Greatly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything is just nice, good breakfast, hospitality, privacy and amenities without costing a bomb. Just a little away from the hustle bustle of the Seminyak streets, but still within a short walk. Within 10mins car ride away from the beaches and Seminyak Sq depending on the traffic. Recommended.

Excellent Villa which is nice for a couple’s retreat. The pool was lovely, but a suggestion would be to have a heating feature added so people can swim at night.
We ordered lunch and the food was excellent. We also had breakfast which was nice, but I felt the cost of the floating basket was a bit much.
Overall, good service and a nice area.

Love the villa with a nice pool size and the warm and friendly service offered by the villa staffs. The breakfast choices were great, their Eggs florentine is a must try! Stayed there for 3 nights and the villa was nice to treat us afternoon tea for 2 days, thank you and we truly enjoyed our stay there.

This villa is about a 20-30 minute walk to the beach where there are many good restaurants as well. The high tea was exceptional and a very welcomed treat after checking in without having time to have lunch beforehand. The pool is not too big but it’s okay for one person. But be warned about the mosquitoes. They seem to be coming out from the closet or bathroom, and ruined our sleep.

The Staffs were very friendly and accommodating! Villa was exceptionally clean! Most importantly, the pool is clean and friendly to the skin, and ideal for couples and close to seminayak hot spots.

Rooms and pool are very clean.Location is great Loved the prompt service by the staff. Food was also great though there were less options for vegetarian people. Must try veg burritos . Will surely visit again Suggestions: Curtains in sofa area should be there as there is direct sunlight. Cooking Utensils in kitchen should be more.Like Big frying pan is a must.

Our stay at Icon was very smooth. The main highlight were the staff. They are very warm and helpful. The hotel has a very efficient WhatsApp system. Anything you need, just message them and it is sorted. Breakfast and afternoon tea (with some lovely cakes) are served in the room... I personally really enjoyed this. The hotel's location suited us well. It's on a quiet road and is about 5-10 min walk to a high street and about a 22 min walk to the beach. The weather was cool during our stay so the 22 min walk wasn't an issue, but in super hot weather it might be problematic. Our one bedroom villa (with pool) was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely... the shower in particular had great water pressure. Notably we didn't have any problems with mosquitos or insects. I was really impressed with the measures the hotel took to make sure of this.

The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size.

Great stay at this nice villa - staff were friendly and communicated through whatsapp. Cleaned the rooms each day early and we ordered a floating breakfast one morning which was cool. The pool area is very small - for sunbathing the time of sun on the sunbed was limited each day and not much room around the sides to sunbathe. The door to the kitchen / living area didn't seem to lock but we didn't leave valuables in there so wasn't an issue as main door and bedroom door locked. Would recommend - good location within walking distance to street full of shops and restaurants.

We stayed 4 nights at a villa for 2 with a private spacious swimming pool. Service is impeccable and discrete. Communication is efficient and all your preferences are catered for with a smile. Breakfast was delivered to our living/dining room at a time of our choosing. We chose from a varied menu and were delighted with the quality, presentation of the food and drinks. We could choose each day when our room was serviced (conveniently via WhatsApp). We also received complimentary afternoon tea every day at a time of our choosing. Bed is big and really comfortable (on a firm side). Bathroom spacious and nice. Would highly recommend.

Our first impression was the villa did not look clean. After we settled down, we agreed the bedroom is clean except the toilet seat cover needs to be changed as there were yellow stains. I did feedback to the staff as well. The doors need to be vanished and pool needs a deep clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. AC & water is powerful & hot enough. The staff are friendly and responsive. Breakfast is decent except latte is really weak for a coffee drinker. I requested for a stronger latte the next day but I think they did not understand. Lastly, it is located at the back of the busy road (approximately 300 metres) making it dangerous to walk alone in the dark alley at night. The villa does not provide mosquito repellent in the mosquitoes infested villa, pls get one before arrival. Mosquito coil provided after 6pm is not good enough unless u wrapped yourself up.
