Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag.
The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge.
The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around.

Really good and clean room which is always appreciated. The staff didn’t speak english but we were able to communicate with a translator. They were helpful and always on a good mood. It is really close to the south bus station. Some good restaurants nearby.

Very good butler service. They contact us one day before our stay. Always keep us updated on the day’s activities. To me, their service is better than Desert Star Hotel’s . Hot pot buffet dinner is good. The night show at Tonghu Grassland is awesome. It’s raining when we reach there but luckily the show not cancelled.

Absolutely perfect!
The guesthouse gave us a free upgrade because we had two doggies which was a marvelous start. I love a guesthouse who is so hospitable and puts the needs of their visitors above cost.
The location is perfectly close to Helan mountain which made for a wonderful morning ride to the mountain.
The free wine taste each night was most welcomed and delicious. The free tour of their wine cellar was also a lovely touch.
Food was the best of the three Dalezhiye that we visited this trip. Five Star Michelin feeling in the restaurant with gorgeous views is the Helan mountain and greenery. Also close to many top vineyards in the area. Absolutely quiet and perfect for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle.
Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Yinchuan.

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. My only complaint is that the room was warm and you are unable to adjust the temperature. Thankfully we had a balcony and could leave the door open and they also provided a fan, but otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable.

房間乾淨整潔，入住很舒適温暖，在寒冷的冬天過來，在房間裏可以穿夏天短袖。就是作為一個南方人，在北方這樣的房間，感受到了強烈的乾燥，出現鼻子乾的疼、血絲、結痂、潰瘍等不適症狀，要是房間有個加濕器就更棒了！
服務很熱情，隨時微笑迎接客人，及時處理客人問題，還隨時給客人備好熱水。我走的倉促，落了東西在房間，及時打電話通知我，點贊！聽説有夜宵服務，但好像從來沒遇見過。
早餐方面，比較豐富，要是能以一些當地當季的菜和特色美食為主就更好了。
對了，他們家還有健身房，雖然設施不多，但在這個冬季，忙完一天回來持續輸出，揮汗蓄能，真是個不錯的地方。

Super cool hotel! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Breathtaking view and great food, super friendly staff. There are many programs for family and kids. My room type is the desert view cabin, wonderful- kids can just play send once step out of the door. You can observe stars in their star viewing valley, swim in the swimming pool, or simply go to explore the desert and enjoy the great scenery. Love it and will come back!

非常好！非常好！和男朋友都是學生，旅行最後一天説體驗一下貴价酒店，入住之後根本捨不得退房。酒店是江南庭院風格，非常有格調，我們入住的時候還有小姐姐來幫忙拿行李了。酒店還送了歡迎水果，前台親自送到房間。我們訂的大床套房非常好，房間很乾凈，面積也大，小庭院特別棒很愜意，還有躺椅，沙發等，庭院夜晚有暖光壁燈，我們入住那天還下了點小雨，很有感覺。衞生間的浴缸躺着可以看到庭院。
房間整個非常乾淨，衞生間，馬桶等都很乾凈，床品也是非常白非常好。
早餐用餐環境也很好，是自助餐，可以坐在餐廳也可以坐在水邊吃，很有格調。

停車方便，就在酒店前面。升級了房型，空間較大，設施完善。加濕器、小冰箱都有。早餐有牛肉粉，也可以自己加羊雜羊肉，火龍果哈密瓜也很甜，唯獨沒有豆漿。去哪裡都方便，不在最熱鬧的地方，但離繁華也不遠。安排了朝居民區的房間，晚上睡得很好，一點都不吵。稍微有些熱，不蓋被子就剛剛好。整體很滿意

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: Located across from the Yinchuan Municipal Government, some rooms with a view offer a斜向 view of Helan Mountain. Yinchuan isn't a large city, so getting anywhere is very convenient.
Facilities: It's genuinely old. Even as we're about to pass 2025, you still see TVs with 20-year-old picture quality, and of course, no screen mirroring function. There are no convenient outlets by the bed for charging, and the front desk doesn't provide power strips, only a short 3-in-1 charging cable. The Wi-Fi signal is only one bar, and even when connected, it's unusable. There are no delivery robots; there's a locker downstairs for self-pickup. The diverter knob for switching between the overhead shower and handheld shower in the bathroom is almost broken. There's no smart toilet, not even a heated seat.
Service: Very good, excellent attitude.

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

BBeiyiwangdelainuoFood: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the staple food needs to be determined one night in advance. Freshly squeezed juice, pastries, fruits, etc. will be available for self-service. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good.
Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you.
Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags.
Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly.
Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

MM473851****My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhongwei was a delightful surprise! Amy Yumi, the front desk attendant, greeted me with such a warm smile, and Coco had me checked in within three minutes. They even upgraded me to a larger room for free, which was spacious and bright, and came with a complimentary fruit platter. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch, and the Hilton-standard cleanliness put me completely at ease.
The breakfast buffet offered local specialties like the incredibly flavorful and chewy Aocai noodles. The self-service coffee machine made a latte that was just as good as anything you'd get at a cafe! The location was super convenient too; it took less than half an hour by taxi to get to the Shapotou Scenic Area. In the evenings, I could unwind at the gym.
The free laundry room was a lifesaver for travelers needing to refresh their clothes, and the printer in the lobby's business center was free to use. I even discovered that the room's power outlets had built-in USB ports!
I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends planning a trip to Zhongwei. Whether for a business trip or a desert adventure, it's the perfect choice!

GGuest UserI finally visited Star Hotel, which I've been wanting to try for ages! The hotel service was absolutely superb; the butler communicated patiently with me via WeChat throughout my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room facilities are very comprehensive. This time, I booked a cabin in Zone B, and my child could dig in the sand right outside the door and freely slide down the dunes – it couldn't have been more convenient! The hotel's activity schedule is also very rich. I participated in a hike, specimen making, stargazing at the Stargazing Valley, and also experienced sand therapy and the 'Little Astronaut' program. The itinerary was vibrant and diverse, and I've already highly recommended it to my friends. Plus, breakfast and dinner are included, so you don't have to worry about what to eat, hehe. There's also a shuttle service to and from the Shapotou Scenic Area, which is super convenient. Star Hotel is really great, I'll definitely come again next time!

GGuest UserWow, it's beautiful! The service was excellent, and even though it was the off-season, the hotel's hospitality was palpable. However, there are a few suggestions for improvement. Many of the popular photo spots were gone in winter, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the 799 RMB dinner set menu was really bad. Since the hotel is far from the city center, dining options are inconvenient. I suggest that regardless of the season, the hotel should offer more choices for guests, as the room rate of over 4000 RMB is among the highest in China. Furthermore, there were no security guards patrolling at night. Sleeping in the desert, with the courtyard open to anyone, made me feel very unsafe.

Seeing that my order only included one breakfast, she sent us another one and also gave the child a small camel doll as a gift. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Parking was convenient and travel was stress-free. I was very satisfied with my stay.
