Ulasan The Legian Seminyak, Bali

We had a ocean facing one bedroom suite. Whilst it was spacious, the suite looks dated and needs refurbishment. It was also dusty when we first checked in. We provided feedback to the front desk that evening and problem was immediately rectified. We hope the resort can keep up the resort to give the best first impression to their customers in the future.

Great location and beautiful peaceful nature all around. The resort is beautiful and the villa was just perfect! Very intimate and bougie it has everything you need and more. The resort has a beach area which is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Food was divine and full of colours and flavours. Do not hesitate to chose the resort, it will leave you breathless and wanting for more!

避雷水明漾雷吉安！！性價比嚴重不符！ 設施：窗户和房門密封性太差有鬆動，晚上外面風吹一直異響如圖。門口一直有人説話，房間裏全部聽見。 衞生：陽台有3～4個壁虎在頂上，浴缸沒洗乾淨如圖，這種衞生條件敢説五星級嗎。 環境：酒店小，很多地方包括大堂沒有空調是開放式，白天温度三十多度體驗好差。 服務：最重要的是服務！！前台人員要把信用卡拿走核對我們的身份訊息，我們要求信用卡不拿走我們現場核對，開始使臉色態度很奇怪。退房前一天給我們一直連續房間打了三個電話讓我們務必第二天12點退房，這是什麼道理？ 最重要的是早餐！！自助早餐四菜一湯如圖（包含炒飯炒麪），每天早飯衹能炒飯配辣醬加青菜和一個不知名的魚。 最後總結，這個水明漾雷吉安誰來誰冤種，反正我已經當冤種了。

航班延誤到達酒店將近凌晨，管家仍耐心帶領講解room tour。環境和景色就不多贅述了，入住第一眼就驚艷到，不愧是大師的設計。服務上的細節以及乾淨程度讓我印象深刻。所有的工作人員都和藹可親，微笑服務。房間裏和公共區域除蟲都做得很到位，房間內起碼安裝了3.4個電子蚊香，所以沒有遇到蚊子。下次再來峇里島應該還會選擇雷吉安這個品牌，讓人感覺很安心。

夜晚入住管家貼心升級房間酒店位置服務衞生都很不錯。海不是很漂亮。酒店分海灘hotel區。和馬路對面的villa區不靠近海灘但是帶私人泳池。早餐種類不多。可單點味道不錯。

非常好的一個酒店，房間寬敞，服務面帶微笑 酒店無中文服務，早餐是點單式下單，也可以自助，種類不是很多。游泳池很好，出門就是沙灘。

服務不錯，免費升級了房間 下午茶，酒店私人海邊，房間面朝大海，傍晚看夕陽位置很好，除了貴點沒什麼缺點🌅

老錢風的奢華服務 沒得説

Our stay at the one bedroom villa with Jodi as our butler was more than amazing. We felt very welcome, they made sure to fullfill all our wishes and we didn't want to leave the place. The villa is clean and beautiful and the food delicious. Everything was perfect!

From the moment we walked into the foyer the staff at The Legian were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Our villa was superb - clean, spacious, cool with thoughtful extras including snacks and various drink options (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) all which were inclusive of our booking. We were also looked after by our Villa Butler - Jodi. He was so lovely, thoughtful and attentive, always going out of his way to assist us. He made our stay extra special with his amazing service. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences and I would definitely recommend for all - both families and couples looking for a place to relax and unwind. We spent most days in our pool, Jodi even arranged for some pool toys for the kids. For those with kids, you don't even need to leave the hotel if you don't want you, but if you do, your Butler can recommend appropriate activities/restaurants arrange a transfer for you.

Hotel very well positioned - close to many restaurants and bars. Very good facilities and excellent level of service. Special mention for the Club and the villas: very calm and service at the top with the butlers. One thing important: the beach is very nice but it is apparently difficult to swim: I was allowed to be in water only 4 days in 3 weeks time - red flag due to high flows. Seminyak is great for surfing.

This is a great hotel, with an excellent location. Be ready to have your camera out cause there’s a photo opportunity at every corner. The beach is right on the property, although the water is very choppy and it was not advised to swim. They make up for that with 3 infinity pools. The breakfast is amazing. Most people on the property grab a seat by the pool and just lay out. This is not a turn up spot - you come here to luxuriate. It’s easily walkable to one of the main strips in Seminyak and you feel safe walking around the property. The room was amazing with a nightly turn down service and a treat. I would definitely come back to this property again.

Can’t fault The Legian. Beautiful big rooms, beachfront views, amazing staff and lots of lovely extras. The team here make your stay so relaxed and comfortable . The little touches - flowers on the bed, fruit plates, afternoon tea - all lovely. And what a location! Gym and yoga classes are very good. Complements to the pool / beach staff. They are so welcoming and to the hotel Concierge team - phenomenal!
