Ulasan Daun Lebar Villas Bali

A lovely large size room and amazing friendly staff that you can generally expect in Bali. The villa is very far from most things but we only stayed one night so was no issue. The room had a lovely large bath tub although was was residue dirt around the rim and we had a very strong bad smell in the bathroom which meant couldn’t relax for long in bath and felt like wanted to hold breath everytime walked in bathroom (had to keep door shut so didn’t smell in bedroom) Outside would benefit from patio furniture to make it pleasant to sit there there was one sunlounger in the water which for two of us wasn’t great. Hotel helped arrange private taxi as grab does not work up there. Had a free puppy visit while there :)

Nice and quite Good restaurant and staff are friendly . Recommended when u visit with a car .

It was an amazing stay with them , i enjoyed a lot in this villa with private swimming pool , the staff were so friendly and helpful

We book a villa with 2 bedroom. First room has bath tub + shower room, for 2nd room shower only. The first room very very nice, big bed & very soft. Including private swimming pool, and have outdoor living room, dining table & small kitchen set. The villa price is affordable compare to another nearby. I stay on November which is on wet weather, so on night time have a lots of laron, quite shock on the morning because I experienced the outdoor full of laron 😵💫 But the helper come to clean it away directly when we ask. It’s ubud ~ we blend with nature living.

Very pleasant accommodation environment. A variety of room types with a wide range of choices. Like it and worth sharing.

A very cool place.

1. The hotel is located a bit far from Ubud itself, about 40 minutes drive 2. There is parking, but for 3-4 cars. Next, a shuttle bus takes you to the villa, which takes a very long time to arrive. 3. Administration staff is incompetent 4. The second cafe near the villas is not open; orders can be made via WhatsApp. We ordered from the main cafe, but they brought half-cooked fish. In general, the administrator said one mode of operation of the cafe, but in fact it is different 5. Before leaving, the electricity was turned off and there was no water. I reported this situation, but the administrator did not answer anything adequate. 6. I corresponded with the administrator via WhatsApp, but received answers every other time. She also repeatedly reported dissatisfaction during her stay. 7. Upon departure, we asked for compensation in the form of non-payment of the bill for the order from the restaurant with raw fish and laundry, but we were refused. The manager said there was no reason to grant such a request. 8. The room itself is very beautiful and clean, but the service, attitude towards guests and professionalism of the staff is terrible

The staff is super friendly but the hotel is far from some areas where the most important things are. The facilities are a bit old

It can be seen from the room that it is quite old, but the service is good and the privacy is high. You can’t get a car in the remote area. You need to ask the front desk to call a car. The SPA is also good

Location: The location of the villa is too far from the city, so accessibility is not good because it costs about 400K IDR round trip to go out once. Cleanliness: It looks clean at first glance, but there are too many anthills and mosquitoes, especially the pool sewer is not clean enough to be difficult to use beyond what I saw. The chairs in the pool are made of fabric that is full of water mold so that if you touch it, you might think mold grows on your body. Even the sofa in the living room is covered with a towel and sat down. Service: Overall, it's not bad, but the service details are too poor to be considered a luxury villa, such as having to go to a restaurant and ask to see an order because they don't tell you about breakfast information or use the service in the villa first, and they order room service through the web page, but they don't check the order. .(Restaurant service charge and tax 20% included, what kind of service..) Facilities: There are no amenities in the villa. (There is a massage, but the price is unreasonable)

We booked lots of rooms for our wedding of 35 people to stay. The service was great, the new buildings across the rice field with the swim up bar will have an amazing atmosphere when its finished. Rooms were a little run down and needed better cleaning but overall werent too bad. The new side of Daun Lebar was beautiful though! It was north of Ubud so hard to find close places to eat, villa restaurant food was good/okay. Villa decking needs fixing - a bit dangerous.

Never come to this far away villa We cant find any grabike, gojek, gocar and any online You should take their hotel car and charge you double price And nothing much to see here You can get more nice view and price in other ubud area If you really want enjoy place , find nearby ubud center

It is a great product in great location, but maintenance and service need improvement. The pool water is murky (not clear at all). We stayed in 2 Bedroom Villa, but there were only 2 glasses/mugs in pantry (so I had to use a glass in the bathroom), no tea bag, no tea-spoon, only a jar of coffee which seemed not being refilled from previous guests. There was no tissue in tissue box. The liquid soap were nearly finished in both bathrooms. The service of receptionist was slow, the staffs didnt seem to have motivation to serve us. I really wish they can improve their services, as I really like the product and would like to go again. But not with this kind of service!
