Ulasan Mulia Resort

Ia besar, jadi elok untuk melihat sekeliling, berjalan-jalan dan berehat di tepi kolam renang. Semua kemudahan di dalam dan di luar bilik adalah baik. Saya mengikatnya di Royal Suite Ocean Court dan saya berpuas hati. Khususnya, bulan yang saya lihat di laut malam yang tenang adalah keindahan yang tidak pernah saya fikirkan.

Mulia juga sangat baik. Saya menaik taraf kepada The Mulia secara tempatan (bayar wang).

Hotel exterior is good but the room is really really old and need to upgrade or renovate. Hospitality is good! Breakfast is good! Kids club is good! Just need to renovate and upgrade the room.

It is a nice hotel. The reception service has to be improved: some ****** was even quite rude. I regret I didn’t remember her name. Also, the person who registered us forget about to organize our breakfast, so we have to wait 20 minutes. Likely, we had time before our flight. I bought a full board package and I have to ask many people about it, how it works. I don’t recommend it. Because it has a lot limitation, time and restaurant which I didn’t know. For example you can have your lunch from 13:00 to 15:00 only using special menu which doesn’t have all list dishes…+ always pay separately for the drinks. The breakfast is like a busy supermarket, too crowded and wait in the line for the table. Will I visit again? Maybe only for 1-2 days only. The Japanese buffet dinner is expensive but worse it. Ocean: nobody swim in the ocean, it was too shallow. The toiletries are very cheap…

Room very spacious and very clean. Good facility and nice housekeeping staff. Helpful front office staff.

Amazingly room and food. Premium quality hotel which incorporates activities for guests to participate.

Beautiful resort, lovely helpful staff especially the concierge on arrival, big pools ( could be a bit cooler not refreshing too warm in afternoon) sun lounges  in pool could do with umbrellas instead of small sun shade as there is limited shade, breakfast choices are very good & very tasty huge selection to choose from & great coffee ( latte ect )Great food in restaurants & lovely live music in evenings on weekends, rooms & bathrooms are fantastic beds very comfy. Overall an amazing relaxing time.

Superb experience in Mulia resort!!! We love everything here. Must try their yoga and pilates lessons! The breakfast and dinnner buffet are so delicious and there are lots of choices of food. In love with their pool design!

Very nice hotel clean and staff very friendly then l like the breakfast be many and varied choices as well . I like this hotel also several time l stayed here . Thanks the mulia hotel

The service is impeccable. I have spine issue and they make efforts to arrange buggy for me. The foods are very yummy at Soleil.

Firstly, Mulia consists of three distinct sections. If you've booked a room at Mulia Resort, you are not allowed to use the pool located at the most beautiful part of the beach. This beach is exclusive only to Mulia and Mulia Villa guests. Additionally, resort guests cannot benefit from the buggy service. Due to these practices and discrimination, I felt like a second-class citizen. Despite paying approximately 850,000 INR per person for dinner, they billed me 200,000 INR for 2 bottles of water. While the meal prices seem reasonable, charging such an exorbitant amount for water is outright deceitful. Lastly, the check-in queue was excessively long.

Nice 5 star resort with excellent staff & facilities. Breakfast spread was amazing. I booked lagoon access pool & it was worth every penny. My child really loved it.

One of the most wonderful resorts in Bali. All are perfect. My favorite part is the pool.
