poor customer service, poor maintenece, take customer for granted.

super convenient location if you arrive late in the evening. Walking distance from airport. The facilities are a bit old and should be better maintained.

I enjoyed my stay here. Quite central in Kuta & I was near to the airport. Lots of shops around the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Props to the hotel staff for being helpful & kind.

Awesome location within walking distance to the airport. I left the keys to my motorbike with reception for collection which is good of them. Clearly this is a relatively new hotel, clean, compact and practical.

Отель расположен удобно . Всё рядом . Номер не большой , но всё необходимое имеется . Кондиционер работает тихо. Из минусов ОЧЕНЬ ШУМНО !!!! постояльцы всю ночь шарахаются , кричат и до утра смеются . Шумоизоляции 0 . В туалете работает вытяжка чуть громче миксера .

床很大，公共設施環境很好，但是房間環境太普通了。浴室超級無敵小，洗澡很不舒服。酒店提供的洗髮水也是質量很差。離機場很近，走路十分鐘。不過我們到的時候是晚上了，説實話黑燈瞎火的又不熟悉當地人，還挺害怕的。服務倒是不錯。

공항이랑 가까워서 예약을 했습니다. 거리는 매우 마음에 들어요. 하지만 헤어드라이어를 자유롭게 쓰지 못하는건 너무 불편했습니다.

With a great location being so close to the airport I stayed 3 nights at Angkul and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. With the option for breakfast,a beautiful pool, walking distance to the beach and incredibly hospitable staff, I would highly recommend this place!

Hotel is small and looks nice. Well located: 5 minute taxi from the airport (by car; 15 mins by foot); 5 mins walk from Jerman beach. Rooms were simple but clean, comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. Staff on reception friendly and helpful. However it loses points for noise - all rooms are situated around the open courtyard with pool, and there was a group of people chatting and laughing into the early hours of the morning and the sound just carried. Very disturbing. Our room was also on the main road, so noise from both sides! Luckily we were jet lagged and exhausted so eventually slept. Breakfast is also a bit basic. Price was cheap, so it’s fine for a night if you’re catching a flight but not for an extended stay.

It's not often that I get heckled by other guests, but when I do it is always my pleasure to wish them a wonderful day. Hotel was A for exactly what's advertised.

My room was on first floor and it was so noisy! I don’t know if it was the water tank or the air conditioner but it was hard to sleep in that much noise. The staff was friendly though.

The breakfast was very minimal, sometimes scarce, I would still recommend this hotel as it is budget, and for me only, maybe breakfast would be an issue, It certainly ticks the boxes in all other circumstances.

The breakfast was not worth a penny for the second day of our stay we didn’t eat breakfast. The area so crowded.
