Here's a detailed review of my stay: Location & Transportation: The hotel's location is strategic, with easy walking access to the bustling commercial street, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. Despite being somewhat hidden down a lane, the staff provides a warm welcome at the entrance and offers a shuttle service to ensure guests arrive comfortably. Service & Amenities: 1. Check-in Experience: The one-on-one reception service during check-in was impeccable, including welcome drinks, energy balls, a kettle, and an eco-friendly bag as welcome gifts. The rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendliness, evident in items like the eco-paper tissue box and reusable water bottles. 2. Room Facilities: The rooms are compact yet modern, featuring a comfortable wooden soaking tub and DIY cocktail-making facilities, including ice cubes and various mixers. Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Regular events like music festivals and yoga sessions further enrich the stay. Dining & Cuisine: The hotel houses multiple restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Indonesian, Italian, and Western dishes. Breakfast is served in a à la carte style, with an extensive selection of dishes and beverages, including smoothies and yogurt bowls. The Beach Club is also a fantastic spot to enjoy food and views. Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.

I had an amazing stay at the Nusa Dua Renaissance Resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the swimming pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The pool itself was fantastic, beautifully maintained, and a great spot to unwind. The location of the resort is another highlight; it’s convenient yet tranquil, offering the perfect balance for a getaway. The international breakfast buffet was truly superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was pretty. Some parts of room were run down and the jacuzzi could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied with our stay. I'd recommend blinds for the bathroom patio door. It was so bright in the morning it was hard to sleep and better A/C as room was very hot. Thank you again

Ia adalah kedai yang sangat baik dengan semua kemudahan Kolam renangnya sangat besar, tetapi tidak ada penyelamat dan tidak ada klorin di pantai sangat kasar. Jika anda jatuh di atas pasir dengan hanya satu kaki, anda akan mencubit kaki anda. Tetapi makanan di restoran hotel sangat baik dan sangat disyorkan agak kotor Adalah lebih baik untuk membawa kepala pancuran yang ditapis Dalam perjalanan, ia menunjukkan bahawa selepas menggunakan kepala pancuran yang ditapis, ia berubah menjadi warna lumpur selepas satu hari.

Service was impeccable and breakfast was great. Room was decent and with balcony. A great stay for the pricing. Location is a bit far to many tourists spots with the horrible jams in Bali.

Phenomenal way to describe this hotel establishment.. such tranquil and great beach vibes to the whole experience and atmosphere… the great and personalised service from the front desk staff Mr Ahadi and Miss Listya for absolutely warmth and passion (special shoutout to them!) .. The hotel room villa is great, with sea view of pantai keramas . It’s cleaned, meticulously detailed with amenities for stay use and the villas’s pool is quite large enough for swim laps. Other hotel facilities like the gym, spa, art gallery and library are an added gems! The breaks is very good also.. there is nothing much to complain about except for the shared public beach areas is a bit dirty littered with trash washed by the strong waves of the sea of Bali. Komaneka , definitely a class of its own! Superb and will come back in future!

Pasti akan datang balik..!

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it. Absolutely hidden gem of a place.
