I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel in Bali, Kuta, during the final days of my trip. Booking through Trip.com was a seamless experience, making it the easiest app I've ever used for booking accommodations. Room number 132, which came with a private pool, was clean and everything went smoothly. However, I must highlight some aspects that impacted my stay.
The room's privacy, particularly while using the pool, was compromised as people from the back building could see in. Additionally, the constant barking of dogs at night and early morning bird noises disrupted our sleep throughout our stay.
On a positive note, our breakfast experience at THE BARSERRIE Restaurant was exceptional. The wide array of food choices was delightful, and the service provided by Sri, Ayu, and the team was top-notch, marked by their beautiful smiles and outstanding hospitality.
I would like to bring to your attention a cleanliness issue regarding the pillows in the room, which appeared to be very dirty.
Overall, while there were highlights to our stay, such as the excellent service at the restaurant, I believe addressing the privacy concerns in certain rooms and ensuring better cleanliness standards, especially with the bedding, could significantly enhance the guest experience at Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Bali Kuta.
