Body Factory Bali

Positives: The room is impecably clean and really pretty. There is everything in the room that you can ask for, the location is good, it was also surprisingly quiet especially after reading the reviews here (but I think it depends on which side your room is). I really liked my stay here and would come back if on another vacation with bigger budget. Negatives: About the room only one thing, I didn't like that the door had quite a big gap to the floor so that theoretically animals could come in (however, it was really clean as I said). To improve: About the hotel I have to say, you can tell the the rooms are not their main business, they are mainly concerned about their gym/spa club. This shows as some things were just not very "hotel guest friendly". First, they were not willing to help with organizing transport, which is a basic service that should be offered in a hotel of that price range. Second, while Body Factory has a Café and a "bistro" style thing, they do not offer an option to book breakfast. Thirdly, there is no discount for hotel guests on any of the food, drinks, gym or spa. Actually, I think it is also quite strange that you cannot book the gym/spa access directly - or have it included in the room rate directly (I wouldn't mind paying more then). It's just a weird feeling that the first thing you are told is "oh and pool is not included". I felt a bit accused like a thief in that situation. However I really have to say I liked the stay and these are tiny details!
