Booked a 2 br villa and was upgraded to a 3 br villa and the family get to spend our best ever CNY in Karma Kandara. Clean rooms, attentive staff and superb view.

The view is fantastic and we are welcomed by a group of friendly staff who are so responsive

One of the best places in Bali to visit, we were lucky to get the upgrade too and had great time. The vibe of the place, music and atmosphere is very unique and different from anywhere else. Special shoutout to Bagus , the manager of the beach bar.

During my stay, the cable car was closed for maintenance, and the infinity pool at the restaurant was also closed for their events. The cable car and infinity pool are the main attractions for Karma Kandara that makes me attracted to stay here. Its like wasting my money to booked this accomodation but I did not get the chance to utilize both facilities as their guest. I did complaint about it to the staff but they said, there is nothing they can do. The staff told me that the cable car will be closed until next year. I feel like being cheated as they did not mention about this before customers make a reservations here. Its misleading. As I’m on my honeymoon trip, i dont want to prolong the sadness and i dont know what else I can do that time. So, after I checked out, I gave my feedback about the inconveniences to Trip to request for a partial refund or compensation due to the inconveniences. Unfortunately, the hotel management refused to offer me any compensations and denied my complaint by saying that the pool was opened. Bad liar. Thank god I did take some photos and videos to proof that they are lying. Im not mad with the staff as I know its not their decision, but for the management, it is not a good ethic to lie and refuse to take responsibility. Shame on you.

Everything is absolutely stunning here in Karma Kendara. No complains. For us the stay here is the highlight of the trip for us in Bali this time. 🌴🙏🌅

The whole stay was spectacular! Thank you so much for upgrading, the villa we stayed in was perfect. The pool provided such an easy way to cool off under the hot Bali sun. We also booked spa sessions, one of them including the sauna and cliff side soaking experience, which was so unique and relaxing. The private beach was also so nice, and the food there was amazing. I would definitely go here the next time I go to Bali, keep it up!

Pantai terbaik dan terbersih , airnya Jernih, fasilitasnya Keren , vilanya nyaman , semua nya suka banget Sama fasilitasnya , selalu kembali ke Karma kandara , anak-anak super happy sayang gondola nya sedang tidak bisa dipakai , Untuk ke pantainya harus menaikki banyak tangga , Untuk membawa lansia jadi mudah lelah

房間和酒店設施都還很不錯

Spent the most amazing and memorable time at karma kandara resort. It's beautiful sea side location and week spread out starting quarters are very welcoming and well appointed. After a swift check-in we were allotted the villa with a sea view. The sprawling villa has three bedrooms with their own baths attached. Our villa has private pool as well which made it all the more special as we could swim daily and relax which rejuvenated us so wonderfully. We were treated everyday to a sumptuous free of cost breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. One could have a clear view of the ocean below while having an enjoyable breakfast. The staff at the "de mare" restaurant were very courteous and took care of us for over 10 days. Ms mei Lee as a senior host cared for us and we are grateful. Similarly, Mr dattaram who was deposited from karma goa unit ensured were carried for and we felt good and welcome at the resort. Our villa has so the needed gadgets and a full scale kitchen where we could quickly cook food for a completely private dinner at the villa itself. We also were very happy to spend two days in the newly constructed apartment style accommodation which offered a very beautiful panoramic view of the entire resort right upto the blue dress below The very convenient free of cost transfers to the seashore and back were very well organized. The exclusive beach area that belongs to Karma kandra resort is worthy of a special mention as they pack a very active eventful itinerary for the members. One could relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy food and drinks. The spa and the very well planned layout of the villas across the resort ensure privacy and transport environment that leads to full rejuvenation. The whole resort is full of nicely created aesthetically beautiful spots with statues and plants and during the nights they are made more attractive by the thoughtful lighting. All in all our stay was most enjoyable at the luxurious resort. We are sure to come back for more.

An amazing location to visit and one of the only karma resorts where non-members can stay in their newly opened Apartments, which are amazing - but they are still ironing out some of the rough edges on how they support this new venue. Our experience was one where the location and apartment was amazing, and we every day had a small thing that annoyed us, and whilst they went to herculean extents to try and solve, just missed the mark consistently over the stay. Small problems included - breakfast only provided as a continental - with 10 pieces of toast and 3 single serves of butter. - room service food delivered 30 minutes late, cold chips and luke warm nasi goreng; desert delivered warm, but by warming it they melted the accompanying ice cream, - booked the Friday morning e-bike ride in their app, reminded to book again a day later if we wanted to participate, we had to complete the form - which did not exist. - Lift to the beach not working, so waited 30 minutes for a bus to comp pick us up - got stuck in the new lift with no emergency phone or contact for 5 minutes. It was so frustrating as the venue is amazing, the facilities great - but work done on the finer things to make the experience truly amazing

Karma Kandara is undoutedly luxury at its best. Its stunningly beautiful ambience and exceptionally well designed and spacious rooms provided complete relaxation. The warmth and hospitality of the entire staff is absolutely praiseworthy. We enjoyed spending time at the Karma Beach and watch the mesmerising Fire Dance. The experience at infinity swimming pool was awesome. Three cheers and a big shout out to the Karma Group and the staff of Karma Kandara for making our stay so very comfortable and memorable. We would love to come back here again and again.
