Near MG road. You can find everything nearby like Malls, cinema and food joints. Not a 5 star hotel but still better than ***y 5 stars i stayed as per the price and location.

Arriving from smaller hotels to the south east of India via the airport, this hotel was like stumbling onto an oasis. It was spotless, well appointed; I used the gym - machines all worked well and an instructor on hand if you should need him, a great rooftop pool. The restaurant on the ground floor does a good buffet for evening meal and breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful, but a special mention to Rakenth for his assistance with the coffee machine and arranging for me to leave my luggage after checkout so I had some time to see the city at night before my nightlight home.

Staff was exceptional. Stayed 10 days for business. They help navigate the city and plan car service for sightseeing. Morning buffet was excellent. Ate ate three diffferent on site restaurants. The weather was beautiful and reaaly enjoyed our evening on the rooftop bar

One word “AMAZING”! I have stayed at a lot of five stars around the world but Ritz Carlton in Bangalore exceeded my expectations all the way up! The service is so so good, they really take care of their guests. I travelled solo and their staff like Aishwarya, the young guy downstairs at the concierge, all the staff and chef at the breakfast restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Their staff Aishwarya and team went above and beyond, and bought me a swimsuit as they got to know I forgot to bring mine! The spa and swimming pool is dreamy! Loved my stay here!

Lovely stay, nice pool, friendly staff, breakfast was good too, and location is v close to the G***da mall. The only limitation is space, probably because it's in the city center. There is hardly any garden area and the size of the pool is small, though it's pretty nice! I would stay again next year! Good value for money.

Excellent experience. Room service was on the button especially Rahul who took care of our everyday needs. We had a late arrival at abt 11. 30 pm and we were put into a smoking room which I detested. My family was immediately changed to another room. I would like to thank Nisha for arranging an awesome room for my family.

Hotel is good but some rooms need renovation. Excellent staff, very supportive and helpful right from front dest to restaurant. Both the restaurants serve great food especially breakfast. Special thanks to their restaurant staff Biplab, Sai, Abin and Tara.
