Room was good but the toilet abit oily and the 🧼 and shampoo not topup😌😌😌

I really like this place. Room is clean and big, aircon is new and works just perfect. Staff is very friendly.

The staff was nice, the hotel super calm. Coffee places and restaurants near. The room was a bit dirty though (stains on the sheets).

I booked it for four days, I had a nice experience with it

Definitely not suitable for a couple travellers. U have to hold on the electric kettle to bolid as the is only 1 power point there in a room

This hotel is the best severs in my mind at Kuta.

Great location. Close to the beach (cut through the shopping mall), machine laundry, restaurants, bus station. Shampoo, refillable water, coffee/tea are included. Amazing staff. Wi-fi jumps between 1-60 mbps, but was usually stable and fast. The place isn't soundproof, toilet wasn't cleaned when we arrived. There might be cockroaches sometimes

Got balcony to dry our cloth. Can get discount for massage. Lovey receptionist

walking distance to kuta beach, beach walk mall. hotel is not luxurious but room is clean. 4 pillows in a room. television has about 60 local and international channels. for this price, it s a good deal.

Great location. Keep in mind, do not try to take a taxi all the way in, it is such a tight space and cos the location is central, traffic is common. Great to use those motorcycles though or walk. Service was great, friendly staff and they will help you take your luggage up the stairs to the higher levels. Room was clean enough. Three issues however, the way the rooms are built and designed, the air cond actually doesn' directly face the bed or myself, instead down the walkway out the main entrance which means it is never cold enough for me. This is appalling. Second, the shower area always gets clogged even with a normal shower time, it does go down over time though. Lastly, room is very minimal, no table or area for me to work or sit. It is great for those on a budget.

Service: friendly and helpful, Balinese are so nice to interact with, always smiling, there was no problem to leave the luggage for a couple of hrs after the checkout, room was okay, nothing amazing about it but nice and clean, came with coffee/tee bags and bottles of water, locationwise - a bit of a walk to the beach, eateries nearby, convenient location if you're coming from an airport late at night (check in till 2am), overall happy with my stay!

Rooms are alright , beds are comfy , location is pretty good.I extended my stay by 2 nights.

Very nice room, super confortable bed, the shower was delightful plenty of water pressure and hot water. TV has a lot of international channels. Air condition was a bit noisy but did the job. Location is great. We extended. Recommend 👍
