Was very disappointed bath tub can not be use at all was leaking. 😏 I couldn’t cook because no gas, I already told them but they give unthinkable excuses !!! 😤 So many ants in the kitchen, there are some ants hole between branch and wall. Staff, they service was ok they respond without delay 👍

If you wanna live in solitude, this place is the place for you it’s very quiet. Enjoyed my stay there! Friendly staff

My second visit here. Compact but worth to booked. Very comfortable. Good location in jimbaran.

Not a very good location, pass through narrow pothled and pumpy road to reach the Villa. Some of the room facilities look old and not properly maintained, main door not able to close properly. The stairs go up to the rooftop are very steep and dangerous. Honestly, the same price u pay can even get better location and villa in the same area.

金巴蘭別墅就是一個民宿。民宿嘛，主打的就是裝飾比較有風格，但是在軟件上會有一些弱點，尤其是衞生。這個馬桶上的痕跡實在是太噁心。淋浴的熱水衹夠一個人洗，第二個洗的完全是冷水。更讓人崩潰的是一大早，不到七點就被嘩嘩的流水聲吵醒。原來是泳池上面的噴頭在放水，打電話給前台要求停掉，結果就停了30秒！反正被折騰的醒了，沒有再打電話，因為就算我們停了，隔壁左右都在響。相比之下，凱賓斯基的套房泳池九點鐘開始放水，就人性化很多。另外就是地點比較偏，不太好找。荒郊野外的要不是幾個路口有牌子，我們都以為找錯地方了

住的很偏僻，出去不方便，服務很好，但是第二天打掃房間沒有給我們從新換牙刷，泳池比較小，✨天台樓梯真的很差勁，太窄又高，上下必須要很小心，比較危險

有自己一間villa 好正 仲有私人泳池好好 雖然好細 但都好啱小朋友玩 另外floating breakfast 都好平同好靚 酒店位置都ok 可以行15分鐘去到金巴蘭海灘 嗰度有好多海鮮餐廳好平😊

衞生不行，態度也不行

Me and my partner were expecting a Luxury experience and the crystal clear pool was the highlight and main reason for choosing this "villa", however, what we experienced was exactly the opposite. The pool was green and dirty and even after asking the staff TWICE to clean the pool, the staff failed to do so (photo). Service was inconsistent. Each time we had to remind the staff to replanish the missing items. No bathroom amenities except for two dental kits for the first night (no more bathroom amenities for the rest of the stay), no hand towels or pool towels, missing cutlery with the private dining, milk when requested or plain 2+ day old pastry served without any butter or jam on the side. On the evening of our first night, the water pump burst and the maintenance was unable to fix it, We did not receive any attempt for compensation even tho we asked the staff to move us somewhere else so we could take the shower. We only have been told, "Sorry for the inconvenience". My partner did feel sick so we requested the linen to be changed after our night but the HSK did not action that, we again requested this to be done and the HSK changed the linen for a dirty one (photo). We asked the receptionist for at least providing an extra water bottle but this was declined as the policy allowed only two bottles per room. I mean seriously? Even after so many complaints, we were declined water for my sick partner?! How this can be called a luxury stay?! We lost our patience and sent an email to the luxury escape who contacted the manager, who then came and apologised, told us that the pool was safe to swim and offered us "compensation" in the form of free breakfast or lunch which we already had in our package! I have never experienced such unprofessional staff lacking attention to detail and any sort of checklist when servicing or providing the service. This is a luxury escape after all and you are supposed to provide a luxury stay. On the other hand, the "Villa" was equipped with all you may need, a TV with a Netflix account, Bluetooth sound system and quite a comfortable bed to sleep on. The reception staff Nara and Anggie were kind and tried their best to help, but this was far from enough. I'm deeply disappointed and I can't imagine coming over for a honeymoon stay, This stay would ruin the whole experience.

Stay in this place for 3 days and it’s a very great experience. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is nice and clean. You can have a candle light dinner in you room near the pool with decorations Definitely will come back next time.

It was extremely comfortable. We had such a great time. The staff was very helpful and cooperative. Extremely polite. 10/10. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is also great. Not too far from beach, walking 10-15 mins. They also rent out bikes, so its perfect.
