Hotel di Ban Tha Khun

We stayed at the Belong Jim resort for 2 nights whilst visiting Khao Sok. The hotel has good facilities, with the rooms is various blocks, each having their own pool, so a degree of privacy.. The rooms are quite modern and very spacious, with large comfy bed, TV with good options from True TV, settee, an excellent fridge/mini bar, and a well equipped shower room. Downsides from the room were… no safety deposit box.. and the air conditioning took forever to cool the room down (probably due to its location, combined with gaps around the entrance door..). The bar/dining area is excellent, with a variety of seating selections.. Inside (with A/C), out in the terrace with spectacular views, or in the entertainment area where there was live music both nights. There’s also a pool table. Food menu was extensive, and what we had was very very good. A good drinks selection also, with Happy Hour on cocktails.. 2 for the price of 1.. All F&B was well priced, and definitely value for money. The breakfast was a touch on the basic side, not having a great deal of variety..which was a bit disappointing after the excellent food in the evening.. An egg station wouldn’t be too difficult to implement, and there were plenty of staff on hand, so utilising one of them for the 2 hour breakfast slot would be a massive positive to the breakfast. All in all, a very good hotel and a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

There are many good things to say about this place. Beautiful location and excellent quality food and staff. I recommend this place!

We only stayed for one night to go to an overnight make tour the following morning. But it was an incredible experience! Very clean bungalows with good working air conditioning in a beautiful silent and peaceful garden and a very good breakfast in the morning. That's all one needs and it all was amazing here! But what is the best about this accommodation is the owner who runs this place. She drove us to the hospital when we had an issue with our youngest daughter and took really good care of her! We were so nice to have her with us to translate everything! Thank you so so much for everything! 🙏🏻 Whenever we are in the area again we will definitely come back here! It's the perfect place to rest well before taking a lake tour!

We spend one night here before heading to the nearby CheoLan Pier. The hotel consist of 10 quite luxurious small Villas - each with Spa and Balcony with fantastic view over the mountains near Khao Sok national park. It is a very quaint and romantic place to stay . Nothing much going on . The staff was young people - with limited language English language skills. They made up for it by being very accommodating and friendly, and managed all request after some use of hand language and Google translate. The food for dinner seems to be delivered from the outside - so one has to pre order for a specific time. In conclusion - it was a wonderful luxurious stay with brilliant view - and very friendly nice staff

Si quieres sentirte en medio de la selva y un lugar tranquilo aqui lo conseguiras, sus anfitriones son amables y dispuestos ayudar, las instalaciones son bastante basicas el lugar es acogedor pero por ejemplo la ducha que tenia al lado de mi habitación que era compartida no tiene agua caliente, tampoco tiene aire acondicionado, tiene un ventilador que va bien y para la epoca en la que fui era suficiente, pero creo que para pleno verano se quedaria corto. Mi problema principal fue con la compañia que organiza los tours que tiene convenio con el hotel, fue un completo desastre se llama Happy Tour que de feliz tubo bien poco. Pongo un poco en contexto: El barco no funcionaba desde el princiopio se paro 4 veces hasta llegar a la primera parada pero como no estaba lloviendo no paso nada, realizamos la mitad del tour por causa del temporal y el guia muy poco professionals se quedo en las casas flotantes y no volvio con el grupo dejandonos con el capitan que no sabia ingles, el barco se rompio en medio sel lago con una tormenta muy fuerte estubimos mas de una hora y media esperando otro bote, se hizo de noche el barco se llenaba de agua, le pedimos en varios ocasiones al capitan que pidiera ayuda pero no lo hizo hasta que se fue la luz, finalmente pedimos ayuda a un barco que pasaba por alli y volvimos con una luz frontal, muy mala gention no recomiendo para nada hacer este tour con esta empresa

This hotel is in Ban Ta Kun. If you do not have a car it is inaccessible. Has a nice pool and good view. No food and convenient stalls near the hotel. Need to walk 15 mins to get food. Only can order tuk tuk to get to Khao Sok National Park or the Pier.

I recently had the most amazing stay at the 500Rai Floating Bungalows Hotel! This place is the perfect mix of luxury and nature. The resort is offering so many activities to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself. I loved hiking through the jungle, exploring the Coral Cave, and going on a wildlife safari on a boat! I also joined their yoga session at sunrise and trust me, there's nothing quite like starting your day with a yoga session as the sun rises over the lake. The rooms at 500Rai are absolutely stunning. They have all the comforts you could need, including air conditioning and 2 hours/ day WiFi. And the view you have from the room is simply magical. The hotel offers a variety of dishes, but my favorite was the shared Thai menu. It came with 4-6 different dishes, each one more delicious than the last. Every meal was an absolute treat! Overall, 500Rai Floating Bungalows Hotel is a beautiful, comfortable haven right in the middle of nature. I can't recommend it enough!
