I like this hotel very much. Behind the hotel is double six beach 🏖️ super sunset 🌅. Enjoy and relax.

The restaurant service is very slow and is so messy to have pay the bill separately for food and beverages. Was told to chill over the restaurant while waiting for my room ready in another 20minutes, but by the time my room was ready, my bites and even beer not ready yet for me. If that case i would just enjoy my foc welcome drinks at the lobby instead. Anyway, great buffet breakfast. Many varieties you could choose from and many desserts available too. Location is not as good as Kuta area, but is close to Double Six Beach, which is also nice sunset view Personally prefer Kuta beach, more options arounds and more proper walkway along the street Close to the streets, great to shop for souvenir A few bar and restaurants are with long queue, guess is the best one but i didn't manage to try due to the crowd Just the usual TV Channels, but without the options for Youtube or Netflix login. Quite surprise. Overall the room is great, spacious, great to chill even at the balcony. Hotel front desk is friendly and nice

Fantastic location! Clean room with tiptop service. Spa was great as well. Breakfast was awesome with different items daily.

Book deluxe room was given a room facing an abandon building can see many rooms facing this abandon building . Room was decent and clean . House keeping person was friendly . Resort is about 1-2 minutes walk to the beach and not a beach front resort . I would say it a 4 stars resort .

Nice beachfront resort, with good environment and hygiene. It's very convenient for swimming, going to the beach, and dining at restaurants. The various services and facilities are also quite comprehensive and good!

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in a pool view room. We had friends come and stay as well for a few nights and our concensus was the oolside service was quite delayed. We had stayed at the stones prior and they had staff members walking around the pool asking if they could get you anything but this hotel you order via a qr code which works through whatsapp. Not great as often they would then send out a person 5 or 10 minutes after ordering to ask what you ordered and say they are just confirming. Would be easier to just order with a person the whole time. Also bed was hard and pillows sank to flat once you laid on them. Resort pool very clean and peaceful. Staff were very friendly but a few standing around poolside that could be serving people instead of the app. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate the thoughtful service throughout our visit. The front desk team was incredibly helpful and even upgraded our room, arranging a ground-floor garden view room close to the kids club, which was perfect for our family. Although the check-in process took quite a while, it was absolutely worth the wait. What we appreciated most was that the staff didn’t overlook us during that time—they kindly offered us drink vouchers so we could relax at the pool bar while waiting, which made a big difference. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, keeping our room clean and comfortable every day. The kids club staff were also amazing—especially the lady who gives out fish food at the pond daily. She was so warm and caring, played with our baby, and even coordinated with our nanny to help look after and entertain our child. It really gave us peace of mind. A special mention as well—the team thoughtfully noticed that it was my husband’s birthday, even though we hadn’t mentioned it. That kind of attention to detail made our stay feel even more special. We had a truly memorable birthday celebration and holiday here. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!

After a full day of exploring, Grand Mercure Seminyak welcomed us into a space of pure comfort and calm. The beautiful pool, warm sunlight, and gentle atmosphere created the perfect setting for us to slow down… to just be present and enjoy each other’s company. The service was truly top-notch—thoughtful, attentive, and filled with warmth that made us feel so well taken care of. Watching her play, laugh, and enjoy the water so freely… seeing those genuine smiles and joyful moments— it reminded me that sometimes, the simplest moments are the most meaningful. No rushing. No plans. Just rest, relaxation, and togetherness. And in that stillness, I realised— this is exactly what we needed.

Beautiful hotel, very close to the beach. Spacious rooms with balconies. My room overlooked a lovely garden.

The room size was decent, and it was clean. Many flight attendants and pilots stay at this hotel. However, the tap water in Bali was indeed quite dirty; we bought a filter for the faucet and could visibly see how dirty it was. Everything else was pretty good. The price was relatively affordable, so it was still a good value! It's also very close to the beach, which is convenient.

Let me share a real incident. Upon arrival, I was given room 102, which was at the very end of the corridor – incredibly far, especially since I was traveling with a child. When I booked, I specifically requested a high-floor room. Later, they moved me to a room on the second floor, only to find the air conditioning was broken. It took until 3 AM to finally get another room. The only silver lining was their apologies and attempts to compensate. Honestly, I don't feel like this is a five-star hotel. The service was just so-so.
