Fasiliti bilik banyak yg rosak dan tidak dibaiki.
Mentol lampu rosak, water heater rosak, bilik air bertakung..

pangsapuri dengan satu bilik, walaupun ia sangat luas. tetapi bilik kelihatan sedikit terbiar dan berdebu. tiada yang istimewa selain lokasi yang strategik. pengawal sangat mesra, dan daftar masuk dan keluar sangat cepat.
sebelah lain, bilik sangat dekat dengan pantai, hanya 100m berjalan kaki sudah sampai ke pantai. pantai mempunyai air bersih, pasir sangat bersih. jadi sangat berbaloi untuk tinggal di sini.

Pool lama.. bangunan lama.. hanya Ada pool n beach je.. activity lain fake MCM atv kayak squash indoor pool playground..lobby suram je..tp bilik besar puas hati boleh masak..bath tub rosak..maybe kalau X improve n upgraded ptt BG harga bawah rm400 baru berbaloi..ptt check in kt holiday villa or royal chulan Baru berbaloi..hope samsuria boleh improve..
