Great location in Canggu. The villa is tucked away from the main street so it’s quiet and cosy. You can expect to see lizards and bugs outside the bedroom (i.e. bathroom, pool, and kitchen area) and keep a mosquito repellent handy as there are mosquitoes! On the plus side, the amenities are great - we loved that there’s Google Alexa and Netflix in our room, perfect to start and end the day with. Service is also very lovely and the staff are friendly.

Perfect stay! Staffs are lovely and very helpful. We got a complimentary 10 mins shoulder massage from them. Location is great as it’s just walking distance to food restaurant! Stay was really comfortable nice hotel and big pool!

Hotel agak kedekut. Sangat minimalis, bilik tidur tidak mempunyai guling, air minuman bukan botol. Saya kecewa apabila saya membelinya di trip.com Harga menggunakan sarapan pagi, tetapi baucar yang anda dapat tidak termasuk sarapan pagi. Padahal bezanya 200 ribu.

It’s a great mix of services appartment and hotel facilities making it perfect for longer stays . The staff was courteous and always available for anything you needed . The location is minutes from the beach and the area has amazing night life if you want to hand out after work. The vicinity has great eating options . Loved the way the overall props is designed with dog park at the rooftop and pool facing the beach and sunset . The pool facing the beach and sunset were the most beautiful part of the property and had fun watching sunset while sipping cocktails . Would recommend for friends , couples , solo travelers…

Absoloute amazing service. Rooms lovely and clean and well maintained. A special thankyou to our friend Barra he went above and beyond. He was always happy to see us and was very personal. We enjoyed his special treats he made us and we wish all the best for his future. He will do so well in Customer service/chefs and is an asset to Marriott Hotels. Also a big thank you to Trisna and chef Caroline. In fact all staff made our 30th Wedding Anniversary definitely memorable. From Gary and Christine

Very strategic hotel location. I had been here before once for a quick bite at Kahuna and this time decided to stay a night with the family. We were greeted with smiles everywhere we went; the security at the front, the reception, resto and kitchen staff at breakfast, even housekeeping staff that passed us by in the hallway. The hotel itself is quite small, but the room was spacious. Everything in the room was great. Seamless Wi-Fi connection (attended an online meeting immediately after check-in with no issues), huge TV, comfy bed, plenty of power outlets (including USB ones) to charge our many devices, perfect water temperature and pressure in the shower, really cold air conditioning. We didn’t want to leave the room 😆 Great view from the Kahuna rooftop restaurant of Batu Belig Beach and the sunset. The infinity pool was also nice. It seemed like a perfect place to soak in some sun. It’s such a pity that it was windy and a bit gloomy when we were there, otherwise my son would be reluctant to get out of the pool. Breakfast was served in Kahuna as well; it was really great and had many choices, with a buffet and ala carte options. Everyone at Kahuna was very attentive and helpful. Parking is free, but the basement parking area is small, so if you’re planning on bringing a car, you might want to inform the hotel in advance, which we did, and were able to secure a spot. Overall, nice hotel and awesome people. Would definitely come back!

I do wonder whether some people who have given this hotel negative reviews actually checked in to the wrong place. There were no bad smells. There were no loud noises. There were no flashlights shining in the rooms at night. The staff are unfailingly kind, helpful and polite. Yes, service at the Beach Club can be a bit variable but it is always gracious and generous - and the Beach Club is busy. This is a hotel that goes the extra mile. The staff open doors for you. They remember your name. There is complimentary fruit and macaroons in the rooms. Staff will always help you. I went to reception to organise some trips. The staff could not have been more helpful and my personal driver was also superb. The facilities are amazing for a hotel if this size. The gym is incredible. Private reformer Pilates anyone? Where else do you see that? The spa is absolutely beautiful and the treatments sublime. We stayed in a more basic room and were upgraded by Expedia to one with a patio. We were. Touch disappointed that there were no chairs on the patio which was small. Perhaps they could take out the planting and put in a bench seat? But the room was spacious, well appointed, with a massive bathroom. The design is minimalist which we like. Being in the reception/spa/gym building away from the pool probably meant it was a bit quieter too. Elsewhere, the Beach Club is pricey but that’s my only ******. There are places aplenty along the beach to the left and right which are cheaper if it bothers you that much. Breakfasts are plentiful. The lagoon pool is just sublime and at 150 metres long, a great daily workout! Canggu is a bit chaotic with building work and noise at the moment but this hotel is like a peaceful haven in the midst of it all. It is situated at the end of the road by the beach so no through traffic at all. We loved it and would (ie will) return in a heartbeat. We would thoroughly recommend it. Location is very good as its at the beach. And easy to access from the airport. The amenities are super! The gym has good equipment and there is complimentary access to sauna and plunge pool. The buffet breakfast is great but have to go early to get a table at the restaurant with the beach view. The rooms are great as well, very clean. A bit pricey but overall was an enjoyable stay! The room bath and shower does not have a door

Very nice mid range hotel in good central location in Seminyak. Close to many things, circle K across the road, W and Potatoe Head nearby. We visited Woo bar at W and that was amazing. Walked thru Potatoe Head and way too busy, didn’t stop. Had dinner twice at Biku, it’s always wonderful. Good but expensive homewares store next door to Biku. Massage places across the road, didn’t use the in-house one. Everything lovely and clean and well maintained. Didn’t like the pillows, but that’s just me!!! Big bathtub in bathroom. We had a ground floor room, I forgot to ask for a high level one. A couple of times people sitting on tables right by our room, luckily they were not too noisy or there too late, but something to consider. Three different pools to use, water quite cool!!! Staff amazing, so helpful and friendly. Able to rent scooters on-site. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of variety. Only negative is no direct access to beach. We did find this hard! Besides this, highly recommend this hotel!
