Hotel ini terlalu lama, biliknya cukup besar, dan muncung pancuran mandian di bilik mandi perlu dipegang dengan tangan, yang memang agak tidak masuk akal. Lobinya cukup besar, tetapi kalis bunyi hotel ini kurang baik, dan orang ramai masih menyanyi di tengah malam. secara langsung menjejaskan tidur

酒店服務是挺好，也比較乾淨。但最大的問題是離巴厘巴板市區太遠，周圍也沒有啥辦公區，衹有不遠處的一個印尼石油公司的工業園。如果你不去那個地方就完全沒必要住這裏。巴厘巴板市區的瑞士花園和格蘭沙努都很好，分別是四星和五星，商務雙床房或單床房一般400人民幣左右，更便利。

This hotel seems older than the others since it had built when my parents haven't met each other but, I still think that this is one of the best choices for you guys to stay in Balikpapan. My experience staying in this hotel was quite fun since as you enter the lobby it seems so spacious and quiet even though the lobby is directly connected to the bar. The room of this hotel is really cozy and the room service is polite because they always smile and greet as we see each other and they also helped me carry luggage when I was already at the bar. I can do many kinds of sports here which is swimming and also, they have a gym. The last thing that I want to recommend is the restaurant which is the Skybar. There are plenty varieties of food which is available here and the best of this bar is the location which is a few levels above the bar and it is outdoor.

Had been stayed 6days, first impression of hotel service to visit have very kinds with smile all the time. Served food is very delicious with reasonable price. All staff very polite to help any assist if required. I SONCERLY THANK to Ms Chacha Indira,Dimas herimukti .strong woman, pinokio, security officer and all staffs. If I get plan then will drop again. Happy and have a good service.
