We had a great time visiting Yinchuan. The hotel is centrally located (5-minutes walk from Ningxia museum) and the interiors were well-maintained and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities (particularly the gym) were superb.

管家小趙服務貼心又周到，全程熱情細緻，有任何需求都能及時響應，贊一個！
酒店餐飲業也很好吃，這個季節居然能在這裏吃到楊梅，果然雖然漫天黃沙，但是並不荒涼，酒店休閑遊玩項目也很齊全，因為衹住了一晚，很多項目表演我都沒看到很可惜，沒關係下次再來！但是參加了晚上的篝火晚會和星空觀賞，星空講解員講的星空知識點通俗易懂，下次再抬頭看星星，我好像能讀懂漫天星河的浪漫！
遠離城市喧囂，體驗感滿分，不管散心還是度假都超級合適，真心推薦大家來打卡！

Location: Great, authentic feel of the desert
Activities: Camel rides, 4 wheel drive, sand slides all within walking distance (separate fees). Karaoke, trampoline for kids, fireworks (these included) make the experience superb.
Staff: great service. On call all the time.
Food: Breakfast provided FOC. Other meals can be ordered at the restaurant for reasonable price. Taste and flavour are good.
Bonus: Many other families here so kids have mates to play with. Wifi is strong.

小木屋性價比很高，白天沙漠很熱，有空調很舒服，到了傍晚再出門玩沙。去公共衞生間雖然不如獨衞方便，也可以接受，衞生間和淋浴間都挺乾淨的，熱水也很充足，吹風機衞生間有小木屋裡也有。最不滿意的是餐廳，點了個銅鍋送2碗米飯（衹有半碗），我們2大1小問能不能加碗米飯，一開始讓去裏面加，盛飯的服務員黑着臉，很不情願給盛了半碗，過了好一會我進去拿勺子讓我補米飯的3塊錢，一開始怎麼不説，最後銅鍋的肉也沒吃到幾口，去小賣部買了泡麪煮銅鍋裏吃飽了。總的來説，性價比可以，營地麼不能期望過高，玩的項目都能玩到，有條件的可以選擇他們帶獨衞的房間。對了，來的時候和走的時候服務都很好，還幫忙叫了車，幫忙拎箱子

Staff are nice and friendly, the room is clean , the view is spectacular and the experience was great! Chinese dress are free to rent , they also offer tea ceremony, but I miss it.

Great mid-range hotel, with a good price, good service and good facilities. Rooms are large, comfortable and pleasant, with all modern features, including a smart toilet and adjustable lighting. The windows open too, if it gets too warm. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide range of foods, all delicious, as well as coffee and five kinds of soy milk. Location is good, as it’s a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Excellent choice of restaurants nearby as well.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

AAnonymous UserThe main thing is that the bed was perfect for sleeping. It was comfortable to lie on, and the duvet was just right. My biggest fear when traveling is not sleeping well, but here there were no issues, not even with the water pressure in the shower, which is often a problem. It's been a long time since I felt so relaxed. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. After a good rest and a delicious meal, I wandered around looking at murals and museums, and enjoyed some hand-grabbed lamb and hotpot. I'll definitely be back.

TTraveller70nyWellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks.
A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay.
Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to:

GGuest UserThe Chateau de Chateau de Chadolan is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ningxia! The entire hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and the Helan Mountains are majestic in the distance. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset at dinner in the restaurant👍. The room is warm and comfortable, with seats on the balcony. You can watch the stars at night and overlook the Helan Mountains in the morning. The winery brews its own wine, and the little sister takes the tour and explains, so that the little students can gain knowledge. The little housekeeper Guo Guo is thoughtful and caring, and the arrangements are very in place! Breakfast is booked in advance, there are many options, and it tastes very good. Dinner was booked with the little housekeeper one day in advance. The ingredients are fresh, taste good, and the quantity is sufficient. The dining environment is great! The nights here are very quiet. Our family sits on the balcony and enjoys this cool and comfortable night. It's so comfortable. I love this hotel👍

JJago SevatarOf all the camps in the area to choose from I highly recommend staying at this particular one. The manager Wang Shiquan and his team are incredibly good hosts and made sure I had everything I needed. As a foreigner I felt incredibly welcomed and included.
The tents are of really good quality and very roomy. The beds are really comfy too. The activities are also plentiful with quad biking, camel riding and sandboarding. Shapotou is very close by too with much to do.
Ningxia is definitely an underrated province and I highly recommend anyone to come and see it and experience the kind hospitality of it's people from this camp.

MM473851****My recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Zhongwei was a delightful surprise! Amy Yumi, the front desk attendant, greeted me with such a warm smile, and Coco had me checked in within three minutes. They even upgraded me to a larger room for free, which was spacious and bright, and came with a complimentary fruit platter. The bathroom's separate wet and dry areas were a thoughtful touch, and the Hilton-standard cleanliness put me completely at ease.
The breakfast buffet offered local specialties like the incredibly flavorful and chewy Aocai noodles. The self-service coffee machine made a latte that was just as good as anything you'd get at a cafe! The location was super convenient too; it took less than half an hour by taxi to get to the Shapotou Scenic Area. In the evenings, I could unwind at the gym.
The free laundry room was a lifesaver for travelers needing to refresh their clothes, and the printer in the lobby's business center was free to use. I even discovered that the room's power outlets had built-in USB ports!
I've already recommended this hotel to all my friends planning a trip to Zhongwei. Whether for a business trip or a desert adventure, it's the perfect choice!

There was free coffee in the lobby, and they even gave me a small gift when I checked in, which was very thoughtful. The room was also very spacious, and the mattress was very comfortable. I had a great experience at this hotel during my business trip, and I would definitely choose it again next time.

GGuest UserThis stay at Xingxing Hotel allowed me to collect a desert hike experience 🌅. After arriving at the activity room, Teacher Miya enthusiastically introduced us to the activity, and then we went for the hike. I used to think desert hiking would be exhausting, until I participated in Xingxing Hotel's morning activity and discovered just how beautiful the desert is at dawn! Walking on the cool sand, our guide Xiaomei also shared lots of interesting facts about desert plants and animals, making the entire journey engaging. Walking to higher ground and seeing the distant mountains and desert was so therapeutic. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Xingxing Hotel not sleep in; this hiking activity is absolutely worth getting up early for. Upon returning, we also got to make specimens with the teachers, which was very satisfying, almost like bringing a piece of the desert home.

Considering the price, I have two small suggestions: The shower stall would be better if it were fully enclosed. As it is, no matter how careful you are, the floor outside still gets wet. Also, there's no issue with positioning themselves as a family-friendly hotel, but the restaurant and the lounge area near the pool in the morning were a chaotic mess. Multiple children running around with constant screaming and no one supervising them is something that needs to be re-evaluated.
