Poppies is a lovely bungalow complex just perfect for couples. It wouldn’t suit families as the pool is quite small, and the room has just one queen bed. Gardens are lovely and well kept, and being right on Poppies Lane 1, has many small generic and speciality shops within an easy walk, right in the lane. Guests should be aware though that opposite the entrance are a group of menacing dogs, which came out to us and were a real risk. The staff were very understanding of this, though probably can’t control the open gate which was where they had escaped. As there is a high risk of rabies in Bali, guests should be aware that this could pose a problem. The breakfasts were probably the best and most varied we had on our recent trip, and Poppies Restarurant nearby is a lovely setting to enjoy those. The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

Amazing and flawless 10/10 stay at The Westin Ubud Bali. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is pure serenity—nestled in a lush rainforest setting with a breathtaking centrepiece infinity pool that feels like it’s floating in the clouds amongst the serine jungle. It’s the kind of place where you instantly slow down and just breathe and experience a place you can relax, be well and rise every day feeling better than the next. The food is exceptional across the board—thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and consistently delicious. Every meal felt like a highlight and Sebastian takes pride and care with his team and the high food quality standards. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the passionate Westin associates that Go Beyond! The entire team operates at an incredibly high level, and it shows in every interaction. A special thank you to General Manager Saraswati, whose hands-on leadership is evident everywhere; you can feel how much she genuinely cares about both guests and her team. Darma at the lobby bar is a standout… his attention to detail and craftsmanship behind the bar made every visit memorable. Yana ensures the restaurants runs like clockwork, delivering a smooth, polished, and faultless dining experience every time. And Arta and Crisna—your work ethic and standards are simply outstanding. You consistently go above and beyond in a way that truly elevates the entire property. Cleanliness is absolutely next level—impeccable in every possible way with an amazing housekeeping team. This is Marriott. This is Westin. And this is hospitality done at its very best.

We were greeted by this incredibly friendly girl! The room was super clean and had everything we needed. The area around the lake had tons of flies, but the doors were closed in the room, so they didn't bother us at all! Thank you so much for the amazing room, and thanks for agreeing to heat the pool for us at sunrise! Such an awesome place!

Everything at this hotel is absolutely delightful to the eye. The breakfast was incredibly tasty, and we even made it in time for the meal after our dolphin watching trip. The omelette and authentic Balinese coffee were absolutely delicious highlights. The property is just a short few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is super convenient. Most importantly, I mistakenly misread my schedule and accidentally caused trouble for the hotel staff, yet they treated me with such warm, patient hospitality and went out of their way to help me. I truly felt their kindness throughout my stay. Huge thanks to the whole hotel team, especially front desk staff Madie for all his thoughtful assistance. This trip left me with wonderful unforgettable memories of the dolphin sunrise tour. I would love to come back again! Semua hal di hotel ini sangat indah dipandang mata. Yang paling berkesan, saya salah baca jadwal dan sempat merepotkan pihak hotel, namun semua staf melayani saya dengan ramah dan penuh bantuan, membuat saya merasakan kehangatan tulus. My stay at Bobocabin Ubud was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—nestled in the heart of Ubud’s greenery, it offers a peaceful escape with beautiful jungle views and a tranquil atmosphere. It feels private and serene, yet still close enough to Ubud’s cultural spots, cafes, and rice terraces. The cabin is very modern, smart, and comfortable. I loved the design—minimalist yet cozy—with features like voice control, mood lighting, and a Bluetooth speaker that make the stay both fun and convenient. The bed is super comfortable, the cabin is clean and well-maintained, and waking up to the sound of nature was simply magical. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What makes Bobocabin Ubud special is how it perfectly combines technology with nature. You get the luxury of comfort while still being immersed in the beauty of Bali’s tropical landscape. It’s an ideal place to relax, recharge, and experience something unique. I would highly recommend Bobocabin Ubud to anyone visiting Bali. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or even solo, it’s the perfect getaway spot. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Ubud!

Highly recommended! The facilities were excellent, but what truly stood out was the absolutely stunning view especially while sunset. We also ordered the firepit to relax and hang out with our friends while enjoying hot tea under the stars—it was the perfect way to end the night. If I get the chance, I’d definitely love to come back again someday!

Pandawa Homestay is a rare find. We originally booked in for 3 days and left to go to Kuta Beach. After two days we left our accommodation in Kuta early to return to Pandawa Homestay. The rooms are large the swimming pools beautifully clean and the breakfast the best we have had in Bali. But the standout feature is the amazing staff. The level of service exceeded our expectations and better than many five star international hotels where we have stayed. Every request was met without question. We were greeted like family members and this exceptional level of professionalism and genuine kindness was maintained throughout our stays. As a consequence we returned 3 times during our month long holiday in Bali. Congratulations Pandawa Family Stay.

Для пару дней хороший отель. В самом отеле можно арендовать байк за 70К, рядом есть дайвинг центр. Можно заказать трансфер до аэропорта, так как трудно найти такси в этом районе. Я заказывал до аэропорта за 700К. Номер просторный, есть кондиционер, горячая вода и всё. Номер не убирают. Питаться можно в кафе у самого отеля. Цены приемлемы. Кафе работает до 10 вечера. До океана от отеля примерно 40 метров.
