From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, luxurious accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What truly set them apart, however, was their unparalleled attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. During our stay, my daughter lost a sentimental earring, and despite searching, we couldn’t find it. We mentioned it in passing to the staff, not expecting much, but to our absolute surprise, two days after we checked out, I received an email from the resort—with an image of the earring they had found! Their dedication to customer service, even after we had left, speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. It’s rare to find such a thoughtful and proactive team, and this experience alone guarantees that we will be returning to The Legian on our next trip to Bali. If you’re looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests and goes the extra mile, look no further. The room was beautiful. I mentioned wanting a sea view room in the pre-booking confirmation email, and the hotel assisted in arranging it. All the hotel staff were very patient and friendly. I especially loved the room service where breakfast could be ordered; eating on the balcony in my pajamas while enjoying the sea view was truly comfortable.

I was very satisfied. It's a nice hotel, although it's a bit old, but it has the elegance of a classic old hotel, and the details are quite thoughtful. The room is directly facing the beach, and you can order food from the beach loungers while watching the spectacular sunset. The swimming pool is also excellent, with one 1.8-meter pool perfect for serious swimmers. The breakfast was also good. It was quiet and not crowded, with a pleasant atmosphere. There were almost no Chinese people there.

Lightning-proof Seminyak Legian!! The price-performance ratio is seriously inconsistent! Facilities: The sealing of windows and doors is too poor and loose, and there is a strange sound when the wind blows outside at night as shown in the picture. There are people talking at the door all the time, and everyone in the room can hear it. Hygiene: There are 3-4 geckos on the balcony, and the bathtub is not cleaned as shown in the picture. How can such sanitary conditions be called five-star? Environment: The hotel is small, and many places, including the lobby, are open without air conditioning. The daytime temperature is more than 30 degrees, which is a bad experience. Service: The most important thing is service! ! The front desk staff took the credit card to check our identity information. We asked the credit card not to be taken away for us to check on the spot, and began to make a strange face and attitude. The day before check-out, we called our room three times in a row and asked us to check out at 12 o'clock the next day. What's the reason? The most important thing is breakfast! ! The buffet breakfast has four dishes and one soup as shown in the picture (including fried rice and fried noodles). Every breakfast can only be fried rice with hot sauce, vegetables and an unknown fish. In conclusion, whoever comes to Seminyak Legian will be wronged, anyway, I have been wronged.

The flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The housekeeper still patiently led us to explain the room tour. I won't go into details about the environment and scenery. I was amazed at the first sight when I checked in. It is worthy of the design of the master. I was impressed by the details of the service and the cleanliness. All the staff were kind and friendly and served with a smile. The pest control in the room and public areas was done very well. At least 3 or 4 electronic mosquito coils were installed in the room, so there were no mosquitoes. Next time I come to Bali, I should choose the Legian brand again. It makes people feel very safe.

The best rest, the best view, the best service, the staff's attitude towards hospitality, everything was really satisfying. The breakfast was also really delicious~!

The housekeeper upgraded the room at night. The location, service and hygiene of the hotel are all very good. The sea is not very beautiful. The hotel is divided into the beach hotel area. The villa area across the road is not close to the beach but has a private swimming pool. There are not many types of breakfast. You can order it a la carte and it tastes good.

First time taking the initiative to write a review, highly recommended The hotel has a strong resort style and high privacy, with mostly European guests. The service was just right and attentive. We checked out for the flight that night. At noon, the hotel noticed that my family had cold symptoms and proactively provided a temporary room for us to stay in from the afternoon until we went to the airport in the evening.
