The breakfast was great! You can have your own noodles get made or a granola bowl. (I recommend the loaded potato's) The rooms where ok, the AC was dripping water and made a funny sound. Lucky on of the helpful staff came and fix the sound but sadly couldn't fix the dripping. The pools where nice and had relaxing floating pillows. The bar pool was not that expensive, and the man working there was very nice. I would come back!

We stayed here for 4 nights and 3 days, so here is our review. The Good Things: 1) This hotel is located beside GWK (Garuda Wisnu Kencana) in Bali, Ungasan. 2) The breakfast is great. A lot of food varies. There's a buffet and ala carte options. (We love the crepes and green detox). 3) the staff are so friendly and welcome. Especially to Mr Agus, please forward our thanks to him. 4) Rooms are clean and quite spacious. The not so good things: 1) Rooms: needs some renovation, such as painting or etc. Some loud noises could be heard, even during night. 2) Water pressure is weak 3) Breakfast: Some food can be improved so can taste better. Conclusion: This hotel is a great option if you choose to stay around Jimbaran or Uluwatu. We will definitely will come back next time, i hope they can keep the good things and improve the not so good things.

Absoloute amazing service. Rooms lovely and clean and well maintained. A special thankyou to our friend Barra he went above and beyond. He was always happy to see us and was very personal. We enjoyed his special treats he made us and we wish all the best for his future. He will do so well in Customer service/chefs and is an asset to Marriott Hotels. Also a big thank you to Trisna and chef Caroline. In fact all staff made our 30th Wedding Anniversary definitely memorable. From Gary and Christine

Dripz Coffee under the actual Eden Hotel provides great coffee plus meals, snacks etc. Friendly and helpful staff!! We have had many breakfasts at Eden Hotel - very nice and great value!! We had American breakfast, and there is also an option of a buffet breakfast. Thank you to many helpful staff including Juni, Ari Arum and Satria from Dripz Coffee.

The entrance was a bit subtle, given that it’s a five stars hotel. Room was more than comfortable, with two side make up mirror available, perfect for girls‘ trip. But amenities and furnishing were a bit outdated, a far cry from what they were shown in trip.com. Location was great with a convenience store next door.

Persekitaran hotel sangat sunyi, lebih-lebih lagi sesuai untuk bercuti. Ia dicipta dengan nyanyian burung, bunga, pelbagai bunga, pokok, ikan kecil, dan yang paling penting ialah tiada pepijat dan tokek. Saya sangat suka kolam renang ini sangat bersih dan sangat sedikit orang yang saya belajar berenang dalam masa dua hari. Sarapan pagi di hotel juga hebat, semua yang anda pesan adalah lazat Makan malam dengan cahaya lilin di restoran pada waktu malam, dipadankan dengan muzik manis, amat romantis. Layanan yang diberikan oleh adik-adik juga hebat.

Great Location, Great amenities but I wouldnt recommend this hotel for families as it can get quite loud at night. The music from upstairs can be heard till the late hours of the night. Didnt really bother me, as I was travelling alone, but I wouldnt brong my kids to stay here. Other than that, its a pretty decent hotel.

The service was excellent. They value all their guests equally, from the time you arrive up until your check out. The private rooms are absolutely amazing and outstanding hospitality. Best stay in Jimbaran!

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn! The location is excellent—so close to the airport—and checking in was a breeze. Nia, the receptionist, ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process when we arrived. Our room was ready, clean, and very welcoming. The in-hotel dining was outstanding! The chef took special care to prepare pure vegetarian meals for us, which was truly appreciated. The hotel offers convenient options for booking cars for traveling around Bali, as well as arranging tours. A big thank you to Wayan and his contact, Araj, for organizing our trips during our stay. A special mention goes to Jane at the reception. She has such a kind and welcoming personality and patiently addressed all our queries with great understanding. She is truly an asset to the hotel, and her hospitality at the front desk made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jane! When we visit Bali next time, we will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again and look forward to meeting all these wonderful people once more.

The room is quite spacious. However for me personally I think the position of the TV like abit not suitable, which is at the left side of the bed. The sofa is far away there. And only got 1 lift to get to my room, we need to walk quite a distance, can refer to the attached the floor map. 1 more thing is the cup provided to drink hot water. There is no handle to hold the cup / mug, so try to imagine you need to hold the cup with hot water.
