Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak is a comfortable place to stay with great amenities, but it's a bit off from the main spots. The friendly service and good facilities help make up for the location.

Our 2nd day in this property was much better and luckily we got the sun beds just as we entered, as someone else was leaving. The sun beds in the main pool are not in the proportion to the no. of people seeking, so you got to be either lucky / come earlier and book your spot. There are more sun beds in the child poll play area though. The rooms are decent size and amenities within the room are also ok. Staff are friendlier. Overall the property needs refurbishing in some areas, but it’s not bad for 2-3N stay

Satisfied with what have provided. Just arrival to hotel and a bit lost on how to go to room without guide. 🙃

+ve: Good Location - 3 mins' walk to Double Six Beach, and even Kuta Beach is within walkable distance (say 30 mins). Many restaurants, whether local, Western and other cuisines nearby. Particularly like Warung Murah Double Six offering cheap, local yet delicious food. Good Facilities - the hotel is relatively new (Dec 2022) so the room conditions are relatively intact, so as the common areas and swimming pools. Great Breakfast - buffet offering a wide variety of food, ranging from local, Western, Asian and all sort of healthy fruit. -ve: Unfamiliar Service - possibly due to large number of residents, some staff seemed unfamiliar with the service procedure. They took half an hour to locate my luggage and send it to the room. Generally a good stay in Seminyak, offering up-to-standard hospitality with its price.

Rooms were clean. Location is just within the area of Seminyak, relatively convenient to walk to the beach. Service was friendly and amenities were good, particularly like the pool area. Breakfast spread is good and gym is ok.

It’s overall a great place at a fair price, although the rooms facing the swimming pool are much better as the ones facing the street can be a bit noisy

First time stayed at Seminyak. Hotel location is amazing. Walking distance to the beach and lots to do around here. Customer service was great and love the pool. Had amazing time chilling in the pool and drinking at the pool bar.

There was no welcome drink. I expected more from a 5-star hotel. I was given a room with sea view but the air con was not working. We requested for a change of room and waited for quite a while in the heat before we were brought to the new room. The hotel apologised for that. There was only a few selection of food in their menu. They should include at least a soup or soup noodle or rice porridge for people feeling under. Ended up we had to buy from a restaurant near the hotel. I noticed that other restaurants would provide a nice cold towel to clean our hands before the meals. It was not a practice at this hotel. We feel there is a lot of room for improvement.

- soundproofing is terrible, can hear the tv neighbouring rooms and their doors closing. - hotel newly opened 2024 but already showing signs of aging and poor finishing. - AC has a loud hum, if you’re sensitive to sound during sleep in addition to poor soundproofing. - terrible hairdryer, good for wrist strengthening. - told them it’s our honeymoon, disregarded this entirely with no messages or bed flowers whatsoever. soulless hotel. no bali vibes at all. - didn’t bother with the pool, small and crowded despite the Grand size of the hotel. reviews are true bout this. told you, nothing grand. - bfast is poor quality but edible, eat it only if you’re on a budget. otherwise pls just eat outside with so much better options. - plus points: most of the staff are friendly, good king size bed, balcony. - Other than the name sake Grand Mercure, there’s nothing grand at all about this hotel trust me. WOULD NOT RETURN, GOOD RIDDANCE, NOT WORTH THE PRICE. - my first time staying at a grand mercure, and most definitely would not stay again.

Friendly Staff Juan (barista), frontdesk Priscilla and the manager very friendly and helpful. Will definitely back to this hotel. I love the room spacious and clean. Very near to shops and seminyak beach. Thank you! 😊

The room was clean and enough in size. View from room at 3rd floor not so breath taking. Foods are rich in variety , but orange juice supply lacked , Ｉ took once in 3 days . Allover stay impression is superb.

Being a relatively new hotel of about 2yrs, the facilities and rooms are of high quality and spacious. The breakfast buffet however can be improved in terms of range and taste.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Everything was perfect except that we we visited, the lift was not working and we had to walk quite a distance to the next available lift.

Service was ok. Most of the breakfast time some food items were empty or not enough , almost every morning the guests were requested to bring food. We stayed 6 nights but the food items were almost same, were not verities. The hotel looks and feels’ Boring’ , nothing much to do. Overall, we’re disappointed.
