鬧中取靜的花園酒店 裏面一棟棟茅草屋頂的小房子與周圍的花草樹叢融為一體 步行6-7分鐘就到庫塔海灘 對面的波比斯餐館是個亮點 早餐豐盛美味 午餐晚餐水準不低 還可接機或送機 點贊👍

너무예쁘고 너무 친절했어요. 면세점들렸다가 봉투에 여권을 함께뒀는데 그봉투째로 택시에두고내렸었어요. 근데 호텔직원이 오토바이타고 따라가주셨어요. 물론 택시는 놓쳤었구 새벽6시에 다시도와준다고 미안하다하더라구요. 제가 잘못 한거였는데.. 결국 친절한 택시기사님이 쇼핑백들고 다시 와줬어서 찾았지만, 호텔직원분께 너무 감사했어요. 또, 수영장 너무 예뻤구 객실은 클래식했는데, 알고보니 그지역에서 제일 오래된 숙박업소래요. 그럼에도 불구하고 아주 훌륭했습니다. 아침마다 바나나를 방앞 테이블에 새로 세팅해주시더라구여.. 안먹는건데.. 또 조식은 왜이리맛있는지.. 고양이는 왜이리 강아지같은지.. 모든게 마음에들었습니다. 걸어서 5분거리에 시장있구여.. 걸어서10분거리에 꾸따비치있구여. 골목방향만 다르게가도 펍이나 음식점 많구여. 입구나와서2분거리에 Atm있어요 다음에 또 방문할기회가있으면 좋겠어요. 그럼 거기 직원 선물 사갈거에여♡__♡

環境很好，花園式酒店，衹有20套平房木屋，性價比高，早餐豐盛，就是在花園裡麪小蟲子會多一點，房間裏倒是沒有蚊蟲。

何年経っても いつもそこにあって、待ってくれてる感じ コテージ内はもちろんのことガーデンやプールもいや、素敵な門から1歩入ればそこは隔絶されたWonderland 何年かぶりに帰ってきた客に変わってないなと思わせるのは、 生半可なメンテナンスでは出来ひんやろな スタッフさん達の心意気があればこそやと感服してます おおきにありがとうございます

這家酒店位置非常好，離庫塔海灘很近。環境很有熱帶風情。自家餐廳就在附近，也很美，早餐很豐富。

My wife and I stayed at Poppies for 3 nights at the beginning of our holiday. We'd enjoyed a great evening at Poppies restaurant in 2016, so decided to return and stay at the hotel too, which looked like an ideal place to relax and unwind. Free pick up from the airport was great, our driver was on time and very friendly. If, like us, you are turned off by big resorts with generic rooms and loads of people hogging sun loungers and lining up for the buffet breakfast, then Poppies is the place for you. This hotel has the 'special character' that I crave. As others have said, the small resort is very well designed and set in beautiful grounds. We asked for a room near the pool and were given cottage 12 which was perfect, with it's own private access to the wonderful pool. The pool itself is just so lovely, 2.5 meters deep at one end and with little nooks to relax in and private areas for lounging. Despite being one of the oldest hotels in Kuta, the cottages are very well appointed, packed with charm and character, and as fresh and smart as the day they were built. The a-la-carte breakfast was very generous and a great selection, you choose 1 item from 5 categories, and they are all cooked to order. I'll give special mention to the freshly squeezed orange juice (from those unique green oranges I've only ever encountered in Bali) and to the delicious black rice pudding and the Nasi Goreng. We enjoyed breakfast over at Poppies Restaurant and on the last morning had it delivered to our room, as we were leaving early. The staff are all very friendly and the place is well run by people who are clearly proud of the service they provide. Poppies was the cheapest of the four places we stayed on this trip (Kuta, Ubud, Nusa Lembongan and Sanur) but it was also arguably the best. Best suited to couples looking for something low-key but stylish, we wish we had stayed longer at Poppies and can't wait to return.

All the cottages are secluded. The pool area and grounds are beautiful. They do day tours from there which we wish we'd made time for. Wonderful stay.

After an extended family holiday in Bali, I finished the trip by treating myself to a couple of nights, solo, in this beautiful boutique property. I wish it had been longer. It was heavenly. Whilst being one of the oldest, original hotels in the area, it has retained all its charm and hospitality that Poppies is renowned for. The staff were absolutely charming and helpful. The gardens are lush and well maintained, the ambiance is tranquil. The pool is not large but was never crowded. The layout of the cottages are cleverly designed so that they all ensure privacy. The rooms themselves were quaint and thoughtfully appointed..Bar fridge, sound system, TV, safe, desk, hanging space and drawers, hairdryer, kettle. Huge outdoor bathroom with shower and bath recess to step into. It’s covered in netting to protect from bugs/insects. The aircon was sufficient with added ceiling fan but not icy cold. The roof is thatched and therefore has a certain straw smell which didn’t bother me at all but worth mentioning for others to consider. Breakfast was a la carte selection and beautifully presented, delivered to cottage patio or you can dine across the laneway at Poppies Restaurant, also delightful. For late departures, there are small change rooms available with shower/toilet facilities to freshen up before heading to the airport. Added bonus is free airport transfer. I would suggest that this place is ideal for couples or solo travellers wanting to enjoy the serenity, to relax and unwind. I can’t wait to go back again.

When you walk through the entrance of poppies you leave the noise and the traffic behind you. A stay at poppies cottages will not disappoint

Poppies Bali was an amazing experience from start to finish.Once we were taken to this hidden oasis behind a high stone wall we were wide eyed at the beauty of this hotel of surprises and the total quietness.You are escorted to your bungalow on a winding path that crosses over a lovely pond through what can only be described as luscious gardens in every direction.Once you are in your Balinese traditional accomodation you will be nothing but pleased with what is before you.A high peaked thatched roof and furnished beautifully with the most comfy bed and to top it off an incredible totally private outdoor bathroom.Every bungalow has its own front porch and is secluded from your nearby neighbours giving the impression you are the only people there.Breakfast can be delivered to your room or you can take the option of going to their poppies restaurent which is just outside the front gate.Restaurent is also a must do for dinner with its soft lighting and amazing gardens. Menu is extensive and the food is of highest quality and friendly service from the staff who give you the feeling that you are a special guest.The swimming pool is one of the best we have seen on all our bali holidays and food and drinks can be ordered poolside and delivered to your place of relaxation to enjoy yet again surrounded by a tropical garden. Also walking distance of 5 min to beach and surrounded by all the attractions such as shopping and restaurents.10 out of 10 for this holiday experience.

Poppies was unfortunately not for us but may suit other travellers to Bali. Free transport to the airport was very convenient. Pros: Poppies staff are wonderful, polite, and attentive. Breakfast had plenty of options and was delivered on time. The pool was on the smaller side but adequate for the size of the resort, was never bust when we wanted a swim. The lovely man at the pool deserves a shout-out as he was always helpful, making sure we were happy. We requested a half day extra as our flight was late in the evening, and Poppies where very accommodating and offered a half day rate, which was appreciated. Any issues were dealt with promptly. Poppies is quiet even though they are situated in a busy area. The gardens are beautiful and plentiful wildlife to watch in the trees. Room service from Poppies restaurant was excellent and was not expensive. Cons: Poppies is an older resort and may not suit you if you prefer a more modern decor. Our air-conditioning was not adequate for the size of the room. Initially, our air-conditioning was very ineffective, and we let the reception know. They promptly called in someone to service our air-conditioning unit, but we couldn't feel a great deal of difference. We were only there for 1.5 days, so we just put up with it, but this would unfortunately be the reason we personally would not return. If you are used to a warmer climate, you may be ok, but we are from a cooler climate, so keep this in mind. On checking out a staff member was spraying chemicals around the garden and we couldn't avoid breathing it in! It was horrible and was very disappointing, I understand these things need to be done but letting guests know so they can stay indoors or offer masks if stay indoors isn't an option, would be much better, in many other countries guests be evacuated for a few hours while this was happening . Poppies are situated in a small busy lane, and walking up and down the lane becomes annoying as you are continually dodging traffic or being harassed by the store owners.

A free airport pickup and a transfer through very busy Kuta streets ending in the narrow poppies lane 1 we arrived at the lovely Hotel. Nice private walkways to the individual cottages. Plenty of room for 2. Fine open air bathroom (Mandy). Bed mattress was well worn but still comfortable. The grounds are magnificent. Plenty of shrubs and trees and flowers. Superb pool. Very good restaurants nearby. This is THE place to stay in Kuta !
