Be warned!!!!Completely run down property which has seen better days. Everything except inside the huts are run down or in disrepair. Most of the resort is made of wood including the roof and almost the whole thing is rotten or worn out. Swimming pool is good but no safety warning though it is quite deep at one end and no one around to supervise. Very close to beach but beach itself is hardly good as it ends few hundred meters both ways and many places rocky. There are hardly any guests- understandably. I was sitting on a rocking chair and it broke and I landed on the floor! We paid 50000 THB for 4 days which is 4 times more than what we paid for a suit room in Evergreen Hotel (5*) in Bangkok with breakfast. Even the neighbourhood is equally run down. So if you are looking for a happy holidays, avoid this place!

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! The room was spacious and new with comfortable bed, the staff is just lovely, the breakfast is just one of the best we had!, the pools and the water park is great for the kids to play and the kids club also had alot of fun activities and many things to do. Bottom line would be very happy to come again and definitely will recommend! 😍❤️

Belle villa au calme avec 3 chambres dont 2 avec vue jardin et piscine. 3 sdb bien équipées, grand salon et grande cuisine. Toutes les pièces sont climatisées. Cette villa est superbe sauf pour nous la litterie. Belle piscine et jacuzzi avec entretien 3x semaine. Entretien de la villa au choix soit le matin soit à 14h. Villa au calme garanti, mais quand on est à la piscine, vis à vis avec un bâtiment plus élevé. Garage pour voiture ou scooter et portail électrifié par télécommande. Pas de pdj proposé sur place mais la villa est proche de nombreux commerces, restaurants et marché nocturne. Plage à quelques minutes à pied. Personnel sympathique. Points négatifs, pas de parasol, pas de transats, heure demandée pour nettoyage pas respectée souvent en avance. Nous y étions pendant l etat d urgence du au covid 19, cela a eu peut-être eu un impact sur l equipement de la villa (nos points negatifs). Ce quartier est à l l'écart de Pattaya centre donc loin des activités nocturnes. Maintenant pour ceux qui aiment Pattaya centre est à 5 min en scooter. On peut recommander cette villa

Driving using Gao to find this Hideaway Gem in Chon Buri is no problem. Plenty of parking available and there are karts that transport you most of the time. The resort is very clean and there are always staffs everywhere working, cleaning, greeting you. Security always on the petrol. You feel welcomed and safe. Checking in process is fast and smooth, the reception guided us the available amenities in details, the hotel guy who drove us to our room even give us a tour of the hotel and explain them in details. The room is huge and clean, aircon is cold, bed is comfortable. The only down side which I think need to improve is that the water for the jacuzzi is yellowish, when I and my wife soak in it for 5 minutes, we feel inch on our body and we did not use it again, the water in the bathroom temperature is unstable which is sometimes cold, warm or too hot. At night, we had dinner at Castaway cafe next by the swimming pool, cozy and well decorated, many food choices and are delicious. Having a drink or 2 to chill by the pool is great with your partner or friends. The buffet breakfast is good with quite many choices to choose from. We feel relaxed and really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended and will definitely return again if have chance.

Housekeepers weren’t on time and hurrying us to check out, bringing new guests in even when it is not check out time. Housekeepers’ manner is not good. The rooms are clean and tidy, kitchenwares are clean and ready to use. Swimming pool is ok but floating rings are flat, not any air inside.

I went to Jomtien to find a Sauna with Spa and most say I where most surprise how quiet and nice the Sauna & Spa is at the Train Resort. If you want an amazing and truly thorough Sauna - book yours with Aye! A very lovely lady, she also knows exactly what she’s doing! I left so relaxed and satisfied. The rest of the staff also very sweet, and facilities are nice and relaxing.

Below hotel there is a minimart and a convenient restaurant. 4. Got a high floor room with a view of Pattaya. 5. The room can keep sound around 70-80%. Can't hear outside sounds. And the younger room is very private. ** If i go to Pattaya again maybe i will stay this hotel again **
