Saya menginap di lima hotel selama enam hari di Bali. Hilton adalah yang paling kos efektif pada pendapat saya. Harga pantai di sebelah Kempinski hanya dua perlima daripada Kempinski. Saya tinggal di kedua-duanya, walaupun Hilton membandingkan Murah tetapi ia adalah bilik dengan pemandangan laut dengan katil bersaiz king dan Kempinski hanya mempunyai pemandangan taman. Selain itu, sarapan pagi juga paling mengenyangkan. Restoran mempunyai biliard. Sesetengah monyet di hotel perlu menyedari potensi bahaya.

Kami mempunyai pengalaman tinggal lama yang menggembirakan-selamat-sihat di sini.. tiada kerumitan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu tentang perkara ini dan mereka membenarkan kami menikmati penginapan.. kami mendapat bilik yang sangat terang, bersih dan selesa menghadap lautan, kami boleh melihat lautan yang terang dari katil kami, menonton tv dan berkumpul pada masa yang sama, masa yang sangat sesuai, juga balkoni yang selesa bersih untuk membolehkan kami menghirup udara segar. kita boleh bermain sepanjang masa di pantai persendirian, akses sangat mudah.. pantai pantai yang bersih dan luas, pilihan makanan dan minuman.. bilik mandi bersih (tetapi kami mencadangkan untuk mempunyai mesin basuh jet semburan di dalam tandas untuk mengelakkan bekas percikan air kencing berbau. .) Terdapat monyet tetapi tiada masalah untuk kami, semua kakitangan sangat cepat dan membantu dalam sebarang perkhidmatan, dari penerimaan tetamu, pengemasan, concierge, juruteknik, malah pelayan bilik kerana membantu kami mengusir monyet, terima kasih! (kadang-kadang kita biarkan sahaja monyet itu bermain dan lihat sahaja dari tingkap 😊😊) nota mungkin sekadar landskap taman perlu diperbaharui.. dan kebersihan di laluan/taman perlu dipertingkatkan..

Strategic Cliff location with scenic view of the Nusa Dua seaside as I stayed in the Cliff Tower - executive room 914 and later 1014 Excellent customer service - polite, friendly and accommodating staff always smiling & greetings guests Very comfortable, spacious executive room with a balcony which overlooks the pools, garden and beach area. Very big spread of food & drink variety in Grain restaurant. Healthy and good taste Good selection of wines and fruit drinks in the executive lounge. The snack food were little options and always not enough - room for improvement here. The fitness centre at L1 is spacious but only basic equipment with some free weights. Would need more equipment such as lat pull down, bench/shoulder press, legs extension & curls. Overall excellent stay and will look forward to future holidays here.

We definitely had a very good stays in Hilton Bali resort during the Chinese new year. What a wise decision I made! The staffs Sumerti, widya and the team prepared a big surprise for my birthday, I really moved by what they had done for us. It’s certain that we will come back again to Hilton Bali to get relaxed with these awesome staffs.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Bali. Our room was both clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view that allowed us to wake up feeling relaxed and refreshed. The staff, overall, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but there were a few outstanding individuals that we felt deserved special mention. Reo, who was responsible for cleaning our room, provided us with extra water and even offered turndown service. He frequently checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed, and his attentive service was greatly appreciated. Gwen, a waitress at The Shore restaurant, was particularly friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to ensure that our baby was comfortable and happy as we enjoyed our sunset dinners together. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience! Yasar, who arranged for gluten-free pancakes with interesting toppings, definitely helped kickstart our mornings! His innovative addition of banana caramel, apple sauce, and fresh coconut truly elevated our breakfast experience. Dwipi, the chef who made our omelettes every morning with a warm and welcoming smile, was another bright spot in our stay. He even remembered our preferences, which made us feel particularly valued. Finally, Keren, who worked in the executive lounge, went out of her way to make sure that we had access to cocktails and canapés during our stay. She arranged for us to receive extra canapés between 5 and 7 pm since our children were unable to access the executive lounge due to age restrictions. Sedco, who helped arrange for a later check-out time, was a lifesaver as it allowed our baby to have her much-needed nap before our long journey home. Overall, the Hilton Bali exceeded our expectations, and we cannot wait to return for another stay. We could not recommend this hotel enough and would like to thank all the staff for making our stay truly memorable.

Hotel is great. Stayed 3 night. Room with Seaview and massive bed was nice. Just have to be aware of the monkey’s. They can climb up high into the balconies. Exterior beautiful. Staff very friendly. The buffet was amazing. Pool was great, big slide. Different theme night for dinner. Courtesy bus to the local mall.

The Hilton Bali is set on beautifully manicured grounds abundant with colorful plumeria and bougainvillea, and countless other beautiful flowers, and part of the hotel is built against a cliff. During the day, it can be fascinating to watch the monkeys playing

Our 2 years old son’s arm was broken having had the nightstand in the room fall over on his arm on 4th April. Unfortunately, we experienced the worst services of a 5-star hotel when this accident happened. We would never recommend this particular hotel to anyone due to how this was handled by staff and duty management. It mostly reflected on the hotel name and reputation where it looked like the staff were not properly trained to be in the hospitality business. Even more so with the hotel managers on duty having shown zero empathy and demonstrated bad attitudes towards their customer. We share our story below: when the accident happened, we got zero help and guidance about the hospital around the hotel and no nurse/doctor in hotel offered to check on my son. no hotel staff cared about what happened, we had to search the hotel ourself when we needed to focus on our son. We carried our son to lobby, my son was still crying hard, I couldn’t locate a taxi from Grab at that peak hour, we went to the concierge, and a staff said he can send us to hospital, no other staff offered helped or asked whether we need help even it was obvious our son was crying and we need some help. The concierge staff sent us to hospital and left. We expected a hotel staff should be there with us throughout the hospital visit. My son was diagnosed with a fracture on his left forearm and his arm was put in a cast. That night, I called the hotel frontdesk to ask for help to find something to cover my son’s cast from water while showering, operator told me there is no plastic in the hotel. Later that night, client relations officer came to our room with a huge food wrap and tape and ask us to try. We did not get any proper solution or offered help to consult a pharmacy. My son had fever but hotel did not offer to send a nurse to check on him. We questioned about the safety measure in Hilton Bali, how can a marble nightstand fall by the hand of a 2 years old boy that easily? there were no answers from the hotel. We went to the frontdesk, the duty manager accused us “why did it happen, you did not watch your own kid?” I was very angry of such unacceptable commnet from her and said “ hotel should provide safe environment to all the guests and Hilton Bali stated it’s a family friendly hotel, we were in our own room, we are not supposed to watch my son every single second. The real question here is why a marble nightstand can easily fall over by the hand of a 2 year old boy so what’s the safety measure here?” she avoided to answer my questions. She then called another “duty manager”, he came with an attitude, and called a security guard to stand next to him. I repeated my questions to him and mentioned this service level is nowhere near a 5 star hotel, he ironically laughed and said “ didn’t we send you to hospital?” I responded “we had zero guidance from the hotel and found the hospital ourselves, no one offered help until we couldn’t get a taxi at that time!” he said “ there is nothing we can do now.” I asked to speak to general manager and legal team, he said none of them is there in the hotel and I need to email them instead. We felt these two Duty manager are extremely unprofessional in dealing with such situation, they showed zero empathy and zero compassion towards us, again it shows the poor service level in Hilton Bali as such people can seemingly be appointed as duty manager. An additional note, the kids club is poorly maintained, it smells like pee the whole time and all facilities/toys are wore down. The pool water is very dirty. The food in Hilton is terrible, 5 out of 7 steak selection are always out, so you have to choose the most expensive 2 type of steak, which I did on my first night of arrival, the wagyu steak tasted like overdue meat. I even found a rotten garlic in my pizza.
