all, which is surprising given the price of fruit on the island. There was trash on the beach all week, just a little bit, washed up by the sea. It was cleaned up quickly, as it didn't require much effort. But why is the beach cleaned only once a week? The hotel website advertises a shuttle service, but I advise against it. Personal experience: I sent a text message and email to the hotel on time; our ferry departed at 5:30 PM. We arrived on the island around 7:00 PM. We weren't met. We got there ourselves. A hotel security guard met us at the hotel and gave us our room keys. It immediately became clear that the light switch in the bathroom was causing lightning and could shock us, and the water heater wasn't working. The security guard said, ”Take this up with the management tomorrow; my concern is safety.” Information about room problems is not passed on to the management. So, we spent the first night without hot water or power in the bathroom. After we contacted them, they gave us a working room mid-way through the second day. They didn't apologize for the missed shuttle service, and they didn't offer the stated compensation for our independent transfer. Moreover, I received a welcome email from the hotel after only one day of my stay. The hotel has adequate staff, and the people are positive and friendly. However, management, quality control, and leadership are seriously flawed. The rooms are overloaded with text reminders, rules, and restrictions, many of which would be confusing to a normal person. Or does the hotel manager think only people with dementia stay at their hotel? Reminders and restrictions are completely unnecessary if guests are greeted promptly and the necessary information is provided electronically in their native language.

Itulah yang saya tahu mereka masuk ke dalam bilik saya tanpa permintaan tetamu dan saya segera memeriksa barang-barang saya khasnya Anting-anting Emas 24k yang saya tinggalkan dan malangnya subang emas saya sudah tiada. Oleh itu, apabila saya menyedarinya dengan segera, saya pergi ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk menyuarakan kebimbangan dan pada keesokan harinya pihak keselamatan dan ketua pengurus hotel bertindak balas dan bercakap dengan saya tentang apa yang berlaku mereka menyiasatnya dan juga pengemas rumah cuba mencari. bilik saya seolah-olah mereka cuba melihat sekeliling untuk melihat anting-anting itu tetapi malangnya semuanya hilang mereka tidak dapat menemuinya. Pihak keselamatan dan ketua pengurus memberi saya cadangan bahawa jika saya ingin memfailkan aduan(blotter) tentang 2 pengemasan yang membersihkan bilik saya, tetapi saya berkata kepada keselamatan bahawa saya tidak mahu membuat aduan khususnya iaitu memakan masa yang saya mahukan ialah berehat di bilik saya. Tetapi saya juga memberitahu mereka bahawa mereka harus bercakap dengan kakitangan dan mempunyai taklimat tentang apa yang berlaku dalam situasi saya, saya tidak pergi ke polis terlebih dahulu, saya tidak mempunyai dendam pada pengemasan dan juga saya ' tidak mahu mereka kehilangan pekerjaan. Saya rasa itu harus menjadi pengajaran pada hotel itu. Dan saya berharap tindakan sedemikian tidak boleh diterima dalam kejadian itu. Saya juga meninggalkan gambar dengan tarikh gambar yang saya ambil dengan anting-anting yang masih saya miliki apabila saya akhirnya tiba di hotel dan gambar hari terakhir saya menginap tidak mempunyai subang lagi. Sejujurnya, anting-anting itu berharga kerana ibu saya memberikannya kepada saya dan ia juga merosakkan pakaian saya kerana rasanya tidak lengkap tidak memiliki anting-anting emas 24k lagi.
