Perfect for traveller who has a late flight or early flight. We arrived late at the night and got a shuttle there in less than 10 mins. Breakfast starts from 3am to 10am. Hotel is big with nice swimming pool

I couldn’t believe that on Christmas Day I was treated to such a wonderful stop over!! The whole place was like fairy land and the food out of this world. The icing on the cake for me was the gluten-free corner… Beautiful bread cakes and goodies. Thank you for making the end of my holiday so special. This was my Christmas dinner

I expected more from Hyatt group. Always choose Hyatt over other brands but this time was unpleasantly surprised. I hope Hyatt will do their best to undertake at least a minor renovation.

Service and food amongst the worst I have ever experienced, poor selection on menus for both food and beverages, including room service. Room and furnishings very outdated

The hotel has a great location to catch a light night or early morning flight. The rooms are quite dated although the bathrooms are huge with a bath and a shower. The night we stayed the hotel was changing hotel group from the Novotel to the Hyatt Regency. This impacted food and beverage services.

Hotel conveniently located across BKK airport with free shuttle service to and fro 24/7. Room is a little old but spacious and clean generally. Good for stopovers or morning flights so you avoid the traffic. About 20mins ride away, there is also the Central World premium outlet for some last minute shopping.

Great and friendly people.  The infrastructure needs a bit facelift.  The rooms have some faint damp and smoky smell.   Shuttle service is very convenient.  The gentleman driving the shuttle van wanted to make sure we get the door closest to our airline despite the slight language barrier.  He was also very friendly to our daughter.

I checked in online to save the desk hassle but, ended up going through the entire process again. The room was nice and clean along with staff Overall, it was pleasant and convenient.

Much nicer than I expected a comfortable bed good size room clean and with cafés et cetera and very close to the airport perfect for an overnight stay

I requested an additional bed in the reservation. When I arrived nothing there, 4 phone calls and 1hour later it arrived. Middle of the night, 2 children crying for 1 hour. That's the opposite of service
