We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful with lovely little details. Afternoon tea was a lovely touch. A la carte breakfast was delicious. Staff were so helpful at all times, nothing was too much. Pool facilities lovely. Overall a very relaxing and calming hotel but still in the middle of Ubud. Would definitely stay again!

Interesting no mention of Food above in RATE THIS HOTEL...... as I would have given it 5 . Anyway a pleasant stay as always as we've been here several times before Covid . Started off a bit shaky this time though as we had our usual room -Garden Suite except after Covid a dank smell permeates and finally I rang Reception to change rooms as I started sneezing and we all know it's not pleasant if Mold gets into one's system and an Upgrade was actioned with no drama from Management . All in all it was a very pleasant stay with good food and good service and we'll be back again in the not too distant future and sharing our stay with their neighbour Komaneka .

Stayed 4 nights at end June 2022. Paid $336aud per night for an Ibah suite. We are a couple with a very active 2 year old boy and I was 6.5months pregnant. All of this is important to our review! Stunning setting, incredible jungle and peaceful but next to town. Incredible balcony views. The grounds are incredible, such a huge area to maintain. Lovely friendly staff, yummy breakfasts. The resort is sadly still struggling after covid, but reduced rates for rooms help. We felt what we paid per night was still a lot. Room needed some love generally, with several minor complaints which can be expected when they have only just reopened after many months of closure. Any more significant ones (e.g. toilet leaked, sink blocked up, and blind cords broke were all fixed very quickly upon request). Wish they'd been clearer about the services yet to resume when we booked so we could've set our expectations. The shuttle in and out of town was not yet back on, which wouldn't have been a problem without a toddler and being pregnant. Afternoon tea was not on, restaurant was not back open other than breakfast. Had to choose brekky options and timing the night before which was a bit annoying- on holiday not wanting to plan, and 2 year olds often have different wake up ideas day to day! Main thing that was hard was the unsuitability for toddlers. Sorry Warwick Ibah, but it's just not great for young kids. We are not super precious and rented a villa with a pool elsewhere we loved, but the hazards at Warwick Ibah were on a whole new level! Slippy pathways, big drop offs on balconies with low walls, ability to lock themselves in bathrooms, steep steps, steps at door thresholds, couches so high that falling off would result in injury, etc. It was exhausting not being able to look away for 30 seconds. If we were without our toddler I'm sure it would've felt very different though, I just want to share this for other parents of active toddlers. Finally, rooms are all very bespoke. Don't expect the room to look exactly like the photos from the booking page, each has it's own unique character. The hotel staff kindly moved us when we expressed our disappointment in the room we were first given in comparison to the photos we expected. In summary, either get a bargain room or check what services are yet to start; and don't take an active toddler. I really wish Warwick Ibah all the best in recovering from covid times- the wonderful staff and incredible property deserve it!

We have stayed here two weeks, and found it to be very comfortable and quiet. Great mattress, best-working toilet we have ever had in a hotel, well-working AC and fan, mosquito netting over the bed, small fridge, closet, large terrace and comfy sofa which overlooks a small garden with trees (pomelo, guava, mango). The hosts were very welcoming and caring. However, there were a few minor issues: the wash basin had only cold water, the shower really needs a make-over (a glass partition wall and door, more light), and there was no manual to the Smart-TV (I didn't use it at all, just couldn't manage it no matter what I tried). My husband loved having nasi for breakfast (extra spicy at his request), I had an veggie omelet a few times but there was too much oil in it to my liking, so bought yoghurt at the large Bintang supermarket (take a taxi) for breakfast. Laundry can be done for a good price, the hotel will take care of this for you. There was a coat stand on the terrace, but that didn't work very well for laundy I had done myself (wrong shape, and it was knocked over several times by the wind). We've sat on the terrace for hours: it's very shady and so not very hot. The walkway to the entrance/ex it was very good (unlike the rest of Ubud, which has horrible sidewalks). Nearby, we had dinner at Fair Warung Bale and coffee at Anomali - both are highly recommended. You will also find the small but lovely Luweng shop nearby (great for non-touristy souvenirs past the entrance), a branch of Periplus (books); there's an ATM nearby at a supermarket (there's two supermarkets next to each other, go to the one on the right). This small-scale hotel is highly recommended to those looking for tranquility and who don't mind not having a pool. However, we do not recommend Ubud: there's no public transportation and taxi drivers will not take you to any place they consider to be nearby, sidewalks are absolutely horrible, the worst we have ever seen.

Lovely place. We stayed for 3 weeks here and had a wonderful experience. The place is in a Very good location in the center of Ubud and at the same time is quiet. The garden is Very nice. The Family and staff are so lovely, friendly and take really good care of clients. Breakfast is good. Room cleaning service every day. They keep changing bedsheets and towels. Good price for scooter rental. Always checking on us for anything we may need. Checking on us when we got sick with fever, asking if we had medicines or need anything. Room was confortable. For sure we Will come back Next time we are in Ubud. Thank you so much to the Family and the Guy Who takes care of the cleaning.

Putra and his staff provided us great service and warm welcome from the moment we arrived at the airport to the time we leave for our next destination. We came during the Galungan and Kuningan holiday, Putra explained to us what it's all about and gave us good pointers. He drove us to one of our trips and brought us to our next destination. We appreciate how he explains his culture, religion and way of things in Bali, we can tell he is a very down to earth person. Even the staff and family are very nice, and treated us with kindness and always smiling. They provide daily breakfast, daily drinking water and hot water and instant coffee/tea at your patio. The room is cleaned daily. The location is very close to Central Ubud but Suparsa is a little but inside of a small street, we cannot hear the noises from the street. We are woken up by birds, it was so relaxing we feel out closeness to nature. I definitely recommend staying at Suparsa's and we'll for sure come back. Thank you Putra and his family and and staff for everything!
