It was a wonderful and comfortable choice to stay at the Hyatt! It’s huge and it has everything you need inside, gym, spa, many pools, sauna/steam room, jacuzzi, restaurants! Private seats at the beach, lots of recreational areas. It’s also connected to all the restaurants outside the hotel that you can find walking from the beach! It was outstanding. The staff is extremely kind and helpful! There’s no other place that I would stay if I ever go to Bali again. I recommend it completely. It’s a paradise.

Located in central Kuta, it's easy to go from place to place. The room was somewhat clean, but the bathroom is not so. They only provide towels, hand&body soap, and shampoo. There's no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bathroom sandals.
But the bed is huge and the aircon works fine. It's also affordable 👍

I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

Sarapan pagi agak mudah, dengan sedikit ***a, agak biasa, dan lebih mahal kerana kanak-kanak itu berumur 13 tahun! Di samping itu, saya membelanjakan 300 yuan untuk membelinya, yang tidak berbaloi! Bilik itu tidak bersih dan berbau. Tempat tidurnya bersepah dan berbau Bilik itu agak kecil pada masa itu, tetapi apabila saya tiba, saya mendapati ia tidak berbeza dengan Bilik Deluxe I meminta Ctrip untuk bertanya, tetapi tiada apa yang perlu dijelaskan. Itu hanya dilakukan oleh Ctrip sendiri. First of all, the most special thing about this hotel is its interior design, very classy. many photo spots in the lobby area that can be selected for use. Cons? Hm, almost all. - What is advertised by the hotel in their social media or website with the reality is totally different in regard of COVID 19 health protocols implementations. (at check-in, no one checked our body temperature, offered to use hand sanitizer). By this case, if we have a fever and it turns out one of us positive for covid 19 but we passed the check in process easily. could you still ensure the safety of all guests staying with you? we just wondering, do all point on CHSE implemented by the hotel's staff in daily basis? - Very poor room conditions. quite a lot of wall stains, the duvet cover has lots of stains, the painting in the room when I just checked in, the position almost fell. wow, seriously this hotel is managed by Jayakarta Group? (FYI my room was in 003) - The health protocol banner in the front lobby fell because of the wind but no one noticed? - Staffs attitudes needs to be improved. no one greeted us at all when we were in the lobby, even when the hotel female staff passed us. Well, is it due to we are local Balinese guests and supposed to get this kind of service? No, learn to respect every guest who stays with you. - At the end, we decided to did an early checked out and even the most horrible moment, when I arrived at reception. the staff incharged didn't ask the reason why I decided to did an early checked out. Awesome level of hospitality.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). Great value for money with everything we needed for a weeks stay whilst working & enjoying the sun! Highlights: - spacious room conducive to working - staff were amazing. In particular chef Ferri Andre in the Backstage restaurant (sorry, unsure on spelling). He was amazing in providing vegan options for breakfast every single day ensuring we got everything we wanted whilst personally coming to see us and delivering the food. - Julio the Marriott Vacation club employee was extremely helpful and arranged our complimentary spa treatment. - Great spa with enjoyable holistic massage for 60 minutes - Lap pool was a nice amenity as well as a great gym - Shuttle to Bali Collection (shops) & the beach was convenient. Areas of improvement: - Main pool was occasionally too loud. When they had the large speaker on, this could be heard across the resort and was overpowering. When at the other pools, there was then 2 sources of music that could be heard which was not ideal. - Our room was described as a 'Sea view' which as you will be able to see from the picture is a real stretch... - Even though the chefs were super helpful, it isn't great for vegans. Animal products in most items that you wouldn't expect (bread/pasta etc). Seemed a bit unnecessary. - Renaissance's beach is not great. I would highly recommend going to 'Canna Bali' instead.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is on a secluded part of the south coast of Bali, a short distance from Kuta. Our pool suite was vast, with the bathroom being open to the pool. Service is immaculate and the food is of a very high standard. The quality of the drinks, not so much, although when they opened their new Beach Club this should be rectified, according to staff. There are great deals to be had here. They have 24 hour security and airport pick up service. Staying for a few days could get your free breakfasts (that are very good) and other gifts. Highly recommended.
PPengguna TetamuThe most thoughtful hotel I've ever been! It's my 6th time in Bali. Front desk was helpful to book the best third party providers for our Nusa Penida tour to our airport pickup. Hotel complimentary are fun - we did sunrise yoga, aqua yoga, even a photoshoot. We paid for the spa (the MOST deeply relaxing massage - we tried the hot stone massage and maya special massage) and it was leaps and bounds BETTER than the one down the beach at the nest which was already highly raved online. We also booked the Indonesian cooking class - amazing food and recipes and location on roof top. Room is amazing as well, with extremely helpful amenities like a clothing line in bathroom & a huge space next to the tub for fuss free bubble bath relaxation. Also, there's milk bath service for our in-room tub. Amazing. Already recommended to friends and family & we will 100% be back!

JJoshuaRSANew hotel with lots of friendly and eager to assist staff. Their kindness makes you feel welcomed and their readiness to serve you at every moment truly makes it feel like you’re on holiday. The rooms and facilities are clean, beautiful pool and water fountain. Great spa to get a massage at and breakfast was good. Shuttle service that runs to and from Ubud Centre (only selected times, so make sure you know the schedule).
Although I gave them a 5/5, the are still things I think that they can improve on.
1. Housekeeping is quite slow, I stayed at the pool one day and had lunch at the restaurant, after 3 hours I returned to my room and it still wasn’t touched by housekeeping. I also waited longer on the day of my check-in to get to my room. Although I arrived early and was patient and understanding to wait until my room was ready at 14:00 I still ended up waiting another 30mins to get to my room. This was a little annoying as they already knew I was waiting a long time and feel like they could’ve somehow speeded up the service. I understand they have their cleaning standards, especially for a new check-in. Maybe they need to employ more housekeepers to fulfil the hotel’s requirements.
2. On the day of my arrival the pool wasn’t open due to bad weather days prior to my check-in, which I totally understand and grateful they tend to the pool so well. I was however offered 20% discount on the Spa, outdoor activities etc. through a paper that was placed on my bed after I got into my room. However this coupon wasn’t explained to me and when I tried to use it two days later for a massage I was told it was only valid for the day the pool was out of service.
3. Breakfast - I understand it’s a smaller hotel and I appreciate any hotel that tries to contribute to the environment by limiting food waste by only serving certain about of dishes, however a better variety would have been appreciated, especially for guests that stays for a couple of nights. With that the buffet breakfast only came with a Balinese Coffee or Tea. This was not explained before booking the room and this information wasn’t given by Trip.com. It does however say the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea. But like many many other hotels I’ve stayed at and mentioned that the buffet breakfast comes with coffee or tea it usually means that there is a variety of coffee or teas available. And wanting a cappuccino or iced latte for breakfast would cost you extra.
4. The restaurant, drink usually came not as cold as one would expect it to be. I ordered an ice tea and it was more of a lukewarm tea. The beer they served was also not very cold and quite disappointing especially when it’s so hot and all you want is something ice cold.
5. The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find, management can think of a better way to showcase the entrance/name of the hotel.
Overall I enjoyed the stay, it close enough to walk to Ubud Centre (about 15min walk) If you’re up to it. It’s beautiful, clean and a little peace of paradise.
Some services however need more attention to details.

SSaowaluck PrommetDuring my stay at the hotel from July 14th to July 18th, I encountered several issues that I wish to bring to your attention:
Upon my arrival on July 14th, I had booked a room with a King bed, but upon arrival, I discovered that my room had a twin bed configuration instead. After requesting a change and mentioning that I am a ”Diamond Member,” the room was switched to a King bed within 10 minutes. However, there were no welcome amenities set up in the room.
On July 15th, I called reception (dialling ”0”) to inquire about breakfast and requested to invite my friend as part of my membership benefits. The receptionist took some time to check and later informed me that if my friend joined me, there would be an additional charge due to hotel policy regarding a third person. I was surprised that the receptionist was not aware that I was staying alone.
Throughout my stay, turndown amenities were never set up, which was disappointing as a ”Diamond” member. It seemed that the hotel overlooked this aspect of service.
On the day of my departure July 18th, which also happened to be my birthday, no one acknowledged this special occasion. During breakfast with my friend, I observed another guest receiving birthday wishes and a cake from the restaurant staff. When my friend informed the staff that it was also my birthday, it took another 10 minutes for a birthday cake to be brought to my table with a birthday song.
Overall, while the hotel's public areas were well-maintained and had a pleasant ambience, the service experience fell short of expectations. I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in ensuring that the service matches the level expected by loyal members like myself. Staff were generally kind and polite, but attention to detail and proactive guest recognition could be enhanced.

PPengguna TetamuWe have just completed a magical 10 days at Wyndham Jivva Beach. We are long term Wyndham members (owners) and have stayed at many of their hotels and resorts. Jivva Beach rates at the top of the list for us. It's just far North East of Denpasar to be out of the rat race but still within easy reach of Sanur and other tourist attractions. Apart from its idyllic setting, the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A special mention to the head chef Gusti who has a wealth of experience at 5 star international hotels. His leadership ensured a high level of cuisine at every meal. And Wijaya, the food and beverage manager led a team of wait staff which would be hard to beat anywhere. There are no shops close by, but we booked half day tours using local drivers at very reasonable prices (IDR 600,000 for 5 hours), so we were able to visit many local attractions. We also took the ferry to the island of Penida across the Badung Strait ~ well worth the time to do this. We were surprised that the beach (which is very close), is made of black sand ~ not a problem for us, but maybe for some. In essence, we love Wyndham Jivva and intend to visit again in 2024.
PPengguna TetamuVery disappointed stay! Stayed in October 2022 loved it loved everything. This stay we were not told about the breakfast not being buffet style well at least being dramatically downsized and put out the front at Papas Beach Cafe. The selections were bland and mostly asian style nothing like it was in October and that was why we rebooked! The pool deck is a accident waiting to happen very very dangerous. My daughter room key was re programmed at least 20 time is 6 days very very frustrating with 3 little boys in tow to have to go from 1 end of the property to the other to report it. On the good side the staff are amazing so friendly welcoming and 10/10 to the chef at Papa's cafe for inviting the 3 boys into the kitchen to make and prepare and serve the best Pizza's I have ever eaten. The Alam KulKul is in a great position and the staff are worth staying for but quite a bit needs to be done to make it great
PPengguna TetamuAmazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….
PPengguna TetamuNous sommes restés dans cette maison d'hôtes pendant une semaine. Nous cherchions on endroit calme où dormir, loin du chaos d'Ubud, le pari est tenu. C'est vraiment isolé, au milieu des rizières. Le personnel est adorable, très serviable et sympathique. Ils sont toujours là pour vous et si vous avez une question ou demande, ils se démèneront pour y répondre de suite. La chambre est grande et très propre. Nous avons demandé une chambre en étage et nous l'avons eue. Le lit est ferme mais confortable. Les chambres ont tous une terrasse où vous pouvez manger, prendre le petit déjeuner ou simplement vous reposer. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très simple (choix entre omelette et pancakes, jus de fruit, et des fruits), mais suffisant. Vous pouvez payer un supplément pour avoir des choses en plus. Il n'y a pas de restaurant ni bar dans cette maison d'hôtes, donc il faudra soit aller dans l'hôtel pas très loin, soit commander votre nourriture sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons opté pour cette deuxième option, et ça s'est très bien passé, un choix énorme, livraison en moins d'une heure si vous commandez sur un resto d'Ubud. Le personnel peut aussi prendre une commande et votre argent et aller faire 2/3 courses pour vous pour des boissons affichées sur le minibar. Tous les jours ils nous ont donné une bouteille d'eau chacun gratuite. La piscine est jolie et propre. La climatisation est très performante, parfois même trop! Il faut la régler. Parfois on finissait simplement par la couper. Vous n'aurez pas chaud. Maintenant, les points négatifs, car un bon avis doit aussi mentionner les points à améliorer: Lumière du jour qui passe très facilement, les rideaux ne sont pas très collés à la fenêtre donc dès 5h du matin on commençait à avoir de la lumière. C'est vrai que nous européens sommes habitués à dormir dans le noir. Dans la chambre il y avait aussi un bruit de canalisation, assez aigu, quand les gens utilisaient l'eau, que ça soit nous ou des voisins. Je ne sais pas à quoi cela est dû, peut-être une pompe, des canalisations... je ne sais pas si le problème est commun à toutes les chambres. Vu que je suis assez sensible aux bruits pour dormir, j'ai opté pour des boules Quiès, problème réglé. Comptez 3 à 5 euros l'aller pour vous déplacer en ville en commandant une course sur Grab/Gojek. Nous avons eu la réservation a un très bon prix car réservé tôt et avant la levée des restrictions sanitaires, donc on va dire que nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix. J'espère qu'ils amélioreront les deux points cités plus haut car c'était les deux choses qui m'ont dérangé.
