(at check-in, no one checked our body temperature, offered to use hand sanitizer). By this case, if we have a fever and it turns out one of us positive for covid 19 but we passed the check in process easily. could you still ensure the safety of all guests staying with you? we just wondering, do all point on CHSE implemented by the hotel's staff in daily basis? - Very poor room conditions. quite a lot of wall stains, the duvet cover has lots of stains, the painting in the room when I just checked in, the position almost fell. wow, seriously this hotel is managed by Jayakarta Group? (FYI my room was in 003) - The health protocol banner in the front lobby fell because of the wind but no one noticed? - Staffs attitudes needs to be improved. no one greeted us at all when we were in the lobby, even when the hotel female staff passed us. Well, is it due to we are local Balinese guests and supposed to get this kind of service? No, learn to respect every guest who stays with you. - At the end, we decided to did an early checked out and even the most horrible moment, when I arrived at reception. the staff incharged didn't ask the reason why I decided to did an early checked out. Awesome level of hospitality.
