Hotel Bali dengan Kolam Renang

Terdapat begitu banyak tempat untuk dipuji. Ia adalah megah seperti istana Anda perlu naik ke lif tingkat 15 untuk pergi ke sana ke mari sarapan pagi yang kaya tetapi anda perlu beratur. Terdapat ramai orang dan terdapat ramai orang India Saya sendiri, yang boleh difahami sebagai tiada perkhidmatan, pelayan yang membawa kami ke dalam bilik memperkenalkan restoran hotel, jadi kami terpaksa membuat tempahan terlebih dahulu. Kualiti ada, tetapi perkhidmatan tidak setaraf!

The breakfast at Quest San Hotel in Bali is often praised for its variety, freshness, and quality. The direction and road leading to the resort can be tasting especially at night. Narrow road and no streetlamp. It's a sanctuary by itself and it's excellent just to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Far from any amenities and it's inconvenient to move around. Private chartered car is a must; no Grab no Gojek; unless you take local taxi booked via hotel. Moving from room to lobby and dining areas requires much walking up the slope/stairs (cos the hotel is like perched on hil). You can ask for a buggy service (they have 2) and are subject to waiting time if many requests. Room was splendid and view was canopy. WiFi was strong. Room came with complimentary packs of chips and 3 cans of soft drinks. Toilet has no door and showering could be cold cos of air-conditioning. Breakfast was simple. Buffet spread of basic menu like drinks and pastries. One could order from menu. I find this was good cos less wastage Overall, resort personnel were polite and attentive!

Good overall but our room in the 3rd floor had some background engine noise from the roof. Breakfast used to be better last year, the eggs were poorly cooked (either burned or too row). Staff at the checkout were annoying and started calling 1 hour before checkout time then eventually entered the room 5 minutes before 12 noon although we had ‘don’t disturb’ signal which was annoying.

I loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good, the gym was good and the infinity pool was great. Ideally located, you can walk to the beach and watch the sunset or you can go to the rooftop bar and enjoy the beautiful views after a long day of touring. Whether you travel alone or with family, this is the hotel for you. They have laundry service, floating breakfast, and the bartenders make some delicious cocktails

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is a little bit old but well maintained, the room was spacious and the amenities are good. Few minors problem in the room during check in but was solved in no time by hotel team, the staff was great, friendly, helpful, informative and professional, shout out to Pak Yasa for his professionalism, one of the highlight during the stayed.

Secara keseluruhan, hotel ini bagus! Terletak hanya 5 minit dari pantai, terdapat juga perkhidmatan ulang-alik yang menghantar dan mengambil setiap jam. Saya sangat menyukai pantai ketika air pasang (jangan pergi ketika air surut), hampir tidak ada alga, dan sangat sedikit sampah ... namun, lebih baik pergi ke bar matahari terbenam, ada ombak, tetapi tidak kritikal , seorang kanak-kanak berusia 5 tahun berenang dengan hebat. Terdapat pelbagai kafe berhampiran hotel, dan terdapat juga banyak daripada mereka dalam masa 10-15 minit. Bilik bersih, bau sangat harum. Sarapan pagi adalah baik, tetapi tidak mengagumkan, semuanya kelihatan ada di sana, tetapi (jika kita mencari kesalahan), buahnya kelihatan basi dan pastri agak kering. Kolam renang yang cantik. Air pancut dan gelongsor kanak-kanak, kolam pasir! Daripada kekurangan - katil matahari yang besar dibayar, tidak terlalu mahal, tetapi apa gunanya di hotel 5*. Bilik permainan yang bagus, tetapi hanya 4 jam percuma untuk tetamu hotel. Kami membayar pampasan untuk ini dengan ”jam coklat” dengan gula-gula kapas, air pancut coklat dan banyak gula-gula. Kanak-kanak gembira. Kakitangannya ramah dan membantu. Terima kasih untuk yang lain!

My stay at Renaissance Uluwatu was overall very enjoyable, with several highlights that made it memorable. The Clay Craft restaurant was truly exceptional. I had the opportunity to participate in their fruit carving activity, and it was such a unique experience. Special thanks to the instructor, Farhan, who was not only professional and patient but also shared fascinating background stories about the hotel, adding a wonderful personal touch. The Navigator team was outstanding, always ready to offer helpful recommendations and assistance, and the Duty Manager was highly diligent and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during my stay. However, there were a couple of minor issues. My room’s telephone didn’t work for the first two days, and I noticed that the bed linen hadn’t been properly cleaned upon arrival. These details could use some improvement. Despite these small setbacks, my overall experience was excellent, and I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Our stay was nice. The hotel and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it was located next to the golf course. There is also a swimming pool available. Although it is a bit far from the beaches and the main area, having a bike makes it convenient to get around, and there is an option to rent bikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is alright and front desk service is attentive. However, the variety of food for breakfast is slightly lacking comparing to the same hotel group around the same area. There was really loud construction noise going on during my visit even pass 10 pm, have thus asked to change the room.
