Well what a great surprise we had, was not sure when we booked for our first night on holidays, but Quest staff have not disappointed. From arrival which was early and understandable our room was not ready, we were invited to have a drink and told that our room would only be 10am in, we did arrive at 11.30am. 10 min and we were told our room was ready and that we were given an upgrade to there next room, room no 111,. Arrived in room fantastic, large lounge / kitchen area, seperate bedroom with king bed, bathroom, lounge and bedroom open onto a large deck with direct access to the swimming pool. Breakfast was great . Cannot praise the staff of this hotel, they are very attentive polite and can’t help you enough. Fantastic place to stay we will come back.

We stayed here after we got stuck in Bali for a few nights due to Corona after we found out a few others in the same situation were here. It's a nice enough place for a few nights though it has the feeling of somewhere that used to be a lot nicer than it currently is. Rooftop bar isn't open anymore, bath in the room is a bit dated etc. Pool is nice and big and the grounds big enough to walk around a little during lockdown. Rooms are a good size and the balcony is really nice. Good for the airport and they offer a free car over. Breakfast is really poor and I really wouldn't have paid if it wasn't for the fact it was Nyepi so we couldn't go out. Evening menu was also pretty strange so we just bought noodles for the room. Whole place is a little dated and needs a refurb and refresh. Location is good for the airport but there isn't much else around here. WIFI was also really bad and AC was pretty average.

Food at first was tolerable for a few day but breafast buffed was same same food every day ,some selections where poorly put togewther and tasted terrible ,i made coments but nothing changed, salty foods , unpalatable .
after staying there just under month buffed was hard to face .
The fire alarm kept going off everyday , nothing was done, awaked from deep sleep at 2 am.
Bus loads of ovenrnight stay mostly students behaved badly in corridors keeping other guess awake that was bloody shocking .made it worse due to poor internet and these people lined the corridors to get better reception in the middle of night
Famulies with young kids playing ,running and screaming early morning .
Internet does not work in some parts of hotel ,so was great inconvinience .
Appears kitchen lacks industrial hot water dishwasher plates and cups are very often food ztains ,cups wuth lipsstick .
Presently in last two weeks throught the day maintenance workers were vwry noisy .

Very close to airport, grab taxi around IRD40k and within 10mins, great location for someone who arrived late or got early flight. Also nearby has convenient stores. I stayed both the first day and last day in Bali.
Room not big but you got everything you needed, with slipper, towel, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel provided.
Room price surprisingly worthy, never had book a room with breakfast that I can called cheap, and you got different choices in the breakfast set menu.
Only one thing that bother me, were noises from the vehicles and airplanes, because the hotel is closed to main road and airport, hardly fall asleep.

My wife and I were extremely happy paying $120 for 6 nights. Great room, good size, modern and a great all you can eat breakfast. Pool was amazing. Maintenance was being done and that's expected since covid and no guests. Walls are a bit thin and you can hear above and next door. Staff great and we got such amazing value. Close to airport and beach and Kartika plaza. Best value EVER.

Arrived quite late and checked out in a hurry so didn’t have time to take photos, but the room I stayed in, size wise was acceptable. The hygiene was another story. Floor was rather dirty, in all corners were spots of mould. Bed sheets had stains.. so was the curtains 🫠

酒店已經由國內7天集團接手。從官網預訂送了接機，過來接機的是中文工作人員，很實惠的價格，我們訂的是套房在一樓，隔音不錯，房間很大而且舒適。有個1.2米深的泳池。除了浴室設計有點不方便，熱水來得有點慢，花灑頭太高了，而且拿不下來。早餐是單點的，稍微簡單，不過一百來塊錢的酒店可以理解。店員都很有禮貌。走去沙灘大概半小時，建議打車，離家樂福10分鐘路程。

Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff. Only improvements I would suggest would be to offer some live entertainment to draw in a dinner crowd and please change the playlist. If I heard celebrate good times by Kool and the Gang one more time I was going to pull my ears off. Dinner Menu also could use some updating. Breakfast buffet was beautifully presented and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed in after arriving in Bali to get in the groove before we travelled to Ubud. Great room on 2nd level overlooking pools joining level 1 rooms with private balcony. rooms were very tidy and had everything we needed. Walk to beach via Restaurant, Bar and pool. Great walkway along the beachfront as well as a number of alternate locations for meals. Beach was clean and a nice change from the pool. Out on the street some brilliant massage locations and shopping without the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Ubud. Friendly helpful staff topped off the experience. definitely back again .

JJoshuaRSANew hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).
Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.
1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.
2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.
3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra.
4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold.
5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise.
Some services however need more attention to details.

Excellent customer service - polite, friendly and accommodating staff always smiling & greetings guests
Very comfortable, spacious executive room with a balcony which overlooks the pools, garden and beach area.
Very big spread of food & drink variety in Grain restaurant. Healthy and good taste
Good selection of wines and fruit drinks in the executive lounge. The snack food were little options and always not enough - room for improvement here.
The fitness centre at L1 is spacious but only basic equipment with some free weights. Would need more equipment such as lat pull down, bench/shoulder press, legs extension & curls.
Overall excellent stay and will look forward to future holidays here.

YYazidiBau hapak yang mengerikan dalam bilik🤮🤮. bila. apabila kami mengadu mengenainya tiada siapa yang datang untuk memeriksa bilik itu kerana mereka tahu apa itu. kami telah dihantar humidifier (yang tidak membantu sama sekali). Malam pertama kami bangun dengan hidung tersumbat dan hilang selera sebahagiannya. Jika anda mengambil berat tentang keselamatan kesihatan anda, saya tidak mengesyorkan semuanya terutamanya jika anda mempunyai anak Elakkan hotel ini.
Lokasinya hebat, pantai tidak begitu selesa untuk berenang (ombak besar). Perkhidmatannya hebat. kami terpaksa menggunakan tangga memandangkan beberapa bahagian hotel telah rosak lif. ke mana-mana sahaja kami pergi kami dikenakan bayaran 5℅ untuk perkhidmatan tetapi yang ini 10℅.
Fikir dua kali sebelum menempah hotel ini.

This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great

Mahal. Jadi saya basuh dan letak, tapi dekat pantai, jadi ambil masa sehari untuk kering dan berbau..
Letak kat kedai dobi agak jauh... kalau nak datang sini
Lagi bagus kalau bawak jemuran.. Lebih kurang 3 ke 4 meter..
Bilik ini pada asasnya tidak mempunyai pengudaraan, jadi apabila anda sampai di tingkat 1, ia menjadi sangat lembap ... Jadi saya berpindah ke tingkat 2. di sini juga
Lebih baik TT Mercun di hadapan pantai sekitar jam 9.10 malam.
Ia meletup, tetapi hei~~ Kuasa api ㅠ.ㅠ Ia membuat banyak bunyi..ㅋ Saya fikir ia adalah bom yang meletup...Tetapi saya tidak melakukannya selepas pukul 10 untuk melihat sama ada saya mempunyai hati nurani ..

PPengguna TetamuWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

KKelly ShaunLoved the interior of the room, very Balinese style room with a bath tub, the room size is good and very affordable.. hotel location other wise is really out of no where, not close to any restaurants or convenient store. Luckily we can order grab.. but still not much activity available in the hotel except for massage and spa, pool bar is not open, no one actually goes to the pool. It's near to nature so quite a bit of insects.. Staff and friendly and helpful.. There is only 1 restaurant and price wise is not cheap and food is not nice as well.. we were given bread and butter before our meal but even our butter is tasteless,unsalted.. the curry is very watery.. I guess after trying so many nice food around Asia, our taste buds can be quite picky so for the price paid, the food does not satisfy our desire for good food.
