The Ayodya is very large Balinese style hotel in a perfect location on a beautiful beach. It has plenty of activities available with a lot of pools, restaurants and places to just sit. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride around. Great for families . The staff is attentive and friendly. They were very kind to move our room when there was construction at the neighboring resort. The food is expensive at the resort compared to local eateries so we never ate on site except for Nepyi. The resort itself could use some upkeep as it is starting to show its age.

Every staff member we came across was kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well for organizing the birthday cake surprise — it made my birthday feel extra special and was such a thoughtful touch. Really grateful for the beautiful experience and hospitality. Would definitely love to come back again.

The hotel is smaller scale but it is at good location, clean, friendly staff & great breakfast spread 👍 There is free shuttle service from hotel to Bali Collection but the shuttle has limited seats. So, maybe can work with Bali Collection to provide bigger shuttle.

I had a pleasant stay at Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center and would happily recommend it to others visiting Denpasar. The hotel is centrally located, making it a great base for both business and leisure activities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the essential amenities provided. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a generous variety of both local and international dishes. The hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and meeting rooms, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. For the price, Aston Denpasar offers great value and a welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Bali.

Thanks a lot for the service. The boss is really nice and helped us voluntarily in many ways. This is a homestay not a hotel actually, but the safety and convenience is out of expectations. Besides, you couldn't find a hotel in the center of ubud. So considering this price, I would say thank God we are here.

Also, knew that you booked the spa and they would call you again. But there is a mistake that half of my swimming pool was not filled with water the next day. I didn‘t know how to solve it, so I asked the staff to find someone to deal with it. Then I called a total of three times and saw a worker observing my pool and I was very surprised. Unexpectedly, they didn’t send the staff, that is, the waiter at the front desk, to explain to me that I had made three calls, and my three calls were within half an hour to nine words in total. It was not better than a reasonable time for them to deal with things, although there was no water in the room I rented. It‘s a serious problem. I’m surprised that they don‘t send waiters. It’s because I communicated with that worker. The worker didn‘t know English. He wanted to use a telephone translator to communicate with me. I was just asking him a very simple question, that is, when can I fill up the pool of water? He didn’t seem to understand. Stayed here for one night. This is my second time staying here. The service was great. The reception staff was very helpful in helping us to check our flight details for the next day. The food at breakfast was okay - a small variety of asian and western fare, with an egg station. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed and pillows. Was able to sleep well. The only thing is the slight sewerage smell that comes from the toilet. Other than that, all is good, especially for the price paid.

A wonderful hotel close to the river and jungle, very quiet and with beautiful nature. The hotel stuff is exceptional friendly and helpful. The food is very delicious and the restaurant stuff very nice, helpful fullfilling your requests. We felt extremely welcome there.
