I had visa issues, so came two days later than planned; the hotel was understanding and helpful and really supportive. During the stay, the staff was super friendly and smiling trying to make their best to make me feel well cared for and looked after.

The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Thank you for your excellent hospitality, and I hope to stay at Star Hotel again soon.

Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly customer service. Only downside is that there were few electricity trips during my stay. However, these typically got resolved within minutes. Overall, a great hotel to consider

The staff is very helpful and humble and the stay was very relaxing ☺️ The staff at the property were very helpful and polite, making the stay enjoyable and relaxing. They were always ready to assist and handled every request with a positive attitude. Their polite and friendly nature made the experience very comfortable and easygoing. The stay itself was quite relaxing, with the staff ensuring that everything was smooth and stress-free. Their helpful approach added to the comfort of the overall experience. From the check-in process to small requests during the stay, the team made sure things were handled efficiently and with care. The atmosphere of the property was calm and pleasant, adding to the relaxing nature of the visit. While it wasn’t an extraordinary experience, it was a good, solid stay with all the basics done right. The staff’s helpfulness and courteous nature stood out, making the experience positive and satisfactory. Overall, the stay was good, the staff were helpful and humble, and the environment was comfortable and relaxing. It’s a place that delivers a nice, peaceful experience with a team that genuinely cares about the guests’ comfort. A simple yet pleasant stay that left a good impression.

We walked into a wonderful business hotel. The room was perfect. Every important detail was taken care off. The design was practical and the decor was elegant. The bathroom was extremely nice with all the amenities. The staff was extremely hospitable and professional. The food and service was top notch. Thank for a lovely stay.

Hospitality is mind blowing. Food variety and quality is too good. Love to visit again and informed my friends to visit and get the experience of Adarsh Hamilton. This was our third year of visit at Adarsh Hamilton. Every year we are getting pleasant experience and feel very peace those days stay there.

The service from the staff on a whole from reception (Tanu, Stephen, Dipak and all the guys, don't remember all the names) to FnB and house keeping was absolutely on another level. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The food was fantastic from breakfast to dinner. Thank you guys. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone that wants to come to Bangalore.

I stayed at Hotel Adarsh in December 2024, and it was a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team who assisted us with local recommendations. The room was spacious, clean. While the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Overall, the hotel’s location, amenities, and service made for a memorable stay, and I would happily return on my next visit.

Excellent front desk service by Neha. Check in was seamless and easy. Housekeeping was always available and checking in to ensure rooms were up to standard. Food service and variety of meals at the Seasons restaurant was exceptional. Great service by Sukhendu and team ensuring everything was clean, neat and tasty. Definitely worth the stay.

Although I have not stayed in Hotel Room but I am frequent visitor to their top notch in house Restaurant SEASONS. As per my experience over past 6 years the Hospitality at Seasons has always been top notch. The food served has been hygenic and tasty. They take special care for the Guests and make them very comfortable. They have wide range of food veg and non veg. Not even one instance where our stomach was upset after consuming the food. The ambiance, the rest room, the reception area are all beauitful, enchnating and inviting and well maintained at all times. I specifically like their Lunch Buffet. They make us feel at home everytime. That is why I feel like coming again and again and bring more of my family and friends to the wonderful Restaurant. I can honestly say many times I have called my guests to the Restaurant than inviting them to our home. That is the genuine feeling they give us.

Managers - always visible and available. Rooms - comfy beds, 42 inch flat screen TV, minibar, safe, shower over bath with good flow. Immaculately cleaned each day. Breakfast - great choice of western, South Indian dishes, fresh juices, fruits. Can order fresh eggs, omelettes, dosas, aloo parathas, masala tea and coffee. Location - about 3km from main shopping area of MG Road. Around 2.5km from nearest metro station (Cubbon Park) Value - 5* Would not hesitate to stay here again. Stayed 6 nights in Nov 2024

The hospitality of front desk and staff was good. Breakfast was fresh and good ( vegetarian array). Taste was good. Toilet was clean. Beds were well made. Toiletries were 😊. I'll definitely come back. I highly recommend this medium budget business hotel to others
