Hotel is a little dated , needs a refresh Hotel pushing for all inclusive , but the food at near by restaurants are much much nicer and cheaper . Hotel food is not that good , awful actually breakfast is probably the best meal … Pool is nice , staff are friendly .

On the very first day of our stay, my husband got severe food poisoning after breakfast. We couldn't pinpoint the exact food, but it might have been the eggs (omelet). The sea doesn't match the photos on the hotel's page; in reality, you can't really swim in it. In the bay, the water only reaches an adult's waist at most, even up to the buoys, and there's a lot of seaweed in the water. Anyone who dislikes algae at the bottom and in the water will be very uncomfortable. If you want to swim, you'll need to go to other beaches towards the southern part of the island. Otherwise, the hotel's infrastructure and staff are excellent, 5/5.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I love its architecture. The breakfast selection isn't very extensive, which is a bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The rooms are decent. There are restaurants and shops nearby. The beach is calm with no waves, but the water is a bit shallow. Beautiful sunrises here!

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Bali Tropical Resort & Spa. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, a relaxing beachfront, and a calm, authentic Balinese atmosphere. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and eager to help, which made the stay feel truly welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food offered good variety with plenty of local flavors. Overall, it’s a great choice for a peaceful, well-rounded Bali getaway.

Our absolute favorite hotel. This is our third time staying here. Everything is perfect: 1. Location 2. Hotel design 3. Service. The staff are very attentive. The grounds are clean and green. There's a large swimming pool. The continental breakfasts are very diverse.

Nice pool. Nice resort. The beach is a bit... not-so-white-sandish. The corals are mostly destroyed too when you go snorkling.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bali Tropical Resort & Spa — excellent value for money. The property is a bit older (you can tell it was built years ago), but it has been well maintained and partially renovated, so everything still feels in good condition and comfortable. Location is a big highlight: the hotel has direct beach access and it truly feels like the beach is part of the resort. The pool is large and has a swim-up/integrated bar, which is a great touch. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing — perfect for resting. What we loved most is how authentically Balinese it feels: beautiful décor, carved doors, wood furniture, and even two small temples inside the hotel, which adds a special cultural vibe. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also tried the spa, and we highly recommend it. You can find cheaper options outside, but the convenience and comfort of having it inside the hotel is worth it, and the prices are still reasonable. We ate at the hotel’s three restaurants and generally enjoyed the food. Small note: breakfast was okay but not as impressive as the rest of the experience—some items felt a bit basic. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this resort. Great service, great location, relaxing atmosphere — no need to look elsewhere.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful—the service, the location, and the cleanliness were all 10/10. The only thing to note is that the furniture and facilities are a bit old-fashioned. That being said, the room was spotless and the staff made me feel right at home. Great value for the experience!

I really enjoyed the stay. The hotel has a lot of charm and the room was clean. The ac had to be tuned on, otherwise the room started to feel wet.

Wonderfully tranquil and kind staff. Lots of greenery and a good breakfast with plenty of choices. The only downside is the beach not having much water & waves as its tye edge of a bay.

Amazing stay, and would definitely recommend for any visitors to the Nusa Dua area. From the food, to the service, facilities, rooms, and staff, it was all professional, comfortable and friendly. Great stay for a first time visitor to Bali
