This is a fabulous l5 star hotel that I highly recommend everyone to try out I’ve stayed in most hotel in the SUKHUMVIT area over the years and this is up there for the best for the money …. Beds and pillows and shower location and all the staff are amazing and very friendly and helpful there remember your name when you’ve stayed as much as me as well that I like plus upgrade customers that stay with out let letting you no …. I really enjoy staying there when I can get in …gym and pool class

Good service, breakfast taste well but refilling foods not many at9:30am. Hygiene of guest room and toilet are in well standard but tidy up work were not fully completed.

The hotel was nice! We were celebrating and the staff left us a super cute decoration! The location was close to the metro station. Breakfast was also good!

This hotel is nice. Hotel room is clean and big. The disadvantages of this hotel is shuttle bus only available one hour once and service will provide until 3pm only.

Arrived hotel lobby at 12:00pm, friendly staff offered us deposit luggage and helped check in advance. Satisfied to their service. 7-11 within 1min walking distance, nearby hotel a bit quiet. Big bathroom, comfy bed, and a lot of accessories provided, including bathrobe. Had a great 2 nights with this hotel.

The room is ok at first impression, but when I use shower, the drain hole is blocked so it seems flooding in the bathroom, so I have to finish it within 2minutes! The breakfast costed 650b seems a little bit expensive

Close to Asok BTS within 15 walk, value for money in terms of breakfast included. Pretty new as renovated last year. Special thanks to front desk lady while the male manager and staff Teeni are not helpful at all.

The best hotel in sukhumvit 15 with awesome staff. 3mins walk to a clean 7-11. 6 mins walk to a clean massage place.

Location: 10 min walk to BTS and MRT, 7 eleven nearby Room: Decent size with everything amenities you need. Comfort bed. Cons: bad design of the bathroom, water ponding issue. every time after shower water will not flow out. Noisy, bad sound proof. U can literally hear people talking next room and tuk tuk noise. Breakfast was good. Alot of variety. Alot of Google review mention front desk was rude. I did not experience that and mostly they are nice and speak English well. The one that rude should be bell boy.

Many of the rooms do not have a view - they face the opposite residential building. I checked in early and was given a room on the 2nd floor. Although I requested a higher floor (both in my booking and at the time of check-in), the staff said it was the only room then available. I was very tired so I accepted it. Yet, when I checked out the room, I found that it faced a green ground with no sunlight at all. I requested to change the room and the staff then offered me a room on a higher floor. I had 3 out of the 4 pillow covers changed due to stains. Also, I had to request a refill of soap and toilet paper on my last night of stay. Other than that, the hotel is good value for money given it's relatively new and its convenient location - it's a 7-8 minute walk to Asok BTS station, Sukhumvit Metro station and Terminal 21.
