Ulasan Karma Kandara

Booked a 2 br villa and was upgraded to a 3 br villa and the family get to spend our best ever CNY in Karma Kandara. Clean rooms, attentive staff and superb view.

The view is fantastic and we are welcomed by a group of friendly staff who are so responsive

One of the best places in Bali to visit, we were lucky to get the upgrade too and had great time. The vibe of the place, music and atmosphere is very unique and different from anywhere else. Special shoutout to Bagus , the manager of the beach bar.

During my stay, the cable car was closed for maintenance, and the infinity pool at the restaurant was also closed for their events. The cable car and infinity pool are the main attractions for Karma Kandara that makes me attracted to stay here. Its like wasting my money to booked this accomodation but I did not get the chance to utilize both facilities as their guest. I did complaint about it to the staff but they said, there is nothing they can do. The staff told me that the cable car will be closed until next year. I feel like being cheated as they did not mention about this before customers make a reservations here. Its misleading. As I’m on my honeymoon trip, i dont want to prolong the sadness and i dont know what else I can do that time. So, after I checked out, I gave my feedback about the inconveniences to Trip to request for a partial refund or compensation due to the inconveniences. Unfortunately, the hotel management refused to offer me any compensations and denied my complaint by saying that the pool was opened. Bad liar. Thank god I did take some photos and videos to proof that they are lying. Im not mad with the staff as I know its not their decision, but for the management, it is not a good ethic to lie and refuse to take responsibility. Shame on you.

Everything is absolutely stunning here in Karma Kendara. No complains. For us the stay here is the highlight of the trip for us in Bali this time. 🌴🙏🌅

The whole stay was spectacular! Thank you so much for upgrading, the villa we stayed in was perfect. The pool provided such an easy way to cool off under the hot Bali sun. We also booked spa sessions, one of them including the sauna and cliff side soaking experience, which was so unique and relaxing. The private beach was also so nice, and the food there was amazing. I would definitely go here the next time I go to Bali, keep it up!

Pantai terbaik dan terbersih , airnya Jernih, fasilitasnya Keren , vilanya nyaman , semua nya suka banget Sama fasilitasnya , selalu kembali ke Karma kandara , anak-anak super happy sayang gondola nya sedang tidak bisa dipakai , Untuk ke pantainya harus menaikki banyak tangga , Untuk membawa lansia jadi mudah lelah

비교불가의 뷰 끝판왕이었어요 전용비치도 너무너무너무 좋았고 식당도 일부러 찾아가지않아도 될만큼 유명한곳을.내가 묵은숙소안에 있다는게.너무 좋았어요 다시 기회가된다면 방문하고싶어요 시설관리및 직원친절도 아주 만족했어요

房間和酒店設施都還很不錯

We met Jason who works at Karma office in Seminyak, He showed and told us the benefits of becoming a Karma Member. After listening we agreed to become members! He took us for a meal there initial to our stay which was all paid for, here we got to know Jason a lot more and we’ve actually made a great friendship. We have gone out and had drinks with him and watched live bands, he really is a great guy! Our week stay in Karma Kandara was amazing, such a beautiful place! Thank you Jason and thank you Karma!

Absolutely the bestest hotel i have every stayed at!! The reception area doesn't reflect at all what's in store for you in the rooms, spotlessly clean, absolutely luxurious, beautifully laid out spacious rooms, we had the one bedroom apartment in mantari block, lovely pieces of art in the room, full fledged kitchen, if you plan you can buy some bread or groceries, but please do experience the de mari resturant, stunning views and fabulous food, never tasted anything like it ever, service is incomparable, i want to especially mention ARY for her sweet smile, attentiveness, care and remembering what we liked and made sure we got it even without asking by the second meal, the whole team makes you feel so special and pampered, it's a treat , we will be back, the beach is very well maintained, they have steps- about 150 well maintained with railing to hold on to and lights if it gets late, and an option to take the shuttle service,

My review is specifically about the very lovely spa at the hotel. I had an extremely elaborate and professional pedi done by Fendi and I can highly recommend this foot saving experience! .The view of the Indian Ocean from the spa is incredibly relaxing and the staff so friendly.

A beatifull place, with the best beach. Good food, great drinks and perfect service. The elevator down to the beach are spectaculer, and very nice. the endless pool, and restaurant is also great. they also have a beatiful spa on the edge Of a cliff. Awesome
