Frequent holiday takers to Bali, we are thoroughly enjoying our stay in this new, clean Hotel. Great large room (529), blissfully quiet, comfortable bed & pillows. Right on the beach at start of Seminyak & within easy walking distance to great restaurants & shopping along Double Six Rd. Thank you to our wonderful room boy Gede Murdiana who was quick to accommodate our request for extra pillows, always kept room stocked up & cleaned to perfection. We highly rate this hotel for the cost.

My wife and I (from Australia) stayed at the Bali Niksoma Hotel for 8 days, and from booking the hotel directly with the staff, the whole experience was exceptional. Reception staff were very professional, courteous, helpful, informative and looked after our needs. Our Deluxe Double room was very clean, well appointed with modern facilities. The bathroom was a little outdated, but the provision of new toiletries and fresh towels daily was very good. The breakfast selection and quality of food was also exceptional. A special mention to 'Mini', who greeted us every morning with a smile, fresh tea and coffee, good conversation and made our stay even more special with great customer service. Afternoons and evening by the pool and in the hotel restaurant were also elevated by 'Widi', whose customer service, friendliness, local knowledge and had a genuine interest in taking care our our interests and needs. Widi listened to what we wanted to achieve during our holiday and she offered us the information and knowledge for us to have the best experience possible. In fact, all of the staff were amazing and you will have an amazing experience at this hotel, as a family, couple, individual or business travel. We will definitely return to this amazing hotel in the near future. Thank you to all staff and the management team for making our stay so memorable. Tina and Al

Ia lebih sesuai untuk keluarga yang mempunyai ramai kanak-kanak, kerana suite ini mempunyai tiga katil antara satu katil bersaiz queen. Dari segi perkhidmatan, dianggarkan sekumpulan pelayan lama telah pergi dan digantikan dengan yang baru. Perkhidmatan bilik memberitahunya tentang akaun hotel dan menggesa anak perempuan saya beberapa kali. Kemudian, saya kembali ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk membayar bil selepas pukul sepuluh malam. Nampaknya ini adalah setiap penggunaan perlu dibayar segera. Adakah ini komisaris? Oleh itu, adalah disyorkan untuk keluarga yang mempunyai 2+ anak yang tidak akan berbelanja di hotel. Aspek lain ok. Kawasan sekitar agak bersepah dan mungkin tidak mudah ditemui.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et c’était chaque fois un supplice pour nous de rentrer dans la chambre. Tout est très humide, il y a de la condensation au sol, ce qui fait qu’on a tout le temps l’impression de marcher sur une patinoire (sol carrelé). Les chambres sont vieillissantes : des travaux seraient à prévoir (rouille et plafond très sale). Il n’y a aucune insonorisation, nous entendions tout ce qu’il se passait dans les autres chambres. La literie, les draps et les serviettes sont à changer (serviettes grisées par le temps). Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants. Nous avions une chambre proche des bars environnants, les soirées étaient très bruyantes. Impossible de se reposer après 7h du matin (et encore), il y a un vacarme pas possible après cet horaire… Certainement l’heure du ménage. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, le cadre extérieur aussi. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine de tout notre séjour : les transats et serviettes sont réservés à l’avance par certains clients de l’hôtel. Il faut chaque fois attendre 1h afin que le stock de serviettes propres soient réapprovisionné…

Booked 3-bedroom unit with Club Bali points worth of 3years+ membership fee. What we got were what looked like a hardly maintained old unit, stinky rooms and dirty bathrooms. The furnitures are tired, rooms are dark, the building roof structures sound torn apart during the heavy rains, we couldn’t sleep every night. Really difficult to call staff / room service, as most of the staff we met were Jayakarta Hotel staff, which hesitant to attend the needs of Club Bali guests and would refer us to the non-existent Club-Bali staff instead. The overall stays were not worth even third the price we paid! Disappointing and ruin our long-awaited family trip to Bali. Wouldn’t ever renew my membership with Club Bali.

We booked 3 poolside rooms for an 8 day family holiday. My wife had stayed at the Ananta some years ago, apparently during its glory years and we were confident of a laid back resort atmosphere that our teenage children would enjoy as much as us. Well…..we soon noticed there was a severe lack of maintenance. In fact, we weee told only 50 rooms in the resort were now used and the top 2 floors had basically been abandoned . The rooftop bar is non existent, our showers hardly worked, digital card door lochs needed reprogramming most days, getting pool towels and ice to keep drinks cold ( as the room fridges were set to room temp) was like pulling teeth. The breakfast was a mediocre repetitive buffet for the first half if our stay until after New years when they didn’t even bother and only offered an “al la carte” American or Indonesian “ breakfast . Staff were friendly and doing their best but were usually hard to find. Rarely manning the pool bar, reception desk and late to make rooms up . Rooms have minimal facilities, no extra pillows, mini bar, ice , adapters , we noticed some pool access rooms had stained curtains. Despite the above, we had a great time but it wasn’t because of the standard of accommodation. This place was once great , is in a good location and could be excellent again with some investment and a change of attitude. Presently though , there’s obviously better options

We had a lovely time at Kumala Pentai. The staff were great. I lost myphone and tgey around helping me find it (we found it). The breakfast buffet was delicious. It was mainly western food with a couple of Indonesian dishes. The Sotu Ayum (not sure about the spelling) was my new favourite breakfast dish. They have 2 pools one with a swim up bar. The location is great, right in front of the beach and close to restaurants , shops etc. The gardens were beautiful. We had a few small squirrels visit us on our verandah my daughter loved that. Our room was a little dark (I am sure if we had said something they would have done something about it, but we didn't really mind). Overall a great stay.

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.

If you value service, the quiet and cleanliness, this is the place to be. We’ve been booking here since 2016 and every time we go to Bali, we always look for new places to discover but just end up staying here! Honestly, no place has really compared in service and value! It’s nice to be greeted by the same staff who warmly welcome us and make us feel like VIPs each and every time. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable and the lovely housekeeping staff comes by almost every other day. Fluffy bed, no-frills modern bathroom, mini fridge, cable tv, wardrobe, strong airconditioning, and balcony / sundeck with view of the pool. What more can you need? Breakfast is not something to write home about and there is little to no amenities other than the gorgeous pool but for a hotel room of this price, it’s rather decent. When we were back just a few months ago, the internet connection has been quite poor all three weeks we were there sadly. As we were working remotely, this was an issue to us but it seemed quite the same everywhere else at the time. Even nearby cafes’ internet speed was intermittent as well and i reckon it was due to Bali just having reopened and busy. It’s no big deal if you’re not here working remotely like us and happy to unwind with no need for consistent fast internet to check in with work all day. There is a Circle K and chemist nearby and a quick two-minute walk to the beach. A further stroll will take you to awesome restaurants like Zanzibar and Sinaloa. Very good location however the service really outshines it all! A special mention to the wonderful housekeeping staff who are absolute legends. You could request a clothes rack or quick room tidy and they’d be at your door in five minutes, with a warm smile and this has never changed. Please treat them kindly. The pool is accessible right from your room if you are on the ground floor and if you like the quiet, you will mostly have the pool to yourself most days as it’s almost always empty. After it was shut during lockdown, the outdoor area has needed a bit of maintenance but i’m sure it’s well underway by now. We’ve had no issues with noise other than the typical expected tourists shuffling briefly in the halls and Bali buzzing in the background when the sliding doors are open but it wasn’t loud at all. I always suggest Ossotel to anyone coming here as it’s been consistently great for us despite staying for weeks on end. This place is always like coming home for us and we can’t recommend it enough! Can’t wait to come back in July!
