Uma Caming Villas & Gym

I stayed at Uma with a friend while visiting the area and it was absolutely wonderful. The villas are wonderful and the staff was AMAZING. They carried our luggage up the steps to the villa, gave us scooter rides up the road to places for free, gave us recommendations on places to go and told us if the places we had looked up ourselves were worth the visit and the best times to go. We stayed for 2 days 1 night and wish we had the time to stay longer. When booking a driver for the day compare prices to Grab app so you can get it for cheaper or just use the grab app if you don’t have to take your luggage with you.

From the moment we stepped inside the property we were WOW-ed. If you think of a place surrounded by the greenest rice fields and boosted with charm, this is it. It is obvious that the owner had put a lot of love in every single detail. We stayed in the wooden bungalow which was overlooking the rice fields. The room was so charming and cute, couldn't ask for more! There were only 5 or 6 rooms and apart from us only 1 or 2 were occupied, so we felt like we are alone. It was so peaceful, quiet and serene that your mind just quiets down to soak everything in. Uma Caming villas are all about serene views and quietness. I highly recommend it to digital nomads or people who need a quiet place to focus on something like writers for example. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen, so you can make your own coffee and food if you want to. There is a small menu that caters for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The prices are low and the quality of the food is great. We had the best mee goreng there. I think that the food, apart from the breakfast, is prepared somewhere nearby, so don't expect restaurant speed service. The manager who lives there is very kind and helpful. Uma Caming is located on a road which is outside of the main tourist traffic but there is a luxurious day club, pool, and spa exactly 200 meters away if you want something fancy, it's at your doorstep. I recommend this place with my both hands!
