Hotel berhampiran At Tree Garden, Bangkok

Very clean and well organized. Staff are willing to listen what guests are saying. breakfast was a bit poor so that i get hungry easily. The major weak point was no good location. but compare with other Accor brand hotel, this hotel is much better.

If you plan to stay in Bangkok shortly the hotel will be a nice choice. We liked the swimming pool, breakfasts and location (Chong Nonsi station). Unfortunately the rooms have no windows or the other walls can be seen if there's one, no toothbrush either, so prepare your own in advance.

Kemudahan berjalan kaki adalah baik kerana pusat membeli-belah terletak kira-kira 45 minit hingga sejam, kereta api sjy terletak kira-kira 25 minit jauhnya, dan bas terletak kira-kira 10 minit jauhnya. Restoran terletak kira-kira 10 minit berjalan kaki juga, dengan beberapa restoran di dalam hotel. Jati emas mempunyai pilihan makanan yang berpatutan untuk harganya, dan saya katakan bufet sarapan pagi mereka adalah harga yang berpatutan. Tempat dim sum bukanlah yang terbaik tetapi mereka mempunyai pilihan bufet juga.

This hotel has really nice location and access to Khaosan st. There’s nice pool at 1st floor and actually it was available to smoke. We didn’t order breakfast or any other options so i can’t tell if it was good or bad tho there’s little shops at ground floor and it actually helpful :) I strongly recommend backpackers to stay here this hotel. I could get nicer service compared to how much i paid for it.

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

I only had rush trip in Bkk for 1 night. I and my teenage son arrived at midnight, only 1 night duty staff was at counter but he was very kind to me, Warm welcome with smiles. security guard who help us with parking did a great job. Next day, check out, front staff are welcome with smiles and because of heavy traffic, we are required for tuk tuk service, staff who drove us so kind, he dropped us at BTS elevator also help me carry my luggage. Hotel room new, clean, bed and pillows are comfy, slippers, iron+iron board. I will definitely return to Oakwood sukhumvit again. 5 starts services.

坐清邁到曼谷到紅絲絨到的bangsue站，旅店地理位置離bangsue火車站從一號門出來導航步行10分鐘可到旅店，那裡可以轉mrt也可以直接做紅色快線直達廊曼機場或者坐火車去別的地方，步行5分鐘有汽車站，離DDmal步行12-15分鐘，那裡也有mrt kamphaeng phet站，3號出口就是or tor kor market和7-11，裏面有很多吃的和水果，旁邊就是乍都乍週末市場，想要city walk的還可以往JJmail和mixt chatuchak走走逛商場買手信，那邊有三個公園，恰圖恰公園，詩麗吉皇后公園等，或者往BTS saphan khwai走走 那邊有個大的bigc超市，那邊也有換錢的商行，酒店環境進門就要脱鞋子，幫辦理的前台小姐姐是緬甸的很熱情很可愛，辦理入住需要交500泰銖按金領取房卡，有浴巾領取，會帶去房間，介紹相應的設施設備，室內地板很乾凈，一共就兩層，住的一樓女生房很安靜，除了有人打呼記得帶上耳塞，空調足，床品很棒墊子超級舒服，睡了三晚很好的覺，會有人半夜入住，值班的是男生會帶進房要注意，廁所有女生和男女的，淋浴房也有女生和男女的，女生還是儘量用女生的，我去混用聞到煙味，不過隔天旅店已經放了不準吸煙的提示在廁所，潔凈度很好，洗護用品是聯名的酒店精油洗護特供，超級舒服，很喜歡很高檔，旅店裝修的設計感和檔次都是按星級酒店走的，一樓大廳有免費的熱水涼水提供，免費現磨咖啡機，有冰箱，有兩個公區，提供兩個超大的躺平區，還有大長桌和一下懶人沙發，wifi很快，11點到兩點是房間整理時間所以空調會關閉，人也會去公區呆著，出門摩的的話去哪裡都很方便，包括siam商圈，回來儘量多帶點食物，因為可以呆一天，真的很舒服，洗衣服的話二樓的盡頭有一塊非常小的區域有三台投幣洗衣機和兩個架子的晾曬，洗曬方面服務比較少，總體來説是一個沒有被太推薦但是很值得去的旅店，位置走過之後會發現真的很棒~

Terdapat kakitangan lain semasa daftar masuk, tetapi saya pergi ke sana dua kali dan hanya seorang yang berada di sana. Ia akan mengambil sedikit masa untuk mendaftar masuk. Deposit ialah 500 baht. Terdapat 3 lif jadi anda tidak perlu menunggu lama. Kunci bilik adalah kunci ortodoks. Untuk menutup, tekan butang pada pemegang dari dalam bilik. Tandas dan tab mandi adalah jenis yang sama. Anda boleh mendengar banyak bunyi di luar mungkin kerana pengudaraan. Tab mandinya kecil sedikit. Terdapat dua jalur kuasa berhampiran cermin. Ia bukan di sebelah katil. Terdapat dua botol plastik, tetapi tiada kopi segera dll. Anda mesti membawa anda sendiri. Oleh itu, saya kecewa apabila saya tinggal di sana buat kali pertama. Terdapat 7-Eleven di bawah stesen, jadi tidak mengapa. Jika anda menggunakan hotel ini sebagai pangkalan anda, anda boleh menggunakan BTS atau MRT dari ARL, atau anda boleh menaiki bas dari jalan di hadapan hotel, jadi jika anda tidak mempunyai kipas, anda boleh pergi ke Siam Amazing Park. untuk 8 baht. I stayed here like 4 days (3nights) for the first time with my family from 12 june 2024 until 15 june 2024and it was excellent. At that time We got floor 6. The room is big with the high floor and i can get a better view. So I want to stay here again and booked it again from 16 june 2024 until 19 june 2024. But i got disappointed with my room view. It's in the 3rd floor and the view is totally different with the last time. I booked Deluxe twin room because of the view. If i can know that i'll get the bad view, i may just booked the standard room. I requested to change the hight floor with the front desk at night. And they told me to contat in the morning again. In the morning, they told me that i can't change the room. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know how can i stay with this room until 19 june. This is my vacation and i would like to enjoy the viewww
