Monica and everyone at the Hotel were extremely warm and welcoming. Had an amazing experience. The hotel is well located and has deluxe rooms with a pool view. They made our stay comfortable and ensured great services to us.

stayed here during Nyepi day. i arrived at Bali on 10 March late night,when i arrived at the hotel,nearly 1 am on 11 Match. there is a 24 hours counter at the hotel, so check in very smooth, the night shift staff is informative and friendly. the hotel try their best to serve guests during Nyepi. they still provide meals to us,from breakfast to dinner.so much thanks to the hotel and staffs there. cuz only breakfast included in my room rates, i have to pay for lunch and dinner. all meals served in buffet style, the food quite good, especially breakfast.though there is a pool in the room, but it is too small, just for cooling down your body temperature,not for swimming. but the day is cloudy, also rained quite a long time.so only use it on 12 March.room is quite big,bathroom is ok, only the pool area not clean, many leaves there.cuz there is no room service on Nyepi. also, no TV program, though the hotel own channel did provide some movies, the picture quality of the TV not good,so i didnt watch it.the hotel also provide fruits to every guests,and write a welcome letter to us,very good service.there is a bathtub in the bathroom,i did enjoy a warm bath in it.when the night coming,cuz lights not allowed,and the staff also advise us not switch on all the lights in the room,so the hotel is very dark.of course, guests cannot go out, all are restricted in the hotel area. anyway,staying here on Nyepi day still a nice experience ,i have more time to rest, to relax and reflex.

Best Western Kamala Jimbaran is a good location if you are visiting the nearby theme park. Starting off from the best to the worst experience: Room: 4/5 Room was a queen bed. It is considerable spacious but does need improvement in cleanliness such as the paint marks on the balcony. For the price point, I would say its above average. Check in/out: 3/5 The staff was not so well prepared about my arrival and my membership, till it was shown. The process was slightly slow, and certain request such as late check out was shorten till 1pm. The place was very empty and considering the membership status, it was eligible till 4pm. Not a big fuss, but other hotels would glad provide a greater extension. Environment: 3/5 Good, the place is quite small but it is easy to navigate to where you want to go from the toilet to the elevator. The decors were just alright, it isn't speculator or has any superb feel about it. However, the price point kind of justify the means. Security: 3/5 Security officers were at times present but not always at certain time. Pool & Gym: 3/5 The pool was quite boring and doesn't have an attractive appeal since it has a corner cut design, which doesn't make much sense who would actually use it. However, its decent for a splash. Did not use the gym. Overall, the place is good for the price point. Its not spectacular, but its sufficient to get you going around the area of Jimbaran.
