With a shopping mall and botanical garden nearby, the location is highly convenient for both daily necessities and sightseeing. The breakfast also offered a rich and diverse selection.

On my trip to Jiaxing, I came across the Jiaxing Marriott Hotel on Ctrip. It looked promising, so I went ahead and booked it. I arrived in Jiaxing a little early, and my room wasn't quite ready yet. The front desk staff promptly completed my check-in and kindly asked me to wait a moment while they finished preparing it. They were very welcoming. The hotel's location is excellent. It's only about a fifteen-minute drive to the high-speed rail station, and Nanhu Scenic Area is just a few kilometers away, easily accessible by public transport. Both the executive lounge's happy hour and the breakfast featured some delightful Jiaxing specialties! Their wontons, in particular, were absolutely delicious. When I requested a late check-out, the front desk attendant processed the extension very quickly. I truly appreciated their efficiency! I'll definitely choose Marriott again in the future!

This was a last-minute booking, but what an unexpectedly great find! My entire family, from the seniors to the kids, was absolutely delighted. The location is fantastic, with a shopping mall directly across the street, which made finding food incredibly easy. We even tried the Zhenzhen Laolao Zongzi downstairs at the mall, and they were delicious!

The room was generally spacious and bright, clean, comfortable, and offered a great view. Breakfast was extensive, and the pool facilities were well-equipped and clean. The hotel's location is excellent; the mall across the street offers plenty of dining and entertainment, perfect for keeping kids occupied before bedtime. It's also very convenient to take a taxi to the Nanhu Lake boat cruise. The staff were very attentive.

The location isn't particularly outstanding, but it's perfectly acceptable, especially since it's conveniently right off the elevated highway. The room itself was very well-appointed and quite spacious, and it was also exceptionally quiet. The only minor downside was the room door, which felt a bit old and made a loud noise both when opening and closing. Breakfast was excellent and very comprehensive, tasted great, and even the kids were happy to eat it.

My son and I stayed at the Marriott Jiaxing's Next-Gen Gaming Room, and it was an absolute godsend for gamers! As soon as we entered, we were drawn to the PS5 console and controllers, paired with a large-screen TV. The game library was extensive, featuring everything from popular AAA titles to classic multiplayer games. The low network latency was a pleasant surprise, making online team play smooth and lag-free throughout. Beyond the gaming, Marriott's quality didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. After a long gaming session, we'd collapse into bed and fall asleep instantly. The bathroom's water pressure and temperature were just right, making for a wonderfully refreshing shower that washed away all fatigue. As for breakfast, the selection was diverse, living up to Marriott's usual high standards, especially the Western pastries and bread, which were my absolute favorite! The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating, thoughtfully reminding us about the gaming room's usage guidelines. Overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Jiaxing. Gamers, this is a must-book!

As an established five-star hotel, Marriott generally offers a great experience, and at a reasonable price, it's definitely worth revisiting. However, I do have a few suggestions that I hope the hotel will consider: 1. Some breakfast plates had chipped edges. At the milk station, I even encountered a cup with a film of milk or soy milk (I forgot to take a picture, but I must say, this was a rare occurrence). 2. The floor is uneven both inside and outside the basement elevators. It's easy to be startled when stepping in, and there's a potential risk of someone tripping or falling. 3. After reaching the first floor from the basement, the directional signs leading to the lobby are not prominent enough. I suggest making them larger, or perhaps signs without images would be clearer and more effective. Overall, when compared to other hotels, this one offers good value for its price and is highly recommendable.

Checked into the Jiaxing Marriott Hotel on a Saturday evening. Parking was easy, and the service was top-notch. The front desk even offered a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room. At just over 600 RMB for the night, it felt like great value for money. Plus, there was a Doraemon pop-up store in the adjacent mall, which was a nice treat for the kids.

The hotel breakfast offers a rich variety. The gym is well-equipped, and the swimming pool is clean and uncrowded, perfect for relaxation. I initially booked for two nights, but due to a typhoon, I ended up extending my stay by an additional night. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly upgraded my room. I came to Jiaxing for Bibi's concert, and it felt like the entire hotel was booked out by her fans, haha! Let me share my experience. First off, check-in was incredibly smooth. The lovely staff member at the front desk even upgraded us to a corner room, which offered a fantastic view and was 10 square meters larger than our original booking. All the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and kindly spoken, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. The soundproofing was excellent. As for breakfast, the noodles were delicious, with a wonderfully fresh and flavorful broth. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I ever return to Jiaxing.

It’s a modern and well maintained hotel. The executive suite is spacious and well equipped. It’s situated at a convenient location and easy access to most of the sightseeing spots in Jiaxing.

The hotel boasts a superb location, with Coco City just across the street and a botanical garden right behind it. However, early July this year was scorching hot, so we opted to relax by the hotel pool. There's a small warm-water soaking pool next to the main swimming pool, which the kids absolutely loved. Upon check-in, the front desk kindly offered a complimentary upgrade. And since our children were still swimming on check-out day, they even granted us a two-hour late check-out. The service was truly exceptional! Our room was spotless, spacious, and bright, and I slept soundly through the night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Jiaxing, and I'll happily recommend it to friends with children.
