Hotel itu sendiri sangat bagus. Biliknya sangat luas. Jenis loteng mempunyai banyak ruang di dalamnya. Mempunyai pemandangan indah dari bilik tingkat 32. Walaupun kemudahan ditutup kerana Covid, tidak mengapa. Kakitangan menampung

Everything was good except no room service even though I requested to clean the room..

I just want to share, the last time we booked at the Bali Holiday Inn in Indonesia, after we checked out at 12 noon, we left our luggage at the hotel because our flight to Manila was at 2 am in the morning. We asked if there was a place where we could freshen up before our flight, and they offered a large room that wasn't in use and even gave us one towel each. They were so kind. Also, when we checked in at the Novotel Pratunam in Thailand, we had a similar situation where our flight was at 12 am, so we asked if we could use a washroom, and they offered the shower room by their pool area. Isn't that nice of them? Then, when I requested if we could at least change clothes and freshen up at this hotel, they refused until we insisted, so we went to the pool area just to change. The front desk approached me and asked why we were there and who gave us permission since they didn't allow it. For your information, we didn't sleep because your air conditioner wasn't cooling, and we politely requested, yet you still refused. Would it hurt you if we just changed in your public restroom? I don't recommend this hotel; even the elevators are a hassle, with one damaged, and no bath mat. Management, I hope you take notice of this!

The location was great. Right along U belt. View was amazing from the 31st floor. However there’s no onsite parking available for those of you who are driving. Something to note. Other than that the stay was great.

Good location and sufficient amenities. Staff are all very courteous and nice.

I like that the room was spacious and clean. Had a miscommunication with one of their staff that handles phone inquiries. I asked if their Deluxe Rooms are Netflix-ready, they said they are, but apparently they’re not. They were polite though and offered me another option, but that also didn’t meet my needs so I still ended up staying in the Deluxe Room. They didn’t have a resto in the hotel so request for plate & utensils wasn’t granted. Also, in the morning, I could hear the construction from outside so that kind of woke me up early. Not sure if I would come back, but overall, still had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I can still recommend it, but just don’t expect a 4 or 5-star hotel experience.

Overall the stay is worth the money I paid. The location is perfect for my itinerary. A lot of restaurants around the area.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

No parking for guests.

The location is convenient since it's near UST and other stores, and it's also affordable. But here is the problem with this hotel: 1. It took so much time just to wait for the elevator. One elevator isn't working and you have to wait for it to come down. 2. This doesn't look like a hotel. It's more like a dormtel for students. 3. No plates, drinking glass, kitchen utensil or even hot water. 4. The bathroom looks dirty. The rain faucet shower has no hot water. You have to ask them just to have it fix. Apparently so many things isn't working. 5. The window is so noisy. You can hear the loud noises from the cars or trucks. It's not a soundproof like other hotels I tried. I only book this hotel because my brother took his medical board exam in UST. This hotel is not well maintained. Disappointing.
