Kakitangan yang dipanggil Gangga adalah baik dan lucu. Dia memberi kami minuman selamat datang dan membantu membawa beg pakaian kami.

Biliknya sangat kecil, macam asrama staff kilang, lampu kurang baik, pengudaraan kurang baik, ada nyamuk, balkoni tak boleh buka, kalau buka pun ada jalan sempit di belakang. itu,tak perlu la.Bar tandas 😂 Yang penting penebat bunyi kurang baik.Ada warga asing di sebelah yang merokok dan batuk.Kami boleh dengar perempuan bercakap pada waktu malam.Nasib baik kami keluar. pada waktu siang dan baru tidur semula pada waktu malam. Kami tinggal selama satu malam dan mendaftar keluar dengan cepat. Satu-satunya kelebihan Kolam infiniti di tingkat atas adalah luar biasa

Saya telah menikmati penginapan saya di sana. Tidak mempunyai banyak masa untuk pergi ke kolam renang tetapi bilik saya di tingkat bawah adalah menyenangkan dan bersih. Katil agak lembut mengikut citarasa saya tetapi tidak mengapa. Kakitangan membantu dan menyenangkan. Bercakap bahasa Inggeris yang baik. Banyak tempat makanan berdekatan dan ia adalah lokasi yang sesuai.

Hotel yang sangat memerlukan pembaikan. Bau lembap, berderit dan sarapan pagi adalah terhad dan buruk. Nampaknya Bali memerlukan masa untuk pulih selepas pandemik.

Perkhidmatan hotel yang sangat baik Kami tidak berbahasa Inggeris dan dengan sabar menjelaskan kepada kami dan menunggu kami menterjemah lebih kurang empat malam di sini Saya akan tetap memilih tempat ini lain kali Kolam renang juga hebat

Thé hôtel is well situated, but they need to improve they service! When asked thé service desk for razors, they asked to to go outsider and get them in thé opposite stores!!! The hôtels of this Caliber should provide thé basic amenities....

You can tell that this hotel prides themselves on presentation and service, with everything being immaculately clean, and all staff members were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was good. I am vegetarian and had no trouble finding food, my partner eats meat and he was also satisfied. This hotel is in a central location with plenty of convenience stores nearby. Pool was very relaxing and at a perfect temperature.

I recently stayed at Sun Island and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few noteworthy points. Firstly, the staff truly made my stay enjoyable. They were consistently friendly and welcoming, which added a personal touch to my visit. Breakfast offered a decent selection with the basics—eggs, toast, coffee, fresh fruit, and cereal. However, be prepared to pay extra if you want bacon. The hotel features two pools: one on the 3rd floor, which is a lovely spot to relax, and a rooftop pool that’s perfect for tanning. However, I found the rooftop lacking in atmosphere, and the wooden deck around the pool is in need of repair—it felt quite unsafe. My room was comfortable with effective air conditioning, but the TV was quite outdated, so I didn't use it. I appreciated the water dispenser in the hallway for filling up my bottles, which is a nice touch. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and a shopping center. The major downside of my stay was the noise from barking dogs at the building next to the hotel. There is about 10-15 dogs living there. It was disruptive, I could hear it on the 4th floor in the mornings, afternoons and evenings, and while trying to relax by the pool during sunset. Overall, Sun Island has great potential but could benefit from addressing a few issues. With some upgrades and improvements, it could be an exceptional place to stay. I will definitely stay here again, I will just make sure to request a room on the opposite side of where the dogs are.

Saw lots of comments worst and best and a im a bit afraid!!! but still decide to stay anyway for me here was awesome!!!! better than i thought from reading bad comments haha maybe im lucky? Room was great clean with good smell, bed is good decorate is well and modern AC is cool!! Bathroom were average still some water stain but for me it just small thing compare to the price we get. Staff were nice and welcome. we required for connecting room and we get as we want. Thank you! Corridor is clean and food decoration (love the style) love that they have water machine dispenser for guest to refill water. Location, i think around hotel traffic is pretty jam so recommend for walk or if you wanna get taxi you gotta use more time than ususal also in the map hotel was close to the beach but there are no way to walk through the beach direct so me and my friend take 15-20 walking to Kuta beach Breakfast is great but not variety not much of choices but love that they always have herb drink and indonesian traditional snack for you to try in breakfast line still have to say we love it here anyways :)

Good hotel staff very helpful but if you want to stay in city Center it’s not good rooms are ok not spacious

The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast had amazing choices, friendly staff and great location

Good hotel . We stayed here for one night only. So, didn’t use much of their services. There is a mart right opposite to the hotel and line of restaurants. So very convenient
