Hotel Dalat dengan Sarapan

Amazing hotel! Excellent design, modern appliances, and orthopedic mattresses on the beds. The service is outstanding: upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary arrangement of flowers and fruit in the room, and there are snacks and a minibar available. Every afternoon, there is a tea ceremony in the dining area where you can choose any tea served with snacks and dried fruits. The buffet breakfasts are diverse, and there is also a heated outdoor pool! The hotel is warm, which is very important for Da Lat, and it’s located near the city center with grocery stores close by.

Road construction was underway around the hotel. It was inconvenient to walk around with dust, but the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was especially good. If you are wondering where to stay, I recommend this hotel.

I have an amazing stay & good experience during the stay. The hotel is same as shown in photo look elegant and ancient, but condition is good. The service from the staff is awesome, we are well served by the polite staff that always ready to help. Before the stay, I have approached the staff for room decoration for my proposal to my partner, the staffs are responsive and the result is satisfied. Good variety of food for breakfast and tea time also, overall experiences is awesome

Sebelum keluar, saya tinggalkan dua barang di dalam bilik. Kakitangan hotel menemui mereka apabila mereka memeriksa bilik dan membantu saya mendapatkannya semula dua kali. Ini adalah tanggapan terbaik yang diberikan oleh hotel kepada saya. Selebihnya tidak begitu baik. Bilik ini sangat kecil dan persekitaran di dalamnya adalah standard hotel 2 bintang. Sarapan di restoran tidak sedap. Jika anda pernah menginap di hotel di Nha Trang sebelum ini, anda akan dapati hotel di Dalat agak berbeza dengan hotel di Nha Trang. Nasib baik, persekitaran agak bersih. Tetapi secara keseluruhan saya tidak percaya saya menginap di hotel 4 bintang walaupun ia ditandakan seperti itu di peta Google.

I stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

Lovely place with peacock and deer around. Air is good. Room was spacious and comfortable with complete Amenities.

A new hotel with reasonably sized rooms but no air conditioning. It's a bit far from the city center, and there's no soundproofing, so you can hear all the street noise. The breakfast is varied, but the dining tables need cleaning; I sat at the same table two days in a row and found the same food stains that hadn't been wiped up.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
